How can I upgrade to the latest version of Minion Pro (with a full set of superior letters)?
I purchased Minion Pro a long time ago and love it, except ... it uses the ISO set of superior letters. I transcribe a lot of 17th- and 18th-century documents, and they use superior letters not in the ISO set. In Minion Pro Read Me it says that version 2.030 created 2007/08/16 has a full alphabet of superior letters. How can I upgrade from my version of Minion Pro without a full superior alphabet to a version with a full alphabet? --Thanks!
I believe you're referring to an item on Minion Pro's Release Notes document. I've checked the latest version of this family and I'm sorry to tell you that Minion Pro does not have a full set of superiors. The comment in the Release Notes is incorrect.

Can I upgrade to the latest version of iTunes and iPod???
Over the past couple of months I have been reading horror stories of people who went from iTunes 6.- to 7 and after upgrading and proceeding to get the latest version of firmware for iPod their iPod has become a paperweight. Scrambled displays, backward text, etc. I am on a Mac system and have a 30 gig 5th generation iPod and have put off upgrading because I am afraid of losing my iPod. Can somebody tell me if it is safe to upgrade and if all the bugs have been ironed out? Secondly, can somebody tell me if it is possible to get the latest iPod firmware as a downloadable stand-alone installer? I still have a dial-up connection and cannot wait hours and tie up my line upgrading my iPod through iTunes. I would prefer to download the upgrades on a machine with a high-speed connection and burn them to CD and then install on my machine from that CD. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? MNRKI don't know about 11g, but with 10g and earlier, the odbc drivers do not install by default with the client. You have to choose "custom installation" then select "windows components". Since I never knew what all would be installed in a "typical" (admin or run-time) installation, I would always select one of those configs (admin or run-time, as appropriate), then run a second installation - choosing the same ORACLE_HOME as before, choosing "custom" installation, then selecting "windows components" from the list of features. -
