Help...Mailboxes unavailable.

I run my mail on 10.3.9 iMac G4 and this morning I found that the mailbox drawer, the mailbox icon and the open mailbox in the view dropdown menu were all greyed out. I deleted mail.plist from system preferences, but to no effect.
How can I restore my access to mailboxes?

Hi there. I hope somebody can help me with this one.
We are running an Exchange 2010 server. We also have a website hosted externally where users can submit info via a form. The website form sends an email to [email protected]. It has been working fine, but all of the sudden, emails from the
website are not coming through. Emails sent to [email protected] from anything but the website work just fine. The error message is "550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable."
I am at a loss as to how to fix this. This happened a couple of months ago. I spent hours trying to fix it, when *poof*, it just seemed to fix itself. I couldn't tell that anything I had done even fixed it(and I hadn't done much).
Here is the full text of the email error message:

Why do I see: iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn't connected to the Internet. IE9 works fine but iTunes does not connect to the store.

I have tried 4 days to get iTunes 10.4 working on my Win7 x64 machine. I purchased a new iPhone4 and after syncing it the first time, I can't connect to the iTunes store.
When I try to run iTunes Help, I get this message "iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn’t connected to the Internet." However IE9 and Google Chrome run as always...... no connection problems.
I have already uninstalled IE9 x64 and iTunes 10.4 x64 and reinstalled but still the same. I followed all the instructions I could find about firewalls, ports, SSL etc.

CS6 Help is unavailable

CS6 Illustrator Help is unavailable. When I try to access it via the Help menu, or by pressing F1, I get the following message
"To access online Help or to download Help contents, you need to be connected to the Internet."
I am connected. Why do I have to have access the Internet just to view Help?
There use to be a keyboard sequence that would bring up the installed Help on your system. Is that still available, and if so what is the key sequence?
This is not a Creative Cloud version of CS6.

UPDATE: Just tried to access After Effects Help and it does nothing. No error message or anything. Then tried Photoshop Online Help which gave me a similar message about needing to be connected to the Internet.

I am having the same problem and it is driving me crazy! I saw someone else on the forums posted about it last month, too. Were you ever able to resolve the issue? I feel the program is crippled without the help menu, and may just try to do this project in CS3 instead, because I'm soooo upset at this program now.

error in my log file, I have made the following change in SMTP Virtual server in IIS 6 Manager in the server
1.Added 127.0.0.1 and IP of server in Smtp Virtual Server->Properties->Access tab->Relay
under only the list below
2.Checked anonymous access in Smtp Virtual Server->Properties->Access tab->authentication
3.Changed IP address to All unassigned and also to IP of server in General tab

Interesting db mail issue. If i click send test mail from sql mgmt studio, it works fine, but when i execute a SP to send a mail, it fails. One thing I noticed is that the "LastModified" column in the mail log shows the domain account when a test
mail was sent from mgmt studio, but show "sa" when the SP was used to send mail.
This is from SQL 2012, did not see this in sql 2008, looks like 2008 always used the service account. any ideas ?

I also use SQL Server 2012. I send a test email through SQL Server Management and the last modified By “sa”.
If you used stored procedure to send a test email. Please use the command below:
EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail
@profile_name = 'Adventure Works Administrator',
@recipients = '[email protected]',
@body = 'The stored procedure finished successfully.',
@subject = 'Automated Success Message' ;
I can both send test email through SQL Server Management Studio and SP. Make sure you have the right profile. Since you could send test mail via SQL Server Management Studio, please try again to send it via SP.

I am on Moutain Lion 10.8.3 on a 27 inches imac, and I cannot access any help files, in any apps or in the OS, finder, etc ...
"The selected topic is currently unavailable" is what comes up when I go to my help files. My internet is working fine.

Help File unavailable

I wanted to check the difference between a Tag and a collection in the help file of Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0.
On the page http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photoshopalbum/starter.html there is a supposed link to the help file, it says "Download the Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 help document (PDF: 912k)". But when I click on that I get the following "Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 is no longer available. Consider buying Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0, which combines power and simplicity so you can do more with your photos and show them off in creative, entertaining ways".
Thats not what I want.
So 2 questions - Can anyone explain the difference between "collection" and "tag" and on what conditions one would choose tag/collection.
And does anyone know how to get to the help file? I presume Adobes webmaster has just had a bad day as the rest of their site is well laid out with seemingly working links.

Please help me as soon as you can. I am very upset. I typically download pictures from my camera and it goes right into Adobe Photoshop Starter Edition 3.0 and then it is copied into Zoombrowser under Adobe. From there, I download my pictures online. I went to delete one pic. from Zoom browser and the whole album disappeared from Zoom Browser. I still have the album in My Catalog but I need it either back on my camera or back in Zoom Browser. Please help me.

Help-Server Unavailable with Yahoo and iPhone4

I recently changed my Yahoo password. When I attempted to update my Yahoo email account on iPhone got Server unavailable. I have deleted the Yahoo account and re added several times, always get server unavailable. I need to use the template since I use Yahoo contacts as well. I have tried the adding mail with other option, dont get contacts. What next?

ITunes Help unavailable

I am trying to access iTunes Help, but I get an error message that says "ITunes Help is unavailable because your computer is not connected to the internet"
But, iTunes diagnostics tell me my internet connection is ok. All my other internet connections ( email, browsers, etc) work fine.
Can anyone tell me what to do?

What security software is running on your computer? Try to update it or remove it from your computer (just to test).

HT2500 Mail 10.6.8 HELP ??

Occasionally, for no apparent reason, my 10.6.8 Mail renders various and random mailboxes unavailable. Various servers randomly reject passwords, although they ARE correct. I confirm and/or reset in Prefs and/or Keychainto no avail. Several days later, again for no apparent reason, the boxes begin to come online again.
For several days now most boxes come online, then in a few minutes ... ALL go offline. imap / smpt / mail / aol / yahoo / pop boxes, everything!
