Haven't received any Gamers Club Coupons

I renewed in November 2013 and I didn't get any coupons for December which didn't bother me too much. I kind of figured it would take some time to get back into the system. Now it is February and I still haven't received any coupons from the monthly "issues". I know they don't send out the magazine anymore but I haven't gotten any e-mails containing any coupons either. I know that my e-mail on file is correct because I received other GC e-mails. Just no coupons to be had. I am really disappointed because obviously that is a big part of the value of paying to be in the GC. I know for a fact of the last 3 sets of coupons I missed I would have used at least 6 of them.

As you are aware, the @ Gamer benefit was discontinued for new or renewed Unlocked subscriptions last November. The coupons were a part of the magazine, and are not being sent separate from it. I am sorry for any misunderstanding in this regard.

I signed up about 6 months ago to receive student coupons. I used a valid student email ending in .edu and it says email accepted. Haven't received any emails. I've checked spam folder and everything. I signed up again a few days ago and still no emails. None.

Haven't received all Gamers Club Unlocked Benefits

So I've purchased Gamers Club Unlocked back in February, and while I've received new games for 20% off, I didn't receive the 10% bonus trade in credit, 10% off a preowned game, and the two special welcome coupons. If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Best buy just cancelled my gamers club membership after two years because the said they sent me a 30 dollar retention coupon and I never used it. After 1 hr on the phone and multiple denials I finally got a supervisor who who lied and made excuses before deciding to hang up on me because I refused to accept that theres nothing that can be done. From what I can see, we did not cancel your Unlocked membership. It appears that your membership expired sometime back in late September or early October and you did not go into a Best Buy store to renew it. When the Unlocked enhancements were announced, a coupon was issued to those existing Unlocked members offering them the opportunity to renew their membership for $30. For those Unlocked members that were eligible, the coupon was either sent via email or physical mail. It really depended on if the information we had on file was accurate.
The renewal coupon officially expired on 2/10/2014, and to my knowledge, we have no current plans to extend the expiration date. There is not much the phone agents could have done to renew your Unlocked membership or provide you with the coupon because it had already expired. If a member claimed to not have received the coupon when it was still active, then we could request a replacement be emailed. While the $30 coupon has expired, we do have new coupons and promotional offers from time-to-time, so a discount coupon in the future is a possibility.

I still haven't received any feedback that I cannot even open Firefox.

I sent an inquiry in yesterday that after installation of updates firefox stopped working completely. I cannot even open it. Installation of Firefox 7 after un-installing the old version didn't solve the issue.
The best of all, when I want to give feedback it tell me I first have to isntall the newest version of firefox. Funny isn't it as I cannot use it so this prevents from giving any feedback.
I would really like an feedback how to solve this issue.

There are many theories about how control over the automatic updates is done...and the discussions are pointless. If the official methods don't offer you the update, then your only choice is to resort to unofficial (e.g., AutoLoader) methods if you simply cannot wait for that approval to release the automatic update to you.

I haven't received any email contact from Apple after submitting my first podcast. Have a missed something?

I've managed to create my first podcast and was informed from others that upon posting to the iTunes store, Apple would send an email confirming it has received the podcast and another about 24 hours later confirming it has been indexed and providing a link to make it live.
As of yet, I've received none, including checking my junk emails.
The podcast shows up when clicking File > Subscribe to a podcast and entering in the RSS feed url, yet when clicking on the podcast and selecting > Show in iTunes Store, it yields no results. As a result, you can't search for the podcast in the iTunes Store or provide a direct link to it.
I'm using Libsyn as the RSS host (http://processtheprocess.libsyn.com/rss) and Feedburner(http://feeds.feedburner.com/ProcessTheProcess).
The "Subscribe with iTunes" on the Feed Burner page works and provides a link to download the podcast, but I'd like for it to be searchable on iTunes before continuing.
Is there a logical explanation to this and have I missed an important step along the way?

When you submit a feed you should get an ackowledgment email. After that it can take a couple of weeks for your podcast to be accepted (24 days is wildly optimistic) at which point you should be sent another email giving you the Store page URL. The emails may possibly have gone missing in transit, but that wouldn't prevent your podcast eventually going live as you don't have to do anything further. However the ability to locate a podcast through Search usually takes a further period, making it more difficult to discover whether the podcast is up or not.
You could try emailing Support as podcasts 'at' apple.com and asking about this, but it's quite likely you won't get a specific reply.
One possible test is to try submitting the feed again. If it has been registered as submitted you will be told that it has already been submitted, which will at least tell you that it's in process.

Purchased the $9.99 for Photoshop but haven't received any serial codes?

Adobe has taken $1 from my account which is currently labelled pending. I have downloaded the photoshop and lightroom apps from creative cloud but my only options are 'Trial' or 'License This Software', why don't I have the serial codes though?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
