GR-Base IV indicator not ticked

Hi,
Accidently the user has not ticked the GR-Base IV indicator in PO ,
further GR  is allready done on  lot wise  & material is issued to sub contractor for processing
while processing MIRO we are getting the consolidated amount of all GR whic is not acceptable,
WE HAVE RECEIVED INVOICE BASED ON LOT WISE DELIVERY & Finance needs to make the payment against the GR  lot quantity deliverded
Please help how to resolve this issue

Make the MIRO on delivery Note or Bill of landing if u have untick GR IV.
U must have different delivery note per separate Delivery

    You can check following things,
    1. User in the PO should be correctly assigned in org without any sync errors(check users_gen)
    2. Check in PO if the Confirmation/services performed tick is assigned properly.
    3. Check if the PO in SRM and backend is correctly synchorinzed with PO in Ordered status.
    4. Finally if there is any existing confirmation for the PO, then they can create the next confirmation only after the earlier conf is synchronized with backend, which means it would depend upon your schedule of clean_reqreq_up report.

  • Transaction type 148: affiliated company indicator not allowed

    I am trying to create new transfer variant for intercompany asset transfers, but when saving I am getting error AC768 Transaction type 148: affiliated company indicator not allowed'.
    Interesting, transaction type 148 is not used in any of the existing transfer variants. Even if I don't change anything in any variant I am still getting this error message. I switched it off in t-code OBA5 (after adding it in OBMSG), but I am still getting that error message and I am not able to create new transfer variant.
    Is there any other option that to modify this transaction type 148? It is standard so I don't want to modify it.

  • VERSION "completed" Indicator not restricting further GR and IR of PO

    Dear SAP Gurus,
    (Sorry, re-creating the Post as the earlier one was created by other user and is closed and i could not assign any points for valuable answers)
    In my case the Version management is behaving in a strange manner,
    I have created a PO value 1000 unit, and got it released,
    now change the value to 2000 it asks for version management i fill the Reason and Text field at Version Management TAB, the system is not asking me to Mark the Version completed indicator ( it is not a mandatory field)
    but my biggest issue is even though the Version Completed Indicator is not Ticked the PO could be used for subsequent process,
    there can be GR made for this PO, and also Invoice made for the same PO,
    system is allowing further processing of the PO where VERSION "completed" Indicator is not ticked.
    Please guide if there is any Config to restrict the PO where VERSION completed Indicator is not ticked from going to GR and IR,
    ( as per the previous posts i also feel making VERSION completed Indicator as mandatory field is not a best Practice, as it will cause new version for small changes in PO)

    Yes we have release stratergy implemented, and our release is also not reset until we tick the version Completed Indicator,
    This is really making the system vulnerable as people can make any changes to Qty and Value and neither the system is asking for New version nor resetting the existing Release,
    and people can use the PO for Making GR and IR as well, which is not acceptable.
    Please guide if any Config is missing to check the same,

  • Data Mart Status of the request is not ticked

    Hello Everybody,
    I am the first time to deal with BW.
    After I loaded the data to the ODS, the request in the manage data view was not ticked as the others although the job was completed successfully.

    have you deleted the data mart status in ods .
    u need to follow these steps
    1, if you chenged the status to red no need to delete the datamart status in ods .you can load the data from ods to infocube.
    2, if the status green and need to delete the datamart symbol in ods.

  • Service Desk: Basis Message has not been created

    Hi Experts
    After applying the laster patches on our SolMan (CRM Component) the Service Desk is not working properly.
    When creating a ticket with TA NOTIF_CREATE the error message pops up:
    Message 000000XXXX created in <SID> with the following error: Basis message has not been created.
    We use the standard Notification types. Like SLFN and SLF1 (For ABA message)
    In TA DNO_CUST01 there is the standard config. activ also standard Action Profile: SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO
    Number Range: 01
    Application: DNO_NOTIF
    In TA DNO_CUST04: PROCESS_TYPE: SLFN, RFCDEST_SOL_MANAGER: NONE
    The ticket is available in the monitor TA, but the ABA Message is missing. All the details concerning the satellite System is missing too and can also not be maintained manually.
    If someone has had this problem as well, I would be very interested to hear the solution.

    so log is red right like you have an error ?
    I don t understand why you have this log though cause this message is 060 from class 'DNO'. And there is only 4 function calls that launch error with parameter you re facing (I_PARN) that concerns partners (actors of your ticket) !
    And when putting a breakpoint in these 4 function calls and retesting; Solman, at least mine does nt go in any one of them.
    You can maybe do the test on your side. The 4 function moduls are (tr SE37, first line each time)
    DNO_DB_EX_PAR_USER_CHECK
    DNO_DB_EX_PAR_USER_DISP
    DNO_DB_EX_PAR_ADDR_CHECK
    DNO_DB_EX_PAR_ADDR_DISP
    Please put a break point in each one of them and launch transaction crmd_order again and retest.
    Could you please confirm that Solman goes there and that parameter i_parn is actually empty...?

    iMessage and FaceTime went down yesterday for some people. Mine is still down. My iMessage is saying the same thing about being activated. Sounds like you are still down too. Ignore the status page that says everything is fine - it lies.

    2. COntrol field selection for MIGO to disable users from changing it.

    You already have the software installed that you need if you have 10.8.2.
    If AirPort Utility cannot find the Express, that is another matter. More software is not needed. More troublehooting is needed.
    Power up the Express for a full minute
    Hold in the reset button on the Express for 7-8 seconds and release
    Allow a full minute for the Express to restart
    Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen
    Look for a heading of New AirPort Base Station
    Just below that, click on AirPort Express
    What happens?

    We are using MIGO to capture & Post Excise Invoice for our Import PO (PO type ZIMP). the problem is, when we change the qty in MIGO Qty tab, corresponding base value is not getting update in Excise tab. we are not creating the planned cost mIRO directly we do the GRN.

    You are using the India Scenario right?
    The issue can be because you have not assigned a zero tax code to the line item. For India please make the tax code field in PO as mandatory so that the user does not save the PO without atleast a zero tax code.
    Maintain the tax code & proceed. You will see the tab in MIGO.

    To do this goto IMG->MM->Purchasing->Version Management->Set up Version Management for External Purchasing Documents
    Here Tick on Version Active & in Field Selection in the relevant fields where you want users to enter data make them as Required Entry.  This will post an error message when ever it is not complete.

    Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the response. I tried that approach this evening and it didn't work for me. (Technically it worked for me, when I was hardwired into my base station, but would not work for me wirelessly, which is my main issue.)
    Again, using the approach you recommended works only if I have my ethernet cable attached to the LAN port so my computer is communicating directly to the base station through the hard wire. I am able to scan for my base station and make setting adjustments normally this way too.
    As soon as I disconnect from the LAN port and try to go wireless is where I run into problems. The Base Station's wireless network I created is available to choose in the top right corner of the monitor with all of the other available wireless devices/networks -- but the network I created does not have access to the internet. I am also unable to configure my Base Station wirelessly. When my Airport Utility tries to scan for the Base Station and Network, it cannot find any Apple Wireless Device. It's like the Wireless Network in my base station is not sending out a signal.
    Is there a way to resolve this issue?
