Free goods are not transferred from ECC to GTS correctly

Hello All,
We have a proforma invoice with multiple items with one of the item as a free goods item ( item category TANN). We are encountering the following issues when this proforma invoice transferred to GTS,
1. The "Free of Charge" check box is not selected for the TANN item in GTS (in the line item "Cust.Value" tab)
2. The currency field for the "Value of Goods", "Value for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)" is not populated at line item
3. The currency field for the "Value of Goods" is not populated at header level ( Logistics Costs tab)
4. Amount field is not populated for "Value for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)" at line item.
Am I missing any configuration in GTS?

Hi Venkat,
There is nothing wrong in GTS. I think the configuration problem is in your ERP system. The "free-of-charge" indicator is set if:
- there is a Statistical Value but no Net Value, OR
- there is no Net Value but the Foreign Trade data is missing.
You should make sure that your TANN Item Category is configured with Pricing Type 'B' (pricing for free goods), and receiving 100% discount on the standard price. In that way, a positive Statistical Value should be determined, and the FoC indicator will follow the first rule above.

ECC-GTS : Partner-Customer is not transferring from ECC to GTS

Dear All,
I have created a Customer in SAP ECC system and using Initial transfer of customer to GTS system . I got the below success message .
But, when I go and check the existence of the same Partner in GTS system , I did not find any associated Business partner record for this customer .
I have check transfer log in sap gts under "System Monitoring Tab" but I did not find any error log for this customer .
Can you please help me in this regard by suggesting any other areas where I need to check to find out the solution .

Hi Vinayaka,
Are you definitely checking the correct GTS system? You can run report /SAPSLL/PLUGIN_CHECK_R3 in your feeder system to check that the maintained Logical Target System for GTS.
In GTS, Check the BP transfer in transaction SLG1 for any error messages at the time of transfer.
When checking in transaction BP, are you selecting "External Number" when searching with the feeder system partner number.
Can you check in table /SAPSLL/PNTBP for the mapping between the feeder system BP no. and the GTS no. (field BPVSY relates to external no. ie feeder system. no.) and also check if an entry exists in BUT000.

Free goods are not copying in credit memo from invoice

Dear Gurus,
I have made a invoice having two line items 1.normal goods with sale price and 2.free sample goods(part of promotional scheme) without any sale price.
but while making credit memo for receiving goods back in cancellation of invoice , i am facing problem for free goods. system is not copying the free goods in credit memo and copying only normal goods.
what can be problem for not copying? whether i am following some wrong procedure or some configuration is missing.
please advise me with your valuable suggestions.

hello, friend.
first of all, the free goods are not relevant for credit memo since the customers never paid for these in the first place.
however, i observed that after cancelling the invoice, you still issued a credit memo? this may not be the proper process. when you cancel the invoice, entries into the customers Accounts Receivables are reversed as well (we are assuming no payments are posted yet). so there is no need to issue credit memos.

My eyes just glazed over...Please in the future break down each of your issues with paragraphs separated by two carriage returns. It would be much easier when trying to address your issues.
Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Mouse
And edit your mouse settings to do what you want it to do.

Third, from my understanding, it would appear you are concerned about the noise the hard drive makes when it falls asleep? Why not put your machine in screen saver mode instead? Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Energy Saver turn off all Energy Saver settings, or set them to run Never.
Fourth, if your machine was purchased just a few days ago, you may still be able to get an exchange from the store, quicker than you can get a repair done. You may want to look into that possibility.
Fifth, it does appear you found the Logic forum. I would persist in asking there how to solve your technical issue with Logic regarding the audio. It may be you don't have to do anything special to the hard drive. Remember audio can be transmitted by wire, avoiding ambient sounds.

Free Goods are not getting exploded in to Sales Return Order

Dear All
I have created one order in which I am giving 13:1 (inclusive) free goods using VBN1.
Order Qty               Converted to             Item Category
288 (13:1)              266 (With Price)      ZTAN
                               22 (Free)               ZTNN
I am having no problem upto Invoice. But while making return sales order with ref. to the invoice, it's throwing a message 'The system didn't find a valid bill of material' and free qty of 22 pcs are not getting imported into the return order.
Please help

Returns Orders has document category H where the free goods are not supported may be because of this it is not get imported.See details below.

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

Item text and item note are not transfering from SRM to ECC on to PR

Hello Expers!!!
Due to some requirement we added some logic in BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW to print the used ID of the shopping cart creator on PR under item text requisitioner tab. but after moving these changes to production the item text(Vendor text) and item note(internal note) which are maintained in the shopping cart are not printing on the Purchase requisition under item text and item note tabs. these two texts were printing correctly before moving our changes.
please suggest me how this item note and item text will print on PR. Is it a standard functionlity in SRM 5.0?
is this because of move over changes?
suggest me to resolve the issue....

Free goods price discount when free goods are not required by customer

In a promotional activity for purchase of 10 items 2 free goods (which are different) have been determined, which is exclusive.
The customer wishes not to take the free goods and asks for a discount equivalent to the value of free goods, please advise on steps to be undertaken in this scenario.

Why dont u use "Pricing For Inclusive Free Goods Without Item Generation"
To do this, you can use the standard condition type NRAB. It is set up as follows:
It does not determine the discount from the condition record. It uses condition basis formula 029 in the pricing procedure to determine a discount from the free goods factor.
The condition receives the new pricing requirement 059 in the pricing procedure. This requirement checks whether free goods have already been determined.
The condition type receives condition category f. This condition category ensures that the condition is redetermined every time the quantity is changed, since this can also mean a change to the free goods quantity.

Free goods are not determining access sequence like......

What could be the reason free goods determination is not happening with access sequence like sales orgPlantmateril. At the same time freee goods are determiing at customerMaterial level. I have generated new access sequnece like sales orgPlant+material and assinged and configured properly. Also maintained condtion record accordingly. Is there any programme error or need to apply any SAP note in this regard.

I presume you visit the US music Store. As far as I know that Music Store is the only one to offer free songs. The CC information is needed to verify you're in the US of A.
I for example can't buy from other Stores than the Dutch one.
The deal with the record companies/right holders don't allow cross-border sales. The same is true for free songs (I can't get them).
That's why they need the CC information.

Vendor product relation not transfered from ECC to APO

I am new to APO.
We are transferring the info records(me13n) details from ECC to APO by CIF .
But in APO system , when I check the product for the location(/sapapo/mat1) it says the product is not created for vendor.
but this details are present in info records in ECC.
Hence currently, we are manually creating the products for vendor.
Is there any BADI where all vendor-product link can be transferred

You can use BAdI: /SAPAPO/CIF_ENHANCE_TPSRC (method CHANGE).
Take a look at SAP Note:
1873917 - CIF Purchasing Info Record - Product does not exist at
Vendor location
I never used that BAdI, but we made something similar. We made an enhancement some time ago to extend the Product at the Vendor Location. This was done for subcontracting at the time the PPM was transferred. I am not sure if this is your case, because you just mentioned that you needed for a vendor. If it applies, please check here:

Messages are not transferring from PI to SRM

Here the land scape is ECC -PI-SRM, The messages transfer to ECC TO PI, But messages not transfer from PI-SRM ,the scenarios are Idoc-idoc & Idoc -proxy ,Here all RFC connections are working fine, . In SRM side - T-code sldcheck getting the error - function call returned exception code 3, and in SPROXY T-CODE - ESR components are not displaying, could please provide help .

1) One RFC of type H to point to PI with all the details.
2) Define the role of the business system in the server that you want to see(Sxmb_Adm)
3)Connection between Business System and System Landscape Directory.
3a)RFC destination LCRSAPRFC of type T for SLD connection.
3b)RFC destination SAPSLDAPI of type T for SLD connection.
4)Maintain the SAP J2EE Connection parameters for LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI in SAP J2EE Engine
5)Maintain SLD access details in Transaction SLDAPICUST.
Please refer the section 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4 in the document(as linked provided below)
SLDAPICUST should point to the SLD host server. If you have a central SLD installed on the Dev server, then it is ok that it is using the host and port of the Dev server.

you can also check the assignment between the Business System , technical system and the software component versions in the SLD.A object would only be visible in the SPROXY of an Applicaion system if the corresponding SCWV is installed on the business system.
To add :
Go to the landscape view in the SLD.
Select the Technical System Link
Search your Technical system as Application system
Click on the same
A tabbed screen appears in the bottom.
Go to installed software tab.
Click ADD NEW PRODUCT
Add your product here.
Also check the business System assignment in the similar way.

Changes are not updated from ECC to CRM How to debug

Hi,
QCs 1140049726 and 1140047459 were updated in P20 system to remove the WBS. This was done per normal P20 process and instructions. P20 system correctly reflects that QCs have no WBS value and the contracts are BOX - all is correct in P20.
CSP still shows these QCs as having a WBS assigned to them. This is incorrect. It has been over 24 hours since the P20 QCs were changed to reflect no WBS, but CSP still has not been replicated with the correct data.
How to proceed with it. How to debug from ECC to CRM.

All my songs and pictures are not transferring from my old phone !!!!!!

I had the iphone 4S and yesterday I went and got the iphone 5. I am trying to transfer everything using my icloud. All my apps,notes,txt msgs,contacts... everything like that was added onto my new phone. My pictures & music however, are still all adding, it has been loading since last night, this morning I noticed that it has stopped loading on this one song, and this one picture ( I have ALOT of pictures & music) so when I go into my photo app is says " downloading 2,027 of 2,984 " and it hasnt changed for hours!!! Same with my music I go into itunes and it says I have 26 songs left to download and they are not loading, they all say " waiting..." below them!!!
What should I do ? ..or will it EVENTUALLY load. I must have enough space on this new phone because I did on my old one....and I have deleted quite a few apps that were added from my old phone to my new one.

I downloaded 3 movies on my computer and want to transfer them to my iphone 5. I have my phone connected to my computer and go into my itunes account, then under movie rentals, I move them to the phone side from my computer. Everytime I do this they go back to my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Probably because the iOS and Mac versions of the game are not compatible since they run on completely different operating systems. You would have to contact the app developer to confirm this.
