GOA item distribution

Dear all,
I am trying to use a BADI and check GOA item distribution data. In particular I need to get plant code.
In BBP_PD I can see that plant GUID is in table BBP_PDDEP but I can not find a connection between item GUID and this table. Can somebody advise how can I access this table?
kind regards,
Robert

I feel that you can read all GOA details using FM <BBP_PROCDOC_GETDETAIL>.
Just populate I_OBJECT_TYPE = BUS2000113
and I_Read_flags as per need.
There is no point in exploring links when you have SAP given FM.
You can also see where used details for above FM to use it in proper way.

  • Worklist items distribution to collection specialist

    Dear All,
Doubt: worklist item distribution method to collection specialists
Scenario: Specialists are not assigned to the business partner master record, worklist items are distributed by equal distribution method.worklist will get generated on a daily basis.
Today i run the UDM_GENWL program and then distribute the worklist items equally, after that i assign some of the worklist items from one specialist to other specialist(i.e manually), all the specialists has processed their items for the day.
The nextday i once again run the UDM_GENWL program and distribute the worklist items equally.
    Question
Now will the program assign worklist items to the same specialist who processed the same yesterday or it will allocate it to some other specialists.
(It may go to the same specialist or different one because the collection group may have 3 or 4 specialists so, the probability of allocation to the same specialist is high)
Whether it will over write all the worklist items with the specialists including manually allocated worklist items with the equal distribution formula.
    How the distribution algorithm works..?
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    D vasanth

When the std worklist generation prog runs, first it evaluates the BPs based on coll strategies and then generates the WL entries.. If the BP contains coll spec entry then the WL item gets assigned to that.
For the rest of the unassigned entries, If you employ the std dist procedure of even distribution, the unassigned entries in WL, will be distributed to coll spec with smallest # of WL entries. If the # of entries to each coll spec are same then the next item will be assigned to coll spec with the lowest avg valuation.
If you wish to have the same BP assigned to the same coll spec in every WL generation run then assign it in the master data itself.

  • Newby question: GOA backend distribution

    Hi,
I was wondering if someone can help me understand the GOA to backend OA distribution process.
After reading the config guide for SRM4.0, I cannot understand how the IDOC BLAR02 is triggered?
I know that if I follow the config guide, as soon as I release the GOA, the IDOC will be automagically generated, but how?  Is there a function to that gets triggered before the IDOC gets sent? Where can I find this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Michael.

The GOA is transferred to backend through a BAPI. The BAPI then creates the IDOCs BLAORD and CONDA which are then processed to created a contract/scheduling agreement in backend.

  • GOA 'IN DISTRIBUTION'

    Hi experts
After I have done all configurations for GOA distribution with GOAs succesfully tranfered to R/3 as Scheduling agreemnt my GOA still in status 'IN DISTRIBUTION' besides I heve creted schedule lines for the contracts in R/3 and nothing updated in SRM GOA.
    Some help will be welcome.
    Thanks
    Nilson

    Hi Nilson,
If the document number is there in bbp_document_tab then clean_reqreq_up has not updated the status for this GOA. You can possibly try to run the report again by directly giving the document number (you will find the key in the table).
The IDOC BLAORD needs to be checked in backend not BLAREL.

  • GOA distribution to several contracts in r/3 not working

    Hi,
I have a problem with GOA distribution to backend. I would like to obtain the situation when I have 2 items in GOA, in Distribution I have also two inputs (both for the same purchasing organization, but locations are different) and the GOA is distributed to R/3 to 2 different contracts - one for the first location and first item and the second contract for second item and location. I'm not able to get that working right.
Typically, does the SRM generate 2 different numbers for to r/3 contracts that were distributed from GOA?
I have GOA number 5600000150 and no matter how many items and locations (in Distribution) I indicate, there is always only one contract in r/3 is being created. When I indicate for instance 2 purchasing organizations in Distribution, there's only one contract in r/3 created for that first one.
Please help if you know what can be wrong.

  • Determine distribution of GOA as a Contract or a Schedule Agreement

    Hello,
We are using SRM 5.5 Server and R/3 4.7 as a backend system. Uptill now we have distributed our GOA by maintaining the same transaction type on SRM and the backend for contracts. However now we have a requirement to be able to distribute GOA as a scheduling agreement for certain product categories. When we choose Scheduling Agreement on item distribution screen, GOA is again distributed as a Contract.
How can we maintaine settings or use a BADI to be able to distribute the GOA as a Schedule Agreement type that R/3 uses instead of the contract type we maintained?
    Thank you,

    Hi Gaia,
you can manipulate the transaction type via BADI BBP_CTR_BE_CREATE
in SRM. Use a Case logic for field iv_logical_system to switch the transaction type
before IDoc transfer to the Backend System. Just ensure that the transactio type
with valid number range is available in the Backend System.
    Cheers,
    Claudia

  • Incorrect distribution -Error while distributing GOA to R3 Backend system

The condition types are mapped in SRM
    Pls suggest.
    Regards,
    Avinash

    Hi Avinash,
In reference to your query about GOA, the distribution error might be beacause of the issues in BADI implementation.
By using the BADI you can define which document to be created in the backend.
BBP_CTR_BE_CREATE BADI can be used in SRM and BBP_CTR BADI can be used in back end R/3 for this purpose.
Check for the transaction types (GCTR) and the number ranges for the transaction types.
The GOA will either create a contract or a Scheduling agreement in R/3 back end after distribution.
Also refer the below SDN thread in this regard :

  • Distribution screen enhancment in Contract item -SRM 7.0

    Hi Experts,
I want to add custom fields in contract item level distribution screen In SRM 7.0,
Sap has provided standard structure for item enhancement INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and INCL_, INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
Using above structures we can enhance Item over view screen, My requirement is to enhance Item distribution screen,
If any one worked on distribution screen enhancement or any body knowledge of this, please share me the correct structure to enhance the screen.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
I am also trying the same thing, were you able to solve that issue ?

Solution: Increase the disk space, remove unprocessable files.

If you can get into the Console do you have maintenance task set-up to clean up and delete old records?  if so do that.
Why should that help in that case?
@Parvinder_Randev: were you able to free up some disk space? Have you already examined the site and component status? Are there other errors? Site systems should not vanish just because of the disk being full.

  • Distributing the GOA to multiple locations in the same backend

    Hello Folks,
We are implementing SRM 5.0 (SAPKIBKT10 Support Package level) with Extended Classic Scenario, with only one backend system (R3 V4.6b) integrated with the SRM system.
    Queries:
At GOA header - Distribution,  Example is shown below....
    Backend Purchase Organization 1 - Location A
    Backend Purchase Organization 1 - Location B
When we distribute one GOA to the backend with multiple locations for the same Purchase organiation.
In the backend system two idocs are getting generated with the same contract number. While processing the first Idoc the system is creating the contract but while processing the second idoc the system is changing the previously created contract, instead of creating a new contract.
So, in standard does the system creates actually creates two contract numbers for two different locations?
Can somebody throw some light on the logic of the distribution
    Regds
    Amith
Edited by: Amith Varma on Feb 26, 2008 4:51 AM

    Hi Amith,
this is normal behaviour of the system in the case POrgs are set up accross company codes. In the Contract IDoc the Comany Code is derived from the location. When the system finds the same company code, it does not create an additional contract, but just updates the already distributed contract.

  • Some question about the renegotiation function in SRM Contract (GOA)

    Hi All Expert,
We are on SRM 5/4.6,  there is a question about the renegotiation function in SRM GOA.
Can we renegotiate the price for some parts in the GOA items with this function ( e.g. Only renegotiate one item in the contract) ?
Will the item price updated automatically after the renegotiation?
    Many thanks in advance!!!
        Wendrin

    Hi Sanjeev,
    Many thanks for your help.
One more question, if I add a new item when we renegotiation, will it be transfered to contract and create a new item after that?
    Thanks and best regards

  • How to find tax lines with their respective items

    Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to attach each distribution lines type of tax to it's item parent. By scanning ap_invoice_distributions_v, couldn't link out tax lines to any item lines.
A details scenario is the following:
    - For each invoice, the report shows its associate distributions lines.
    - When a line type is TAX, i'm trying to retrieve its associated item.
I went through the API referenced by APXINWKB forms and its "Calculate Tax" processes to follow the background logic. But AP_TAX_CONTROL_PKG and AP_TAX_ENGINE_PKG could not be of a great help.
Logically, a field in ap_invoice_distributions_v should tell for each tax distribution line what its item distribution line is.....
    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

  • What is the difference between define Assessment and define distribution

What is the difference between define Assessment(S_ALR_87005742)  and define distribution(S_ALR_87005757)

    Hi,
Assessment and distribution of relevant overhead costs is performed at period closing (actual data) or plan closing (plan data). This is usually done directly in CO. It is then reflected in the data in Profit Center Accounting. If you have a service profit center or allocation profit center in your profit center hierarchy, you may need to assess or Distribute costs again in Profit center Accounting.
In Profit Center Accounting, the allocation function allows you to allocate the following plan and actual data.
    -- Costs (assessment and/or distribution)
-- Revenues and sales deductions (assessment and/or distribution)
    -- Balance sheet items (distribution)
Assessment is made using a special cost/revenue element. In distribution, the original cost/revenue element/account number is retained.
Assesment, you set rules in the form of cycles for allocating primary and secondary costs in plan.
    Activities in assesment are
Create an plan assessment cycle by proceeding as follows:
    1. Enter a name for the cycle
    2. Enter a validity timeframe for the cycle
    3. Maintain the header data for the cycle by entering the following:
    a) In which currencies the costs should be charged
    b) Whether consumption quantities should be charged
    c) Whether negative tracing factors should be scaled
    d) Whether the cycle should be processed iteratively
    e) In which version the cycle is valid
    4. Create segments for the cycle that contain the following information:
    a) The sender cost element to be distributed
    b) Criteria to distribute the costs among the receivers
    c) Sender objects
    d) Receiver objects
Distribution ,you create rules in the form of cycle for the settlement of primary costs on a cost center.
    Activities in distribution are
Create a plan distribution cycle by proceeding as follows:
    1. Determine a name for the cycle.
    2. Determine a validity period for the cycle.
    3. Maintain the header data for the cycle by entering the following.
    a) Which currencies are to be used in the allocations
    b) Whether consumption is to be allocated or not
    c) Whether negative tracing factors are scaled or not
    d) Whether cycle processing is to be iterative
    e) In which version the allocation is to take place
    4. Define cycle segments in which you store the following information.
    a) Sender cost element to be distributed
    b) Criteria for cost distribution to the receiver
    c) Sender objects
    d) Receiver objects
