Help with billing account

I have purchased gift cards and placed them in my account for purchases.  When I enter the gift card,  immediately amounts  are applied and I'm left with a minimal balance  and an error on the account, billing issues.  I do make small purchases, but I'm careful not to exceed the limit.  I cannot download anything, free or purchased.  I have tried other credit cards, will not accept.  I'm also unable to look at my purchase history.  Please help.  Thank you.  Email [email protected]

If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information.

    I guess I spoke too soon!  I really can't believe this nightmare is not over yet! My account is still wrong.  The credit that I was due totaled $63.00  I am looking at a message on my phone saying that $21.01 was credited which makes my balance $219.72.  I received a text the following day that says, I processed your credit of $30.00 and your new balance $216.73 how is that possible?  None of the late fees were credited and the amount due for my monthly charges are wrong.  Before any changes were made to my data plan back in Nov. My monthly charges were $140.00, I needed my hot spot back and i was told that the hot spot will increase my bill $10 for each phone that totals $20.  The customer rep that change my data plan at that time also gave me a credit of $20 to compensate for the increase until I had time to talk with customer service about the mix-up with my Hot spot. I originally had the hot spot, but the rep that change my plan almost a year prior told me nothing was changing except I was getting more for less money.  I explained to that rep that I need my hot spot 4 times a year...and I don't want my plan to have any changes. To verify what I'm telling u check my account and see that I called from Albany New York wanting to know where my hot spot was and I was told I didn't have the hot spot on my account since the last data change!  I lost money once again due to the verizon rep's.  so my current data plan the rep promised would increase $20 which makes my monthly charges that were $140 prior to the change $160 after the hot spot was returned to my account.  Then I was given a $12 credit per month for 12 months because of so many mistakes made to my account so with that $12 credit my monthly charges should $148 + surcharges + taxes and that's not what I see. I do know this much right now my account is in such a shambles I can hardly see the light at the end if there is an end!  I need real help!

  • Help with broadband account

    Hi
    OK we have two phone lines, one has broadband on option1 with a non wireless router. (this is at my parents home and I pay the bills)
    OK I access most of my email and pretty much do most if not all of my internet surfing from my partners home using her wireless broadband, (as I now spend most of my time there with her) this has been going on for a few years now and I'm seriously beginning to think this is a daft situation, I'm paying for a broadband service I'm not using (with exception access to my email) I've kept it going purely to keep my email address.
    I read recently that I could retain my email address if I subscribe to BT Yahoo premium mail @ £1.54 per month, so if I were able to cancel my broadband (saving a fortune) could I still retain my current email and carry on accessing this as I do now from my partners?
    If I can do the above, how do I go about doing it? do I need to sign up for the premium mail before I cancel my account? or can I do it after?

    Hi Steady Eddy,
    Welcome to the forum.
    Once you cancel your broadband account you will have 90 days in which to sign up to Premium Mail.  After the 90 days your email address will go on a list for deletion.  To sign up to Premium mail please do so via this link BT Yahoo! Premium Mail 
    Once you sign up you will be able to retain your BT Internet email address and continue to use this in the way you have been.  If you have any sub accounts associated with your primary email address then this will be included in the monthly rental of Premium mail.

    The only way to restore your account is to bring it current. A rep can't call you if your phone is suspended.
    You can private message  with your contact and account information and someone can get in touch with you.

  • Need help with multiple accounts

    I forgot my original password for my itunes account.  Stupidly, i set up another one.  Now I can't play my songs from my original account because I hace to put in that password.  Tried reseting the password, but the email address from that account has been deactivated, so when it says" will sennd to email address on file, I can't retrive the email to rest the password.  Is there a way to merge both accounts?

    No.  You cannot merge the accounts.  Sorry.
    You can try contacting itunes support for help with your password.

  • Need help with Exchange account

    Hi,
    We use Exchange 2007 at work. When I tried to set up my iPhone with it, it worked perfectly, including syncing my work e-mail account, syncing my work calendar and allowing me to look up entries in my work address book.
    When I tried to set it up on my GUEST account on my Mac (completely clean account), it again worked perfectly.
    However, on my main account on the Mac, I'm able to get the e-mail sync. functionality to work and the addressbook functionality to work but for some reason, I just can't get iCal to sync or show my work calendar.
    iCal shows the name of the account in the list of calendars on the left-side pane, but shows an "error" icon (squiggly icon) on the right of the account. No matter what I do, I can't get it to sync with my work calendar.
    Can someone help me please?

    I tried to purchase songs on itunes with my ipod touch, and a message popped saying that I need to log in on a computer and verify my account info before I made the purchase. I Logged into itunes and there was an obsolete card on file and I'd recently moved. I tried updating the info, but it keeps saying that the info doesn"t match the banks records. ***!!! I verified my info 10x just to make sure I was putting the info in correctly, but the message keeps popping up. Please help!!

    Man, that isn't cool.  Seems like a loop error of some sort.  No matter though, we can circumvent that by contacting iTunes directly through their Support.  You will want to use Express Lane first to contact iTunes Store Support via email or chat (if available).
    You can also call AppleCare (1-800-MYAPPLE) to assist if Express Lane is either down or you do not get a response in 24-48 hours.  Make sure you inform them if you tried to use Express Lane and got no response or if it is down.  They have direct chat access if the need arises.

    Hello... need a little help please...
    I'm running 10.5.6. My boot drive is the fast, 64GB outer partition of a 5th drive on my MacPro. I used the Advanced Options in the Account pref pane in Leopard to move my Home Directory to an ultrafast 4 drive internal RAID. So far, so good.
    In the past (before this bifurcated system) when I hit the road (I'm a photographer) I would just clone my boot drive which contained my User account to the MBP and go.
    However now my System and User accounts are on seperate drives. I cloned the system to the MBP, but when I tried booting, it said it was unable to continue as it couldnt find the User Account. This is understandable as the User account was pointed to another drive, but the boot sequence didnt even give me a choice to create a new user account, or point the system to an existing user account on the MBP.
    Seems I've got two choices. Either figure out a way to clone my System and my Home directory to the MBP, and have them recognize each other. Or give up this experiment and bring my Home directory back onto the boot drive.
    Of course I could just keep a seperate system on the MBP, but find it much easier to clone the entire thing over from the MP with all my apps, settings, etc.
    I'm not a UNIX junkie, but can follow instructions for using the terminal.
    Can someone shed some light on this for me?

    I don't keep large files in my Home Directory. They live in another partition on the fast RAID.
    But I do have lots of little ones. I'm now thinking that this is too much hassle for the small speed gain.
    I'll move my home directory back to the boot drive and symlink folders if needed.

    I have a problem I have a macbook and under accounts my name shows up and it says stander. I am fairly new to using a mac and when I try to make a change it ask me for the administrators name and password I am not sure what it is. Can anyone help me with this thanks

  • I need help with my account since moving

    I have termianted two lines on our account and still ahve one--- I called from the airport on OCTOBER 15th and spoke with three reps about terminating my serice on the two lines. We moved to an area in the Middle East with no VERIZON sevice--- we were told becasue we still had one active line that my line would not be charged a termination fee. We have since gotten a bill for the FULL termination fee and our sone has called numerous times and was told a supervisor would get bakc to him and take the fee off-- BUT then two other very rude reps got on the line and asid he waslying and the fee would be kept.
    So what do we do now-- we are in Abu Dhabi and not longer even have our phones but our sone has his active line and NO ONE will return his calls even after being told someone ould get roight back to him the next day!
    I would hate to drop his phone from our plan but it is looking like Verizon isn't keeping their word to us and we have had Verizon service for 15vyears. I do not fell this is the way a comany should trat their customers. We had no choice but to move due to job relocation.
    Is there anyone who can call Josh and straighten this mess out BEFORE his cell phone is shut off sue to nonpayment!!!!
    The reps on October 15th were awesome to us but the lastest round has been mean to say the least!

  • Major Issues With Billing, Accounts, Installations...

    Hoping someone can help me. Excuse the rant.
    I've been a BT customer for the past year. I have recently moved house and was so pleased with the service that I wanted to continue using BT. I phoned BT multiple times in advance of the move, to let them know the date I was leaving the property and the date I was moving in. A simple home move. I was instructed to keep my equipment and use it at the new place. An engineer was scheduled to come and install it. All pretty straight forward.
    Here's where it gets messy. Some genius decided that instead of performing a home move on my account, they would cancel it, and open a brand new account and place a brand new order. So now I have 2 accounts, one of which has several hundred pounds of cancellation fees and equipment collection fees on it and another with a brand new 18 month contract. Countless phone calls to BT and I still have 2 accounts and still receive SMS messages about returning my equipment that I was told to keep.
    A few days ago I got an email instructing me that my new equipment would be dropped off by signed courier. Obviously since I already had my current equipment I did not want or need this. Again I phoned BT and was told that it was too late to cancel the delivery, but I didn't have to accept and sign for the parcel. I arrived home from work a few days later and was greeted by the unwanted Youview box dumped in my front garden.
    Today was the day the engineer was scheduled to visit. I took the afternoon off work to wait for him. His estimated arrival time was between 1-6. By 5 I was getting anxious. 2 more phone calls to BT and I was told to wait it out and everything was fine. Come 6 oclock, no engineer and I phone BT again. This time it appears there was an error in the system and the order was cancelled. This is despite the fact I have been told on multiple occasions over the past 2 weeks that everything was on track for installation. I now need to wait another 5 days for them to ring me back to schedule a new appointment.
    So in total:
    I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with BT over 15 phone calls.
    Be hung up on by customer service staff 3 times.
    Received over £300 in completely unjust fees.
    Been locked into a brand new 18 month contract.
    Missed 3 days of work trying to sort this out.
    I'm at my wits end and have no place to turn. What should have been a simple home move has cost me a huge amount of money in time and stress. Unless I can get some immediate resolution from BT, I will shortly be phoning Sky and moving to them. This has hands down been the worst customer service experience of my entire life and the overall incompetence displayed by the BT staff and systems in this case has been staggering.
    To top it all off, I'm posting this from my tethered 3G phone because I can't even access my BTOpenzone account.

    This issue is often caused by an incorrect password. Be sure you have entered the correct password. If you have enabled two-step verification through your e-mail service provider, please contact them to see if you need a special password for your iOS device.
    If not, try deleting the account and then add it back with the new password.
