Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to start. If still nothing, connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.

My I phone is frozen and I can't get it to work. I have tried to restore it several times and nothing happens. All it does is show the iTunes logo with the plug and arrow. Is there anything I can do to get it to work I am in sales and need my phone. The closest Apple store is 45 minutes away

MaryTry to force your phone into recovery mode. Disconnect it from the computer's USB cord. Turn it off if you can by holding the sleep/wake switch until you see the red slide to off. If you can't turn it off, please continue. Press and hold the home button while plugging it into the computer's USB cord. Continue holding the Home button while iPhone starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo. I tried to update my ipad through wifi and followed the steps. It says that update is complete however i must connect to itunes and restore the updates but itines says i dont have permission to do so. KIndly assist on the stages to follow. Screen is black ad i unable to work on it.

Never once has my phone updated without deleting everything. It says "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes. I can't call for help because my phone is frozen on the screen with iTunes. On line live chat won't chat until I give them my serial number which I can't get to because its frozen and can't call for the same reason!! Omg! Someone please help me!?

You are in Recovery Mode. Follow the instructions below to recover your iPad.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost. -
Downloaded photoshop elements 12, installed ok and activated, started it and splash screen displayed and app launched then shutdown immediately.
