Hide Null Value in Drill Down KPI

Dear Sir,
I have Problem : i want to Hide the Null Value in SSM KPI. This is the link picture ( http://tinypic.com/r/aak9r6/5 ).
Thanks for your answer.

Por,
Can't remember if you are on 7.5 or 10. On 7.5 , go to Administrator interface Scorecards > Set Scorecard Defaults > select the Context from the picklist and in the middle of the page KPIs - Set Missing or Null Data. The default is Display KPI, hide indicators, but you can also choose Hide KPI.
In SSM 10 this same function is under Context Management > Scorecard Defaults. Contexts are listed in box instead of picklist.

  • Rebate agreement-Difference coming for credit note value and drill down value .

    Hello Friends,
In 2013 we had created one rebate for which the validity period was 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014 . At the end of each month, rebate amount was settled by raising credit note to the customer . Now at the end of March'14 during final settlement, a credit note was raised to the customer . The issue here is there is difference of 1.13 (Pounds) between credit note value and the drill down value for March'14 . Lets say our credit note value is-100 (Pounds)and Drill down value for the month March'14 is 101.13 Pounds. We are not able to find out why this difference is coming . Please let me know your inputs on this .
    Regards,
    Sandeep G.

    Sandeep -
During final settlement of a rebate agreement, it calculates rebate amout for the the entire time period less payments already made to a customer and then issues a credit memo request based on that. Please check all the the invoices created during entire period and check accrual calculation. It should match.
You can check VBOX table to get billing documents for the entire period.
Let us know if you still have an issue.

  • How to reset the value of drill down - Chart

Hi gurus. I have a problem related with drilldown.
is there any way I can reset the drill down value?,of course, except for using reset button
(in  this case "reset" means "make the cell blank of certain value")
I tried using "push button" and the cell is reset.
However, even though the cell is reset, the cell is set to the drill down value in one second.
    ex. Drill down destination : a --> "" --> a
    (a is drill down value)
Is there a way to reset the drilldown value?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help , Sonja
I used push button but it can not refresh(reset) drill down cell
because the destination cell of the chart remains drill down value
    I tried like below way
    a : drill down value
Goal : make drill down cell turn to blank after i used drill down once.
    1ST.
when i click the chart and use drii down, a is entered into drill down cell
    2ND
by using "push button", i tried to reset drill down cell
but unfortunately it does not work.
Although drill down cell changes instantly to blank after just one second, it changes to a, drill down value
drill down cell changes like this
    1 ->   2   ->  3
    a -> blank ->  a
i have to eliminate (2->3) phase or find another way to refresh drill down cell.

  • Incorrect Values in Drill down

    Hi All,
I have created a query on Incoming orders, Invoiced qty, Returns etc on Multiprovier.
When I I drill dwon, with each drill down the report is showing different values. For example, in inital screen it is showning Returns 1 qty. But when I drill down there are no returns. I checked in R/3 side and for the specified documents there are no returns. So, how in initial screen is it showing 1 qty as returns.
    Please its very urgent.
    Regards
    Jay

    Hi
Sales doc number is the only primary key based on which orders have been separated as open orders, return orders etc......which contains order qty, returend qty..delvered qty..billed qty etc......
So ensure that Sales doc and other drilldown options are present in both the cube and ODS....then data will come correctly....
The reason why now data coming incorrectly could be.....
ODS and cube data are different and clubbing in infoprovider will result in aggregation....
To ensure everything is properly mapped check in identification tab in multiprovider...
    Assign points if useful

  • ADF Faces w/ADF BC: Bug(?) w/null values in drop down list in find mode

    Using JDev 10.1.3.0.4.
I have a page that shows a single record. The user can toggle between regular and Find mode to enter query by example criteria.
One of the fields has been bound to a dynamic list. The "No Selection" Item in the List Binding Editor is set to "Selection Required".
When editing a record, this list does not have an empty item. When the user enters find mode, the list has an empty item in the list - which makes sense since the user might not want to search on a value in that particular field.
However, if the user enters find mode, selects an item from the list, executes the query (Execute action), and enters find mode again then the empty item no longer shows up in the list. Is this a bug?
(Note - there is an easy workaround - if you delete and create in find mode, then the new critieria record has the list fixed with an empty item in it.)

  • Javascript Problem for Drill Down Action in SSRS Report when integrated to PPS 2010

    Hi all,
I have a SSRS report which is integrated to PPS 2010(Performance Point Services) and it is having a drill down action through Go to URL action(I wrote javascript:void(window.open('xxxxx')) to open drill down report in new window).
This report has 5 parameters and all are multiple valued. Drill down report is opening very well when I open the report form Report Manager for any number of parameters values selected. But when I integrate the same report is PPS and deployed to SharePoint
then it is working only for 23 parameter values selected in PPS filters. If I select more the 23 values in PPS filters then the drilldown report is not opening.
But it is working well in Chrome, I verified in IE and Mozilla, both browsers are having problem.
When I look at Error Console of Mozilla, it is showing a javascript error as "Error: uncaught exception: ReferenceError: window is not defined" but the same report is working well if I select less than 24 filter values.
    Please provide me the solution
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Vasu,
The issue might occur due to the Microsoft security update MS11-100 which limits the maximum number of form keys, files, and JSON members to 1000 in an HTTP request. Here, I suggest that you modify the Web.config file of the SharePoint site as follows:
    <appSettings>
    <add key="aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys" value="10000" />
    </appSettings>
If the SharePoint site uses the port 80, the web.config file of the SharePoint site is located in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80 folder.
    Reference:
An ASP.NET request that has lots of form keys, files, or JSON payload members fails with an exception
If the issue persist, please check whether there are any related errors in the Reporting Services log file which is located in <Drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRSXX.<Instance Name>\Reporting Services\LogFiles.

  • What is drill down report

    hi
experts can u help me for this

nothing difference for interactive and drill down
i am giving a clear example so that u can clearly understand
in this example you have a mainreport REPORT1. From REPORT1 you
can drill down to REPORT2 and from REPORT2 you can drill down
    to REPORT3.
Tip:     Use hotspots to fire the AT LINE-SELECTION event.
When the cursor is over the hotspot, it cganges to a hand,
and you just have to click on the hostspot, instead of
         double clicking.
Note:     To see how to recognize if the user has selected a valid line, take a look at
How to check if a valid line is selected before drill down.
    START-OF-SELECTION.
Read data for REPORT1 into itab1
    END-OF-SELECTION.
      PERFORM write_report1.
    TOP-OF-PAGE.
    Write list header for REPORT1
    AT USER-COMMAND.
Respond when the user presses a function key
      CASE sy-ucomm.
       WHEN 'REPORT2'.
         PERFORM write_reprt2.
       WHEN 'REPORT3'.
         PERFORM write_reprt3.
      ENDCASE.
    AT LINE-SELECTION.
Istead of pressing a button can perform the same actions
as i AT USER-COMMAND, by double clicking a line
    sy-lsind contains the list level.
Each time an interactive list event occurs, sy-lsind is
    automatically increased by 1.
    At REPORT1 sy-lsin = 0
      CASE sy-lsind.
        WHEN 1.
           PERFORM write_reprt2.
        WHEN 2.
           PERFORM write_reprt3.
      ENDCASE.
    TOP-OF-PAGE.
    Write report header for report1 ( sy-lsind = 0 )
    TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION.
Write report header for sub reports
       CASE sy-lsind.
         WHEN 1.
        Write report header for REPORT2.
         WHEN 2.
        Write report header for REPORT3.
        ENDCASE.
    FORM WRITE_REPORT1.
       LOOP at itab1.
        write report1.......
Hide keyfields used for the select statement of
        report2
          HIDE: itab1_year, itab1_month.
       ENDLOOP.
    ENDFORM.
    FORM WRITE_REPORT2.
       SELECT * FROM databasetable2 into itab2
          WHERE year   = itab1_year AND
                month  = itab1_month.
       LOOP at itab2.
        write report2 .......
Hide keyfields used for the select statement of
        report3
          HIDE: itab2_carrid.
       ENDLOOP.
    ENDFORM.
    FORM WRITE_REPORT3.
       SELECT * FROM databasetable3 into itab3
          WHERE carrid   = itab2_carrid.
       LOOP at itab3.
        write report3 .......
No need to hide keyfields, as further drill down is not
        possible
       ENDLOOP.
    ENDFORM.

  • Difference between drill down and filter using navigation attributes?

    hi all,
can anyone let me know the difference between filter and drilldown options using navigational attributes. pls explain with examples for filter and drill down and how it varies.
    thanxs
    haritha

Jst to add up with an example :
Say you have a cost center variance analysis report with cost elements in the filter. ( not present in the default report result )
Filter - You can right click on a particular cost center & say " Keep Filter Value " - it will result in only showing that cost center & you can wish to select other filter value doing " Select Filter Value ".
Drill Down - If u wish to see the cost elements associated with cost centers you can right click on Cost Center & do " Drill Down To - Cost Element " or Drill Across.

  • Drill down mapping in Combo chart in BAM 11g

Is it possible to enable drill down for both the report in combo chart? That means i have a combo chart of zone wise distribution of total price as bar chart and zone wise distribution of total quote as line chart. If i click on bar chart and line chart it will open another report.

    Hi Anish,
There is "Series Names Destination:" parameter on Drill-Down (Insertion) Tab of Bubble chart component. By using that parameter you can retrieve selected serie. Via that value you can extract selected serie's selected value and drill down to required selection via some excel formulas like index-match or vlookup-hlookup. I hope that solves your issue.

  • Macro for same level of Drill down - Data in different grids

    Dear Team
We have two characateristics of product - Product Line & Parent product Line.
I have created a planning book with two girds -
What I want is, in the first grid -
The Revised plan for the PL (Product Line) = Forecast Share of PL  * Planned Production of the PPL (Parent product pine).
The Planned Production production of all PPLs together (Sum) is available in second gird. But how do I write a macro to fetch Planned production of each PPL (From second grid) and write a macro to calculate the logic in first grid?
E.g. in Above screen, the Planned Production of 60 is total Planned production of two PPLs (Indica =10 & Indigo = 50).
So If I want to achieve to calculate revised plan for Indica V2 & Indica Vista which has share of 40 & 60 % resp, in order to calculate the revised plan as 40% of 10 & 60% of 10 , how do I write a Macro to drill down second grid and fetch value of 10 for PPL = Indica?

  • Query with drill down and w/o drill down

    Hi experts,
We created a query with a RKF. In the output we are getting the RKF value correctly. But when we dril
downed a characteristic i.e Special GL Ind the output is not matching. It is showing incorrect value when
compared with the value without drill down. But if we remove the drill down then it is showing the correct
value. What is the reason for this ?
    Regards,
    smitha.

Our RKF def is as follows:
    Keyfigure: 0deb_cre_lc
    Chars:
    Posting Keys: 01,02,11,12
Year start date: Restricting it with a variable created on it. Variable is of type Customer exit. This variable
gets value from key date which is entered by user dynamically.
Specified the offsets of Yr start date as 0 to 365.

  • SharePoint PPS Hide null or blank value in performancePoint chart drill down.

    Hi,
I am using SharePoint Performance Point Service. Hide null or blank value in Performance Point chart drill down.
    Thanks & Regards
    Poomani Sankaran

    Hi Hyaron,
I am unable to reproduce the issue in my test environment. How did you add the drilldown feature? Were you doing that by setting visibility of the column or of the group? Please ensure to add the drilldown functionality by set the visibility of the workgroup
from the Grouping Pane in the Report Designer.
How did you add the Interactive Sorting on the headers of the two columns? Based on the drilldown functionality, the Interactive Sorting on the second column doesn’t work. So, you can move the Interactive Sorting on the second column. When configuring the
Interactive sorting on the first column, you should set the parent group to sort, and sort by the field that the parent group groups by.
    Hope this helps.

  • PowerView option - Drill Down one level at a time also hide the columns other than the hierarchy columns

    Hi All,
I have a simple PowerView report (Excel 2013) in which I have a hierarchy (three columns), an image column, and a Value column:
When I change the Show Levels option to "Rows - Enable Drill Down One Level at a Time", image column also hide.
I want to keep the image column displayed while drill down/up to the hierarchy.
Is it possible? If yes, then how?
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Muhammad,
According to your description, you have images at child level. Now you want to have the images displayed when have the child level items collapsed. Right?
In this scenario, when you show the data in a matrix in Power View, those images, Size ID and Prices have been added into a child group. If we enable drill down, all the items within the child group will be collapsed. We can't change it at all in Power
    View.
For your requirement, we suggest you design your report using SQL Server Data Tools in Reporting Services. In Reporting Services, we can have specific columns toggled by the parent item.
