We are only maintaining campaign in CRM specific to product so can someone let us know how it gets triggered ion the above mentioned scenario.

You can determine your pricing in CRM for a Order/Quotation and can let it flow as it is without the pricing conditions to be uploaded to R/3.
please perform follwing Middleware settings for the same.

Click on 'Maintain.'
Create a new entry
Key: R3A_SALES
Parameter: PRICINGTYPE
ParamVal: G</b>
Determine campaign pricing in CRM and send the order into R/3.
Observe the pricing in R/3.

Minimum shelf life and delivery completed indicator at GR
Dear Gurus,
I have two questions:
1. As per my knowledge minimum shelf life is "minimum number of days for which the material must be keep for GR to be accepted" , (i.e. if it is 10 days the material should accepted for GR only after 10days of production ) but if I do a GR for today produced material still I m not getting any error. Why?
2. Since we can do GR for "delivery completed" indicator set items. Canu2019t we get an error message if we try to post GR for delivery completed item (e.g. what is the use of message numbers 433 and 025)

Answer to Question 1:
Total Shelf life - If total shelf life is maintained then the minimum shelf life will also to be entered mandatory. While taking
GR for such item, it actually ask the user to enter the Manufactured date so that the system automatically calculates the
expiry date.
Minimum shelf life ( or Minimum remaining shelf life)- While taking the GR, it asks the user to enter the date of GR date so that it checks whether the
days entered in material master has been satisfied. If the condition is not satisfied then it will not allow to take receipt for
that item.
Example A material has a minimum remaining shelf life of 20 days and a total shelf life of 30 days. You enter the goods
receipt of a new batch on 23/02/12 and enter 11/02/12 as production date. The system calculates the shelf life expiration date 15/03/12 from the production date plus total shelf life (30 days). The batch still has a remaining shelf life of 18 days. The goods
receipt is not accepted (short fall of 2 days from minimum remaining shelf life)
Now if the production date is 14/02/12 then batch still has a remaining shelf life of 21 days The goods receipt is accepted
Answer to Question 2:
Not possible to restrict by activating system messages only

How to get customer-specific objects into PCUI ?
Hello,
we want to get an Z-table as tab page of the business partner-application into PCUI. It should 'only' be possible to create new entries - today there is no need to modify or delete records.
Does there exist something like a "cookbook" on this task or has anyone of you experience how to get customer-specific objects (without using EEWB) into PCUI ?

If you are good in ABAP.
You can add new tab in which create a new Field group. Assign it to a model access clas in which handle the table update.You can get the details in PCUI cookbook itsel.
Option 2:
If you are good at java
Develop an FM to update the table.
Call the FM from webdynpro
Include this webdynpro as HTML viewer in PCUI.

How to populate customer specific field data in table /SAPAPO/ORDFLDS

I have explained in detail about the problem we face. I guess persons who has implemented enhancement: /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_COL in their system can help me out.
Background:
Purchase requisitions in APO is created by an idoc that comes from a legacy system using BAPI CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_POSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3'.
Business Requirement:
I have a business requirement where I need to populate an additional data 'Original delivery date' from the idoc during PR creation in Product view.
Development:
To achieve the above requirement, we are following the below procedure in our development system.
1. We are using enhancement: /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_COL, method: RRP_USEX_COLS_FILL_01 and RRP_USEX_COLS_GET_TEXT_01 to display an additional field 'Original delivery date' in /sapapo/rrp3 - elements view. This field is restricted to Purchase requisition (Order category: AG) only. We are planning to populate the additional data 'Original delivery date' in this customer specific field and store it in table: /SAPAPO/ORDFLDS at the time of PR creation.
2. Table: /SAPAPO/ORDFLDS is appended with the 'customer specific field'.
3. We couldnt find a document on how the data can be populated in table /SAPAPO/ORDFLDS.
4. How to polulate the live cache data in the table '/APAPO/ORDFLDS' ? ( i.e using connection parameter )?

It is stored in table COMM_IL_PRDCPN, data element COMT_PRID_VENDOR.

u can try LSMW to create CMIR for sold-tos..

How to check Vendor issue stock shelf life

As I know, Tcode--MB5M is for checking shelf life for normal stock material.
The question from our user is to check the batch shelf life which has been transferred from our restrict stock to vendor issue retrict stock. MB5M seems not make it...

Thanks firstly. But Tcode-MBLB is for checking the stock in subcontracting.
What I am seeking for is a transaction to check the shelf life of the stock. ( In our system, we use batch management..So the exact question should be that how to check the shelf life of batch which is under subcontracting stock.)
If you try Tcode-MB5M, you would know this tcode is for checking batch shelf life under normal stock, but it could not used for checking the shelf life of batch under subcontracting.

How to use customer-specific fields with FI-CA event 940?
The following text can be found under FI-CA event 940:
You can also set customer-specific fields if you have defined the predefined include for customer enhancements CI_FKK_ACCIT_CUS in the structure FKK_ACCIT_CUS. The fields included here must have the same field name as the fields included in the structure ACCIT. These can also originate from an enhancement of the coding block in General Ledger Accounting. The fields Reservation Class and Reservation Key of the reconciliation key and the totals record are available as import parameters.
My requirement is to populate the field HZUON in this event, which will be called when running t-code FPG1 (Transfer of FI-CA total records to general ledger)
The problem is the fact that the output of the event (i.e. output of function module FKK_SAMPLE_0940 at first) only have the following fields:
E_ZUONR LIKE ACCIT-ZUONR Zuordnung (BSEG-ZUONR)
E_XREF2 LIKE ACCIT-XREF2 Referenz (BSEG-XREF2)
E_SGTXT LIKE ACCIT-SGTXT Positionstext
E_BUPLA LIKE ACCIT-BUPLA Businnes Place (Korea only)
I tried adding a new field to structure CI_FKK_ACCIT_CUS and adding this field to the output of the event 940, but how do I ensure that the content of the field will be used to populate the HZUON field of the FI document during "transfer of FI-CA total records to general ledger"?

How to manage Customer Specific Labelling in SAP?
Hi there - hope you can help.
I am looking for some advice on managing Customer specific labelling in SAP.
Details:
Each product we sell gets labelled.
The labels are material and customer specific.
We currently manage labels (1/ Label Codes and 2/ Label Stock) in an excel spreadsheet - but I am hoping to incorporate it into SAP.
Looking at the CMIR, I can list the label code in the Customer Description field or in the Search Term field (customer material is already used) - but this doesn't feel correct and would only solve part of the issue.
Other companies may have a similar requirement - so my question is, how can I manage the customer / material specific labelling in SAP (both codes
and stock)?

All three status indicators (customer defined, employment, special payment) can only be assigned at the time the action is created (cannot be changed thereafter).
Do the creation through :
SPRO : Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Actions -> Create Customer-specific status.

we want to distribute customer specific InfoTypes from HR to CRM. Thus we have to create these InfoTypes in CRM. Does anyone know how to do so? In HR this is done with TA PM01 which does not exist in CRM.

Yes I think just using a BADI and storing in custom tables is the easiest approach in your case. However if these infotypes are employee data contained in personnel administration, then you should consider extending the Business Partner via the eewb. You would still then enhance the IDOC and then extend the data transfer to the new attributes in CRM.
If it is just organizational data attributes, then you can either do custom tables, or try to create new infotypes via manual configuration in the CRM system.

for previous Process Controls versions 2.5 and 3.0 it was available two how-to guides to create customer specific fields. Nevertheless so far I couldn't find those versions for PC10.0.
Does anyone have them? Or know if the 3.0 version is also valid for 10.0?

We have a few administration transactions that you can use on back-end. For example:GRFN_STR_CHANGE -GRFN_STR_CHANGE-Change Process Control
as well as RE_RHGRENZ4 to Set a new end date to the objects.
At last case, you can run the program RHRHDL00 thru SE38 Tcode.Be carefull because this program delete the object from database.

How to enter customer specific material description
Tried MM02 - basic data for Language EN, but then all customers with language EN get this description.
Tried MM02 - Sales Text but then all customers created in this salesorganization get this description.
Would like to enter customer specific material description. Unfortunately VD52 is limited to 35 characters, need about 80 characters.

I noticed I needed to use the button addtional text as well in VD52, though this is limited to 72 characters and not unlimited. Now I'm facing the issue that the commercial invoice is not printing all characters defined in this field, so probably have the layout increase field length.
