Getting msg saying cannot edit area

I've been running across an issue where I'm editing an area
that is designated an editable area per code/template and suddenly
when I got to save it brings up a dialog saying "trying to edit an
area that is not editable" which isn't correct. Sometimes I just
create a new file from the template and cut and paste the editable
content and its fine.
Now I can't do that. It seems to happen when I use
<div>. For example, I have a logo/text div that must go on
every page. I created the div's needed and tested it on a clean
html page and its fine. When I try to put it into the existing page
within a TD I get that error no matter what.
The code I'm trying to place is:

OK - W3's validator finds 9 errors on the page, most of which
are arising
because of a mismatch between the Doctype -

and the tag syntax -

message, I believe.
Fix all of those XHTML closing tag errors, and let's try the

Fix that one too. Do this in the TEMPLATE page, and allow

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

TS3212 I cannot reinstall I tunes, I keep getting amessage saying cannot remove the older version of I tunes even though the older version has been removed

I have tried to uninstall i Tunes but although it is not in the programme files anymore it is still showing when I use the control panel to to try and uninstall it.When I click uninstall I get a message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is un available" I am now in a position where I cannot use or uninstall the existing version and I cannot install the updated version because I get amessage saying "cannot remove the old version.Can anyone help?

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. that mean your email server is having problems or unavailable at the moment. Contact them.

You will have to first update your new iPhone 5s to iOS 7.1 before you can use your iPhone 4s backup.
Set it up as new, do the update (Settings > General > Software Update) and then re-enter setup by erasing the phone (settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings).

As long as you keep it turned on, then yes it is on. What I meant is that it must be connected to a WiFi network as well as WiFi being turned on.
You can have WiFi turned on in the settings, but that doesn't mean that you are connected to a network. When you are at home, you would be connected to your home WiFi network. If you try again tonight - or whenever you plug your iPad into recharge, just don't power the iPad off. Leave it turned on and the backups should occur automatically.
But let me also say that you so have to have this enabled properly in the settings. Settings> iCloud> Storage & Backup> iCloud Backup> On. Make sure you have the iPad set up for automatic backups.

I'm encountering the very same issue. I updated to 7.0.6 and now I continuously get the 'Cannot get mail. The connection to the server failed'.
I'm on an iPhone 5 and my email account is Outlook.com set up through the Exchange option.
I have attempted PhilipRoy's suggestion, but unfortunately it hasn't solved my issue. Please note that this happens both on WiFi and 3G.
It's driving me nuts.

Have used Firefox for a long time and now it will not boot up and I get message saying cannot initialize security component. Have uninstalled and re-installed Yahoo optimized 5 version and still the same.

The only thing I have done different in the past few days is to install trial version of Bitdefender Total Security and I used the PC tune-up feature for PC clean-up and registry cleaner. That seems to be the point I could not loner use Firefox.

I have Firefox 3.6.6, and now that Firefox 4.0 is available, it crashes constantly. Sometimes less than 5 minutes after I open it. I have a Mac 10.4.11, so Firefox 4.0 isn't an option for me. When I asked Ff to check my plug-ins it said there was an error and to check back later. Twice.
Because I didn't have any (any) problems with my Ff before the upgrade became available, I am forced to question if Ff has done something to make the earlier version crash so you'll upgrade, but I can't afford to upgrade my Mac right now.
In the meantime, I do need a browser that works! I dislike Safari, Chrome is also not available on Mac 10.4.11, and Explorer is just plain not available on Mac.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix my Firefox 3.6.6?

Cannot edit purcahse order quantity column in SAP b1 8.8

Hello experts,
I am facing a small problem...I have created a list of items in the item master. I enter those items in the purchase order blanket.. So by default the quantity is set to 1 for the corresponding item.. When i try to edit the quantity column a message is flashed saying " Cannot edit".. now when i enter the same quantity using the calculator in the quantity field i am able to get the desired number on the row..but again i get a message saying that "cannot edit" .
I am doing this entry in the manager mode.If i do the same process using another user id which do not have any managerial rights, i do not get any sort of error..
Kindly help me solve this problem

Got the concept....We have not used any stored procedures for validation....we have just restricted access using normal authorizations....i being a super user, am not able to edit

Cannot edit track info in itunes

I just downloaded iTunes v. 10.6.3.25
I connected my iPhone to my computer and let iTunes see that it's there. If I try to go in under devices to my music library that is on the phone NOT in the library on the computer and try to right click, get info, I cannot edit any of the track information in there.
Do I have to sync the phone to my iTunes and transfer all of the music to the computer to be able to edit the info? I have an older iPod and I can connect it, go into devices and edit in there with no issues, it just won't let me do it on the phone.
Please help!!

Personally, I would edit the information in your iTunes Library and then connect the iPhone and Sync the library with the iPhone.
Since it's a Sync (synchronization) of iTunes with your iPhone, any new information on the phone (such as play counts) will be synced with iTunes while the updated track information in the library will be synced with the phone.

Yep, you're right. Right after I posted my question, I found the solution in the "Advanced" settings. When I installed Logic Pro 9 I also installed all the additional content at the same time, so everything functioned immediately... or, so I remember. That was a while ago.
Right affter this issue, I found in File Editor most of the "Functions" greyed out. I'm currently downloading the additional "Garageband" content. Hopefully, that will resolve that issue.
Updating software these days is like remodeling the entire studio! Can't do anything 'til it's done and you've figured out how all the newfangled stuff works!

I have been trying to update my itunes to version 10.7 and my Quicktime to version 7.7.3!
Having no luck!
So I tried selecting repair software on all of the Apple applications and they seem to have worked.
Then I selected look for upgrades on my itunes (Help) main screen
It said their were two updates -   Itunes 10.7   and Quicktime 7.7.3
I selected the option to update and the .exe files were loaded to my Windows 7 p.c.
However after part of the Itune update completed a message came up on the screen
saying   "The feature you are trying to use is on a net work resource that is unavailable.
O.k.
I then went to the itunes website and tried again. This time it checked my system the process seemed to be working and all of a sudden I got a message saying my old itunes programs could not be removed and or deleted. So I tried to delete my old version myself without success it won't let me.
I've run out of options and am not completely fustrated.
I have itunes on my desktop, my iphone4, my ipod and in my car.
Anyone have any clue how I can resolve this problem?

Which particular .msi file does the message go on to say cannot be found? (Several different .msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)
