How many times do I have to get charged for "Tapped Out" on my devices? How about if one of my daughter's installed it on my husband's iPhone and he hated it and I removed it? May I please get a refund?

Please note that I am a newbie to the whole iTunes Store scene. I may be going about this whole situation the wrong way. Apologies in advance if I am.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ? My kids downloaded an extension of an app, made for kids, that cost $100. They thought it was free, until I got the bill. How can I get a refund for this and remove the app? This is wrong on so many levels, beginning with having a free app for kids luring them to a ridiculously priced one. Any help is appreciated.

You posted in the Mac computer OS X Tiger 10.4 forum. You don't provide enough info. Was this an iPad app, iPhone app, an iPod app purchased from the iTunes store? Or an app purchased from another source?
The remedy - don't give your kids the password and answer to security questions.

Go into your itunes store account and click on purchase history. Click on "Report a problem" at the bottom of the page. If it was your last purchase it should be at the top and have a link that you can click on that says "Report A problem". Follow the steps the screen gives from there. This is not a guarantee that you will receive a refund (or store credit which is what they would give) but one of the options is "Accidently clicked Buy" or something to that effect. Someone should email you within 12 hours I believe (the screen will tell you how long after you submit).
