Help! Lost T5120 ok Prompt

I got a T5120 and been playing around with ldom
after finish playing with it, I delete everything and want to start again
to get the hang of it and run these commands
sc> poweroff
sc> bootmode config="factory-default"
sc> poweron
Now I cant seem to get the ok prompt back any more.
I did a -> reset /SYS and this is the out put from the console
it never get to the ok prompt..is there a way I can reset everything to factory default and get it back?
I still have access to ALOM and can do all the ALOM stuff.

Ok I reflash the T5120 with the latest firmware 7.2.2e
and set everything to factory default value and I still cant get to the OK prompt
here is the output... and that where it hangs
is this a hardware issues?

Help - lost motherboard, auto save saved older script, newer script actually with older date.

Adobe story team:
I had a best script to date, on an older hard drive and the motherboard failed on my HP tower. The sony laptop has a more recent dated script, but not the one I want. How do I replace an "older" date script, one that I want for a newer script. I don't want the newer script, I want the older one that is on a "pulled" hard drive again, from a tower that failed.
Do I save the older file on an offline, using a new ID, new password, forever changed or what can I do?
I need a fairly quick response, timing is critical. HP tower is the problem.

You have it half right. the issue is the HP tower I had failed. The mother board failed, I pulled the hard drive which is windows 7, I have a sony laptop which is in 32 bit vista, I am not sure if the different versions will be an issue. can i take a file off the pulled hard drive and put it somewhere in a directory even with the different windows vista vs windows 7 if so which file should i copy on the pulled hard drive and where do i put it on the laptop, directory plus I will go back on online save it in the clouds and reformat the laptop and go to windows 7 then go back to adobe story and go from there. thank you for your quick attention in this matter.

I am not sure if I understand your problem correctly, but as far as I can make out you had been working on a script and then it got autosaved and now you wish to go back to the "older" script.
In order to do so you may visit your document's history through the View->History option. There you will see older versions of your document (if you had not turned off autoversioning). You may then open an older version of the document from the panel by double clicking on it. Once on an older version you will get to see the "Make Latest" option. Clicking on that will make the "older" state of your document your "current" state and then you may proceed to edit the document as usual.
I hope this is helpful to your situation. In case you face any issues in following the mentioned steps do let us know.

HELP! Without any prompting for such a download, Firefox tells me 'Thank You for choosing Firefox 4', & I have lost ALL of my bookmarks! I absolutely need to restore them, please please help. Not impressed at all!

I am shellshocked.... so far I am not happy with Firefox's latest effort. When I first got this version, my 'saved tabs' function did not work, which I use regularly, and I lost vital site information with the update. I figured out how to fix this by changing a setting, and figured my problems were over.
But NOW without any prompting from me, Firefox re-opened, having lost the tabs I had, yet again, and instead opened up two new tabs, 'Welcome to FireFox' (ty for choosing firefox4), and 'Mozilla Firefox Start Page', AND I have lost all my bookmarks!, WTF! Please help me to restore them, I have tried the help info provided, but they are still not restored :( Some of those treasured bookmarks, an extensive list, I will never get again, unless I can restore the ones I had. :( NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Thank you for your response, I went throught each and every step without any luck, even got the recovery programme, and painstakingly tried to sift through all that mumbojumbo to find what i needed. finally found the bookmark bit, but it had been fully overwritten :(, so on reading about previous ff versions, found the sqlite thingys, and they were relatively unscathed(partly written over, but saveable apparently TG), saved them to adiff drive, amongst other possibly good folders. Then looked up how to install them, and it said to close FF, and install to profile folder.
So i tried to close FF, and the original problem from a few days ago, where it asked me if 'i was sure i wanted to close this window as it has X tabs open', popped up again. This is where 'open blank page' selection was set, over 'open previous tabs'. Wanting to save that info on how to sort out these friggin files, I reset the Option to 'open previous tabs', and closed FF. After unsucessfully searching for the profile folder on my laptop, i opened FF intending to search online for where i could find said folder.
AND BANG, surprise surprise, the FF I had just closed with only tabs open about finding out what the heck to do, had disappeared, and instead my original saved tabs were up, and my bookmarks are there..... I am gobsmacked! what the heck just happened there???
I have made 3 back up in different folders now, of those friggin bookmarks. I am weary now tho of shutting it all down.... what if its back to the other pages I had with no bookmarks, tomorrow :(

Lost Cd Rom - prompt when install update

I've got a 6500Slide and had the PC suite installed on my desktop.
I tried updating the software the other day at the prompt for new updates being available.
Got as far as the wizard asking me to insert the CDrom that came with the phone, which I now can't find :-(
Got stuck there - I've uninstalled the software & tried from scratch downloading it again to install but everytime I get stuck at the prompt asking me for the CDrom.
Help! Is there a way I can download & install the software for my phone without the CDrom that I've lost?

You should not need the cd to install latest pcsuite. I suggest you remove previous installl and clean using pcsuite cleaner before downloading latest version and reinstalling.

Please Help: Lost everything because of switch to ...

Tuesday 8th July. A week ago today I was switched to BT Infinity from ADSL with a non BT ISP. I had 2.5 years of bomb proof internet on ADSL. It didn’t ever go down or slow from 4-5Mbs. However I made the crazy decision to switch to Infinity for, ironically, a faster and more reliable service.
Immediately after installation of my Fibre my connection speed went DOWN from 5Mbs on adsl to 0.5-1Mbs. It was immediately obvious to me something was wrong. I insisted the installation engineers stay and watch a speed check but they said this was “perfectly normal” for the settling in period. Before they’d even left my drive way it crashed and continued to crash over the next 24 hours for up to several hours at a time. Speeds varied from 0.5 – 1.5Mbs.
On Thursday 10th I took several hours off work and spent it on the phone to India where they eventually booked me an engineer to look at my line the next day. Someone from a UK call centre called me on Friday to say they’d attempted to remotely repair my line and it had failed and they’d need to send an engineer out.
On Sunday 13th the BT Open Reach engineer arrived at 2.30pm (I’d cancelled a family day out to the annual village fete). He insisted on checking all the house wiring, despite me pointing out that the wiring was fine as the adsl had worked perfectly previously, I repeatedly pointed out it was a problem outside our home. He left in a hurry at 4 saying he’d return tomorrow.
Monday 14th I had to take a day’s leave on Monday to await the OPen Reach engineer who was not the same guy as Sunday. He was pleasant and professional but again insisted on testing all my home lines and then spent all afternoon replacing the lot. He completely rewired the house, rerouting the phone lines into a new socket, drilling walls etc. His tests did not show any problems on the line at my house or at the cabinet. He called technical help whilst I was there who said they couldn’t detect any problems on the line. However the internet was still very very variable and I insisted he call back. This time they stated the “interleaving” was off on my download and switch it on (BT’s guidance says it is NOT an option to switch this off for fibre so why was it off?). This appeared to stabilise the internet at 18Mbs download and 7Mbs up with a long latency of 60-70 on the ping.
Tuesday 15th Awoke and it was still working! I dared to hope. Too soon though. My wife has just called me on her mobile, very angry, we have now lost not only the internet but the phone too! The line is completely dead.
I’ve reached the end of what I can cope with. I cannot take more time off work whilst engineers visit. I cannot even call and sit in a queue for hours to India as I have no phone (this was sent from my works Email). I work from home a lot and I’m in danger of losing my job because of a combination of time off and an inability to connect to the works network. This is wrecking my life.
I live in the village of Great Eccleston, Lancashire and know there were issues with “the cabinet” a few months ago from the BT engineers who visited and that engineers were working on the lines in our street yesterday as damp had got into the junction (but this ended at lunch yesterday and my phone was still working).
I have repeatedly requested this is resolved externally, that I’m given a “lift and shift” in the cabinet to a new circuit, but was told yesterday BT wholesale were reluctant to do this. Each time I call the call centre I have to explain everything again to a new person, same when an engineer visits. When the engineers visit they insist they will sort it but make it worse. There is no continuity at all. All I can think to do now is Email the CEO of BT.
I have to go home now but will check this tomorrow.

Help needed with calendar prompts!!

I have an issue in displaying the date difference between the user selected calendar prompt date and the time period date.
TIMESTAMPDIFF(SQL_TSI_DAY , Fact.due_Date, @{selected_date}{CURRENT_DATE}) works fine,
But when user selects a date from the calendar prompt, date format is not matching. Obiee uses YYYY/MM/DD but the calendar returns 'MM/DD/YYYY' as a character.
Any idea how to cast a date function from MM/DD/YYYY to YYYY/MM/DD ??
I tried using Evaluate, it hangs up the BI server. So is there any alternate way to achieve this??

My work around was
the date prompt column was cast to date in dashboard promt and set as calender control. The date value captured in presentatiion varaible 'date' and in the report the below calcuation on the presenation variable was done.

Help, I lost all the songs on my iPod when I deleted a few songs from my iTunes Library, checked the box titled "Replace all items when Autofilling" in my Autofill Settings window, and then tried to Autofill. Note that I do not purchase songs from iTunes, but rather I rip songs off my own cd's and then transfer the mp3 files to iTunes. And after I transfer mp3 files from my pc to iTunes and then Autofill, I generally delete those files from my pc.
I can still see the songs in my iTunes Library, but not on my iPod. Is there a way that I can salvage them and get them back on my iPod?

Well you will have to wait to connect you ipod to the orignal computer and it will put all your songs back on to it.

Help - lost icons in finder window

Hi, Somehow i lost some icons, and i can't get them back. When I click on the HD icon, i get the finder window. Listed are: network, MacHD - a line, then: Desktop, User Icon, Applications, Pictures, and Favorites. I almost positive I also had a Music and Utilities icon in there. Last night i had some problems with my mouse and several times heard and saw the famous "cloud" and "swoosh disappear sound". After, I had fewer icons in the finder. Can someone verify the icons that should be there, and how do I get them back?

Here is what Mac Help has to say about sidebar items:
To customize the list of basic sidebar items, choose Finder > Preferences and click Sidebar. Select the checkbox next to items you want to show.
To add a personal item, drag it to the lower part of the sidebar. You cannot add items to the upper section.
To remove an item, drag its icon out of the sidebar.
Drag items up or down in the sidebar to organize them.
To change the width of the sidebar, drag the divider bar beside it. You can show just the icons or hide it completely.
To eject a disk or disconnect from a volume, click the eject icon next to the item in the upper part of the sidebar.
So, you should be able to drag items of your choice into the sidebar.

Help - Lost Administrator Password: Recovery Desktop Frozen

I have an early 2009 24" iMac running 10.7.4. I have Find my Mac active and have somehow lost my administrator password.
I have seen other questions and answers. I cannot log out to reset the password. Command + R takes me to the recovery desktop. Track pad and arrow keys allow me to navigate around the recovery screen but I am unable to select Utlilities>Terminal. In fact I cannot select any of the other options e.g. re-install Lion etc.
Getting desparate, so please, can anyone help?

Help, lost all photos and texts while syncing new iphone

While syncing my husbands new iphone 3 on itunes I gained all the music but lost all photos and texts... also all the apps and contacts from my iphone were added to his phone. Need help mostly on how to recover the photos that were deleted, there were about 1,000 of them and I didn't realize it was happening until it was too late....

Need Help with sqlldr/cmd prompt....

I am successfully using sqlldr using runtime.exec() but the issue is that my next class which is to be run after sqlldr class is using the log files,bad files etc created by sqlldr class.
Since sqlldr class invokes command prompt and runs the loader script there and ends so my next class tries to use the things which are not yet created and thus creates a problem that i am not able to automate the complete work.
Currently I am using system proprtties to find out that if cmd.exe process is running then the execution of my next class should wait but this again causes a problem on shared user as the cmd.exe can be invoked by another person and also it feels as a shortcoming of my code.
So can anybody please help me with this issue asap, I am also ok to try some another way to transfer my flat files data to database using control files.

if your process successfully running it the program should wait at waitFor() function call. If it going with out waiting, then that can be your process has failed - you can identify by print the return value or the cmd.exe called another process and it is terminated.

Help Lost Address Book

I have been using the back up process for the Blackberry Cureve 8310 before but have made a mess up of the downloading of the new addresses and now cant find them! Quite important as over 416 addresses!
I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on where I can get these back and down loaded from the computer back on to the blackberrry!
As you can imagine this is doing serious damage to my business as now some may be lost for ever!!
Any help - thoughts on what to do!
By the way Blackberry Office applications is dead over the weekend and Bank Holiday when I really needed them!
Is there any other help line anyone knows of in UK? 0871 200 3198 was the one I was given by O2 provider!

Hi there!
Since you have been using the backup process (good job!!), you should have backup files on your PC. Search the entire hard drive for files with an ipd extension (*.ipd). Inspect the results (date/time of the file, mainly) to see what might be your best to use. Then, launch DTM and use it to initiate the restore process, setting it to use as the source the ipd file that you selected above.
