Identity in WSA is used to identify the user requesting web access. It can be used to create policies based on the IP address of the machines or the Authenticated username/groups of the users.

How the **** do I use the Dumpster tool???

Dear knowledgeable souls!
I have recently downloaded the Dumpster tool, but have no idea how to make it work, I have done the google thang and found no help...
can anyone explain? how to simply analyse a quicktime file with this tool, I open it and it doesn't appear in the dock or anywhere else, I'm sure this must seem amusing to many developers, but it be so frustrating that there is no easy lame tutorial for a mere mortal like me!
any guidance would be truly helpful.

I don't find any mention of it on Apple's web site, normal or Developer, any longer, as is the case with most of their old QT tools. You can do with SOFM method select over there Excel Sheet as same format you can select all fields respectively so in the output in an attachment you will get the values as you like that format in the same way multiple line items also you can retrive data in Excel sheet attachement, then using this FM you can send mail with this attachement.

How do I find, at-a-glance, the sample size used in several music files?
Of all the fields available in a FInder Search, "Sample Size" is not available. Finder does offer a "Bits per Sample" field, but it only recognized graphic files and not music files.
Running 10.8.5 on an iMac i5.
I did search through a couple of communities but came up empty.

There is no View Option to allow display of a column of sample size.
For WAV or Apple Lossless files, it is available on the Summary tab (one song at a time, as you know). For MP3 and AAC it is not available at all.
You can roughly infer it from the files that are larger than expected for their time.
99% of the music we use is at the CD standard of 16-bit, so I can guess that displaying it has never been a priority. However, if you want to make a suggestion to Apple, use this link:

Decide which iPhone will be keeping the current iCloud account. On the one that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing Notes with iCloud, you'll also have to email your notes to yourself so they can be recreated in the new account as they cannot be migrated.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting your wife's data from your account, and vice versa).

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
When you turn on the new iMac for the first time, Setup Assistant will ask you to restore a backup, so connect the external disk and follow steps to restore all your files to your new iMac. Your new Mac will have the same settings and programs as your old computer.
In other cases, I would recommend to restore the whole backup without using Migration Assistant or Setup Assistant, but a Late 2012 iMac uses a special OS X build, so the OS X version that you're using on your old Mac won't work on the new one. How to install and use the CP2102 USART to USB Converter?

First off, I did a quick search and found that some people had had success in that the cp210x driver was already installed on their machines. I did a modprobe and it returned nothing (not an error).
I searched around on the net a bit and found a very useful USART to USB converter bridge (http://www.nexuscyber.com/cp2102-usb-to … Mgod5UQAdQ). The CP2102 is a programmable device with many settings insofar as the data framing is concerned. As such, a driver for the device must be used to interface and modify these parameters.
On the Silabs website I found this driver (http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/page … ivers.aspx) for linux (kernel > 3.x.x). The problem is that this driver is just a single C program with zero documentation. An include make file is about as useful considering it has a single line in it that fails (for me) at run-time.

There is no documentation aside from:

Can anyone provide some guidance on the steps to install this driver (or at least where to look) and why there is such a lack of documentation? Are there assumptions here that I am not aware of? How is anyone suppose to use this? If you look in the source there are structures being used as arguments to functions that are never defined as far as I can tell. Perhaps they are part of the header files included at the top, but I could not find some of those on my machine either.

First, I think you have a mismatched Baud. Check your settings in GtkTerm. It could also be the uController. I know you said you have it set for 9600 Baud, but are you sure? That the two devices can communicate tells me they both might be using the same wrong Baud.
I was also suspicious of this .. I do not have a trivial way to test this though. Perhaps some workaround using timers is about the best I can do; no oscilloscope here. Doing a quick high-level test I did find something rather interesting though. Both devices are set to run at 9600 baud. One device is operating at 8MHz (internal oscillator) and the other is using an external 20MHz crystal. I am getting UART communication between the devices, but certainly not the characters I'm sending..
The other problem is that I think you have "Local Echo" turned on in GtkTerm. This places the system in "Half Duplex" mode in which data are not expected to be echoed from the Atmel. That you are getting two characters when the pins are shorted tells me you get the local echo and the loopback. Then the loopback is missing, you still get the local echo. Also, make sure you have parity turned off.
GTKterm does not actually show you what you are typing into the terminal. That is, when you type a character then nothing is displayed to the screen. Presumably this character is sent out as you type it. I was under the impression that local echo would just echo what I type to the screen as well as send it out. Thank you for the clarification.

Hi,
Take a look at this example, it uses property nodes to select tha
active plot and then changes the color of that plot.
If you want to make the number of plots dynamic you could use a for
loop and an array of color boxes.

No mention of the Touch, it works differently from other iPods and has no "disk mode" as such.
I think it can be used as a storage device by using a 3rd party App, search the the App Store for such items.
