Hi,
It is easilly possible to delete the cofile and the datafile of the released transport request but why would you need to do that ?
It is also possible to delete a transport request in the transport tables but it is a very bad idea and could even be seen as a temptative to hide a forbidden action in the system.
It will be seen by a security audit as this would create a hole in the request order numbering.
You would need to use direct database access to delete a released transport request.
As I told you before, I would NOT do it as it is hasardous et may generate security audit problems.
You can also destroy your transport system.
Transport requests are stored in table E070.
We only modify the e070 table after system copy by database refresh to reset the next transport request number. It is done by inserting a line in the table. We never delete inside this table.
Use at your own risk !

  • How can we delete the released request

    Hello,
I am unable to delete the request in transport organizer I am getting following error message
"Request/Task DXXXX0101 Already release (not modifiable)"
Why I want to delete because some objects are in this request those are I am unable to transport from another request because this request has been locked.
    Thanks

    Hi,
You cannot change the description but you can change the status of request and make it REJECTED in your quality server so that you or someone else will not release it to Production.
To reject a request --> go to  STMS > select your request --> press GO TO > QA worklist> reject request.
    Hope this helps.

  • How can I delete all delta request and init from InfoCube?

    Hi,
We are working with an extractor that support deltas, but we are presenting problems with it, some changes in the data are not displayed. For this reason we are thinking change this type of processing and make a full load (with the full updating the changes are shown).
For this reason we need to delete all requests of delta and its init. But in manage option of the infocube we can’t see the init and the first deltas.
If I delete the initialization information at info package (menu option scheduler-> initialization). With this only we will delete the Initialization. I need to delete the data in the infocube.
    I would appreciate your help.
    Regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,
You can either display all the requests in the manage tab and delete from there. Or you can use the Automatic Request Deletion option in the Data Target tab of the InfoPackage. See here for details:

  • How can I initiate a transport of Standard Text over to another client

    HI,
I need to re-create all the customized standard text in our new ECC6.0 box. Afte creation, I want to transport it to the QA for testing and eventually to the new ECC 6.0 production.
While creating the text, it does not trigger any transport request.
How can I initiate the Transport request?
I had explored and found that it is also possible to upload to the destination. I would prefer the Transport method.
    Can someone advice?
    Thanks
    Thanks

The program name is RSTXTRAN. run from SE38
    detailed documentation is here.
    Symptom
This is a brief guide to RSTXTRAN
    More Terms
RSTXTRAN, Transport of SAPscript Texts, Standard Texts
    Cause and Prerequisites
    Solution
    Basic Background
You want to transport SAPscript Texts from a source system to the target
system. You can do it in different ways. If you want to copy texts within a
system from one client to the other you can execute the report RSTXTCPY. In
other cases, i.e. transporting the texts between the different systems, you
can use the report RSTXTRAN. This report (RSTXTRAN) itself does not perform
any transporting but is used to prepare a Transport Task (TT). Having
prepared the TT with RSTXTRAN you have then to release it and the
corresponding Transport Request (TR) in a normal way (e.g. with an
assistance of Customizing Organizer - se10).
Please note the Type of Transport Requests (WBO or Customizing) depends on
    the system settings.
    Working with RSTXTRAN
    1. Execute the report RSTXTRAN (e.g. within the transaction se38)
    2. On the selection screen appeared you may specify:
2.1. Name of the Transport Task (TT). Make sure you specify the
Transport TASK number, NOT the Transport REQUEST ! You may leave this
field empty if you did not create to this moment the appropriate TT.
Later you will be able to create it within the report.
2.2. Text Key. This composite key consists of four fields: Object,
Name, Id and Language. You may specify these fields also generic
(caution: until Rel.4.6A you have to specify \'*\' if you need a generic
selection; leaving a field empty will cause a search for the blank
field that usually returns no results!). This key serves as
preliminary search restriction only and does NOT mean all the texts
which satisfied the specified key must be included into TT.
    3. Having specified some fields on the selection screen you can go
    further with \'Execute\'(F8).
    4. On the screen appeared you will see the list of texts that satisfy the
specified restrictions. By default all the texts are selected for
including in the TT. You can deselect all the texts or select all of
them again using the function \'deselect all\' or \'select all\'
respectfully. Certainly you may select the texts individually as well.
In order to proceed you have to use function code \'continue\' clicking
on the icon \'OK\' or pressing the button \'ENTER\'.
    5. At this stage you get another list of texts that already exactly
defines the list of texts to be included in a Transport Task. You
cannot change this list any more. If you want to change something (add
new texts or exclude any of them) you have to go one step back (F3)
and update your selection. You can now include this list to the TT by
pressing the button in the toolbar \'Transfer texts to correction
    request\' and confirming the action.
    6. If you have left the field \'Name of Correction\' empty on the first
selection screen you will then be asked to provide the Transport
Request number. You can select it from already existed ones or create
a new one. However if you specify anything(!) in the field \'Name of
correction\' on the first selection screen and the specified TT does
NOT exist (generic input is not allowed there) you will get an error
message \'Request/Task xxx does not exist\' (TR 806). In that case
please go to the first screen and fill out this field correctly, or
leave it completely empty. Then repeat the selection again.
    7. When you have performed all the steps properly you get a message the
selected texts were included into TT. Now you can leave the report and
release the appropriate Transport Task/Request in Customizing
    Organizer (se10).

  • How to delete the Transport Request release from SE09

Please let me know How can I delete the New Transport release request from SE09 and if I HAVE OBJECTS SUCH AS Process chain and process variant, infopackage in one request. Being A NEW request it has Delevelopment correction ABDK904193 under main request ABDK903667, should I double click on  ABDK904193 FIRST AND then go to request editor and change - display and select all request and delete it and save and then delete main request ABDK903667. If I do this will there be any problems on Process chain Objects such as locking or unlocking. let me know if there are any more steps that need to be taken to avoid any trouble.
hope u will help me asap
    thanks
    hardeep

    Hi Hardeep,
Allways delete child node and then parent node.Coz Parent node does not allow you to delete straight away so first delete child node either by double clicking and select all>>delete or individually select each object by placing cursor on it and say Delete by pressing the Delete Icon..it will prompt u message obj is locked press delete that will delete the object, subsequently when all objects are deleted then delete the request also.
when u delete a request all the objects saved or locked onto that request are released or unlocked.
So all the objects that were previously locked or saved onto a req are now ready to save into another req.
Simply say, once the objects are deleted from the req they are independent again with latest changes and readily available to save onto a diff req.
another option is release the req but do not transport it to target system.

  • How to delete the Transport Request?

    Hi all,
I want to delete the Transoport Request from Production Box( we have 2 request number... one child another one parent). I released the Child Request. Now i want to delete that request. we don't have setup in our production Box i think(in order to release that we don't have setup in Production Box).
Any Idea? I know how to delete that Transport Request. If i try to release that i'm getting TP(Transport Profile error) <b>with return Code 12</b>. it suppose to handle by Basis. My basis consultant is not aware of how to work on this?
    Regards,
    Nagesh Ganisetti.

I am not sure I understand.
You release the request in the system you created, not in another system (in your case production). It will then go to the import queue of the target system.
Transports will be configured in all the systems in your landscape (including production).
Just by releasing a request, it will not go to the target (unless it is configured so, not likely if the target is production), someone has to import it into the target. I assume you do not want this request to go to target. In this case, release it, then go to STMS, import queue, and delete it from there.
    Added -
I now see that the request is in production.
Igore the above in that case.
If you are not able to release it, let it be. If you are doing an upgrade/support pack, you will need to release it.
When you try to delete, what message do you get?

  • How can we delete the request after compression? is it possible ?if so how?

how can we delete the request after compression? is it possible ?if so how?

    Hi,
    You basically have 3 options:
    1. Use selective deletion and delete the error records.
    2. Do reverse posting and negate the error records.
    3. This is my preference. Delete all the data from the cube. RSA1 -> cube -> right click -> delete data -> choose "fact and dim" from pop-up. Now reconstruct all the requests that you need i.e ignore the error request. But before all this make sure you have the PSAs for all the request.

  • How to delete a transport request easily?

    Hi Gurus,
I need to delete a transport request. Unfortunately, I received an error that says
"Request/task BWDK903562 cannot be deleted because it contains locked objects".
So, in order to delete that transport request, I have to first delete all objects contained in that request. However, there are just too many of them if I were to do it manually one-by-one.
Is there any approach where I could delete this transport request easily without first deleting all objects contained in that request?
    Thanks you in advance.

    Hi Fulham,
A transport request cannot be deleted with locked objects. So you have to first unlock the objects in the request. To do this: SE03 --> Request Task --> Unlock Objects.
The in SE10 select the request you want to delete and expand. Then right click on the sub node of the request and delete. Then Select the main request and delete.
    Hope this helps.

  • To delete the transport request.

when i'm trying to delete the transport request by using se09, it responses with " Request/task BWDK916118 cannot be deleted because it contains locked objects." That request is created by me. It showing same name but it will not allow me to delete. Please help to delete how to delete that request.
    Thanks
    Satish

    Hi..
Basically you are getting this messge because first you have to delete all the objects of the underlying sub requests and then the subrequests ......then finally the actual request.................
Secondly, it is better to unlock all the objects first so that you can delete all the objects at a time..............because if  you have to delete all the objects one by one.....and if each requests contains 100s objects then it is very tedious to delete all the objects one by one...
Go to SE03 --> There you will get the options "Unlock Objects (Expert Tool) " --> Click over there --> give the subrequest nos and unlock it....
Then go to SE01 --> Click on "Objects" tab --> You will get the change button --> click on it --> Select All and Delete at a time...

  • Delete the transport request Objects already transported

    Hi,
I have a request which contains two function grps ( 'Z') , along with it function modules (Z) and related objects ( Z data elements, Z Classes, Z table types and Z table structures).
By mistake this request is transported from System1 to system2.
How can i delete them in system2. One way is manual, but guess some problems could occur in it.
Is there any other easier way.
    Thnx.

    Hello
You have two options to achieve your goal:
1.a) Create a new transport request (system 1) and include all objects that have been imported into system 2. Release this request as backup for restoring the objects in system 1.
1.b) Delete all objects on system 1 (creates a new request), release the request and import these DELETE entries into system 2.
1.c) Re-import the first request (1.a) into system 1 to restore the deleted object.
2.) Change the source system of the objects imported into system 2 to this system 2. Then you can easily delete these objects in system 2.
NOTE: Approach (1.) is only feasible if you do not have too many cross-references to the deleted objects.

  • How can I delete & change an iCloud account without the old password?!

I set-up my iCloud with a hotmail account which is no longer active. How can I delete it?! I do NOT know the password any more and I've written several times to request it with no help from Microsoft. I NEED to restore my 4S but CAN'T without turning OFF the "Find My iPhone" service- blah! I am required to enter the password and have tried EVERY password I've ever used!

If you can't remember the security questions or the pass code (if you have set up 2 step verification), then your options are your rescue address or in some circumstances a call to Apple, but unless they are able to provide Apple some evidence the account is theirs (which is far from the case so far) Apple won't do anything.
(which is hardly a 'rescue' address if it can't be used)
I'm not sure you realise where this is going. It should be able to be used, even if the OP has forgotten the password to that account as well as their password to the Apple ID and all the security questions which are questions about them, there is no reason they shouldn't be able to reset their hotmail address receive the reset mail from Apple and unlock their account.

This can be done by removing the apps that request the old Apple ID from the device, then redownloading the apps that have been removed, after verifying that the correct Apple ID is signed in on your device.
