HFM calc status query

After removing data from a cell in data grid, is it possible to get back the "NODATA" status for that particular cell? Is it possible to alter/modify records stored in the database related to the calc status of that cell?

Tetsuo,
o NFe Status Query só está disponível sob algumas condicoes:
- NFe já enviada (NFe status > 2);
- Lote com erro de processamento (Batch Error Status não-vazio) OU NFe rejeitada com Código de Status 204.
Abs,
Henrique.

  • Calc Status doesn't change on Prior Months...

    After I load metadata I "consolidate all with data" for December of a given year. Once this consolidation is finished the Calc Status of Dec is "OK" but when I look at any Prior Month within the same year the Calc Status is "OK SC" It is my understanding that consolidating any given month would consolidate all prior periods within the same Scenario/Year. Is there a way to fix this so the prior periods are consolidated as well?

    It would consolidate prior months if there was some change in the data for those months. Here, you have changed metadata therefore the status is "OK SC" which means that it is calculated/consolidated but there is a System Change (SC) since the last calculation/consolidation. HFM has no way to know whether you wanted to keep the calculations according to the previous version of your rules, so it does not execute consolidation for those periods. Bare in mind that rules may change from period to period due to changes in regulation (or more generally in the client's business needs) in contrast to the reason that the system is not yet finalized, which is probably your case at hand. In this case you must manually execute the consolidation for those periods.

  • Calc status won't go away by performing consolidation

    Hi
    I added a new dependant entity and went into the formula module to check methods/logic. All checks were complete and now when I try to consolidate -- the consolidation is still impacted and the logic icons won't disappear and the calc status remains.
    I'm not sure why it won't let me consolidate. I'm running on Hyperion Enterprise 6.3.1.
    Thanks

  • Changing the dropdown values for one of the fields in CHECK STATUS query

    Hi,
    We are on SRM 7.1.
    In the CHECK STATUS transaction,in the selection screen(QUERY),there is a field called "ROLE" which has teh dropdown values of "APPROVE BY ME","REJECTED BY ME" and "GOODS/SERVICES DELIVERED TO ME".Is there any way some of these drowpdown values can be removed?
    Please advise.

  • PO Approval Process - Statuses Query

    Hi All,
    I am not able to figure out when will the following combination of statuses will occur in a PO Collaboration with Approval Process.
    Distribution Status : Updated by Customer
    Change Distribution Status : Published by Supplier
    It will be great if anyone can illustrate this with example.
    Regards,
    Bharath

    Hi Nikhil,
    Thanks for the answer. But in my tests, when one  / more of a PO line item is set to "Manual Approval Required" after the Approval Process, the statuses are as follows:
    Status 1:
    Distribution Status : Published by Supplier
    Change Distribution Status : Updated by Customer
    If the Buyer logs into SNC Web UI and approves the deviation, the statuses change to :
    Status 2:
    Distribution Status : Published by Supplier
    Change Distribution Status : Published by Supplier
    This triggers a PORDCH Idoc which goes and changes the ECC PO and sends a new PORDCR1 / RON to SNC. After this the status becomes:
    Status 3:
    Distribution Status : Updated by Customer
    Change Distribution Status : Updated by Customer
    So my query is when do we get the remaining combination of the statuses i.e.,
    Status 4:
    Distribution Status : Updated by Customer
    Change Distribution Status : Published by Supplier
    This is primarily to define the PO Chnage Profile.  As per std. SAP Change Profile, for Status 1 & 3, the PO is editable by supplier but for status 2& 4 its display only.
    Regards,
    Bharath

  • HFM Reports - Export Query Ready Grids

    I don't work with this too much, but shouldn't POV info come through when you export a report to Excel in the Query Ready format? For example, we export a Workspace (FR) report to Excel and choose the Query Ready Grids & Text option. The grid is created, but the POV menu is set to our system defaults, not what was in the report. Is this designed behavior?
    Thanks

    When I import a report this way, I get a prompt for necessary POV options. You can also change them later by using the BI Edit menu option...

  • Serial number status query

    Dear Experts,
    in my company, due to a SAP external system process it happens quite often that the same material/serial number should be sold, returned and sold again the same day(within several minutes). The external system isn't able to send (IDoc) the required postings in the right order. All sales are collected in only one IDoc -  so we try to post the goods issue twice, before its return gets posted. This is not possible, due to the serial number's status ECUS.
    Is there a way how I can define a serial number profile that doesn't change the status at all? or can I define a new status, which has no check function?
    Or do you have any other good idea how I can solve this problem? ("do not work with serial numbers" is no option, I already asked that )
    Any help is appreciated!
    Thanks a lot

  • Delivery Status Query

    Hi SD Experts,
    Currently we have:
    A - Not yet processed (Not delivered)
    B - Partially processed (Partially delivered)
    C - Completely processed (Completed)
    My question is do we have a status where we just created a delivery without PGI? I mean finished goods have not officially left the warehouse/building so i cant consider it as completed.
    Lets say sales order is created and then delivery is created but have not PGI, the delivery status will show me as completed. Shouldn't it be some other status that I'm missing out?
    Please advise if there is a config for this. Thanks!
    Regards,
    LEE

    Hi SD Experts,
    Thanks for the kind advice but why in Sales Order header under shipping tab its stated as below:
    1. Overall deliv. status column - Completed
    2. Delivery status column - Fully Delivered
    This is when Delivery order is created but haven't perform a PGI
    Even in VA05, the status of is stated as 'Completed' when its not PGIed
    Is this actually standard in SAP?
    Please advise. Thanks!

    Can rows in loa with the same id_no overlap? That is, can the begdt or enddt of one row be between the begdt and enddt of another row in loa with the same id_no?
    Can you have 2 (or more) rows in stat with the same id_no? Can they ovelap?
    If you answered "Yes" to any of the above, include examples in your sample data and results. The query may need to be adjusted.
    I wish we could mark questions as being "Correct"; you'd have at least 10 points for your first thread. Thanks for including the CREATE TABLE and INSERT statemnts, the very clear results, and your version information, all neatly formatted. Keep up the good job!

  • Regarding Calc Script query

    HI All,
    I having requriement to copy one version to another for some of the specific months.... Do u all have any idea?

    Of course we have ideas. You would use a calc script with a fix statement to do it.
    My answer is about as long as your question because you don't give us any information to help you. Your question is very generic and you don't supply details like the dimensions in your database, what exactly you are trying to do, what is dense and sparse, etc. Given more information, perhaps a more complete answer could be given.

  • Screen GUI Status Query ( ALV Grid)

    Hi All,
    I am having an ALV grid on a screen .
    I want to check the contents of the grid at the press of enter button, at present i have to press the check button available on the ALV grid to check the contents of the grid.
    Pls suggest

    Make sure that you set "ENTER" as the key which is to trigger the edit event.
            call method alv_grid->set_table_for_first_display
                exporting
                     is_layout              = lt_layout
                     it_toolbar_excluding   = lt_exclude
                changing
                     it_outtab       = ialv[]
                     it_fieldcatalog = fieldcat[].
    <b>
    * If cancelling points, register "ENTER" as event

             call method alv_grid->register_edit_event
                            exporting
                               i_event_id = cl_gui_alv_grid=>mc_evt_enter.
    </b>
    *   create Event Receiver
              create object event_receiver.
    *   handler for ALV grid
              set handler event_receiver->handle_data_changed for alv_grid.

  • Delta Airways Flight Status query page locks up iPhone 3G

    I had gone to:
    http://www.delta.com/travelingcheckin/flight_statusupdates/index.jsp
    to check my wife's flight (I put in 1882) and after starting to search the iPhone became completely non-responsive. No buttons did anything and the touchscreen was not responding either. After a few minutes of trying everything I could think of the phone went to the screen where it shows the USB plug going to iTunes. When that showed up I pressed the top button (it worked now) and I powered the phone off and back on again.
    Odd thing is, I just talked to my wife and the same thing happened to her last night on her iPphone.
    We both have iPhone 3G's running 2.2 software.
    Looks like some function on the web page/safari on the phone lock up the phone somehow.

    Try it yourself..if you dare.

    Tried it, worked fine. Atlanta to Baltimore on time.

  • HSSetValue process in HFM

    Can anyone please clarify the process SmartView uses when loading data to HFM for the following aspects:
    1. Does it load on a Replace or Merge basis and are you able to change it?;
    2. Does it check the data in HFM against the spreadsheet data to see if it is different before loading? My assumption is that it does not and doesnt care and is merely a procedural taks;
    3. After a load occurs the status of an entity should be "Calculate" rather than "Force Calculate" as the data has been changed even if it is the same values?
    Any clarity on this would be great as there are differing ideas floating about.
    thanks

    1) Merge mode only. Smart View cannot do a Replace mode.
    2) This is done at the HFM app tier level, not in Smart View. I think it will do a comparison and not update the database if the values have not changed, but I'm not 100% certain. I do know the HFM data load behaves this way, but I've not explored whether a load via Smart View will behave the same way. You could easily check this yourself.
    3) The calc status will either be CH or OK/OK SC after the submission. I think you're asking which action you should take after the submission. This depends on the calc status.: Force Calculate" only if the status is not "OK" or "OK SC".
