How to avoid printing zero in amount field in adobe forms

Hi All,
If the amount is empty in the amount field then it is printing 0,00. I have written some peice of code to avoid printing that value. I wanted to print space.
Below is the logic which i have tried in javascript.
if ( this.WRSHB.rawValue == null )
this.presence == "hidden";
if ( this.WRSHB.rawValue == '0,00' )
this.presence == "hidden";
I am still able to print 0,00 in the form output.
Can anyone please help me out in achieveing the same ? Am I missing anything in the javascript coding?

Issue is fixed. I have written the above code in Form ready event and changed the amount field type to text field. It worked. Thanks.

I don´t understand the connection between BAPI and the printing program. I guess - at least that is what I have done - is to generate the form when creating and invoice or something, then I could understand.
When you ask for GETPDF = 'X' then you always get the PDF data back and not the popup.
Or if you would like to display the print preview without a print settings popup. Or variants...

Weird character while printing amount field in ADOBE form

When amount field is set for any diplay pattern in PDF form it is displaying like ¤7.41.
All display patterns are tried leading to same display.
All display patterns show the first character as $, but displays this weird character '¤'.
Advice me how to eliminate this or
Is there a way to hide this character?

I have problem with the leading zeros, where I am populating nearly 30 amount fileds in my statement.i want to delete leading zeros.
I have tried with shift and pack.
and I cannot call every time the function module *alpha_output or input.
can anybody suggest me the better solution.

You could use a syntax like
SHIFT: w10a LEFT DELETING LEADING '0',
       w10b LEFT DELETING LEADING '0',
       w10c LEFT DELETING LEADING '0',
       w10d LEFT DELETING LEADING '0'.
or using macros like
DEFINE delzero.
shift &1 left deleting leading '0'.
END-OF-DEFINITION.
delzero: w10a, w10b, w10c, w10d.

Go into Withholding tax type under SPRO>Financial Accounting Global Settings>Withholding Tax>Extended Withholding Tax>Calculation>Withholding Tax Type.
While maintaining the Withholding Tax type you have selected "W/tax base manual" under the control data. Just don't select that option then your requirement will be met.
There are other options also like Manual W/tax amt. which you might want to go for.

In the check printing program FBZ5, whenever there are more than 25 line items, the first two cheques are getting cancelled and the third cheque is getting printed and thereby wasting the first two cheques.
I would like to know, how to avoid printing of such cancelled cheques.

you can use like this when you r going to FBZ5 tcode in the right hand side there is a tab called Output Control, there if you check the test print out it ll give you this result
Indicator: Test Print
If you select this indicator, the print program carries out a test print (for purposes of fine-tuning the printer output) before printing the actual payment media.
so before taking the original print out you can able to understand which is going to be cancel and which one is going to print .

If it's a number field, then just multiply by 100.
If it's a string, then just use CONCATENATE and add the '00' to your existing string.

when this form is sent through worflow the receiver shudnt be able make changes to the field value...(I have a form, which has fields prefilled(like pernr employee name) but these fields are in editable able..(i want only some fields to be uneditable not all)

for more information about layout options in forms, go to your form in transaction SFP, layout view and choose Help -> Adobe LifeCycle Designer Help. There you find information on page layout, e.g. " Objects can be placed anywhere on a master page, inside or outside the content area. As a general rule, do not place objects inside the content area unless your intention is to have other objects laid down on top of the master page objects when the form is rendered. If you are setting up a watermark, place it inside the content area. "

Print the attachements added in the adobe form

I added the attachments in the adobe form.But when ever i print this adobe form , i want to make sure that the attachments are also printed in addition to the original adobe form.
Is there any automatic way of doign it or any alternatives to avoid adding it as an attachment ,
i have a word document stored in the database.
so when ever i print my form need to print the document sthat are stored in the database also.

Hi guys,
Can any one suggest me how to hide a field in adobe form.
My scenario is:
Using control levels for deliveries with item data, if the item line is only one, then I should not display any subtotal field, if item lines are more than one, only then i need to display subtotal field in adobe form.
Subtotals are maintained at item level not at the page level.
Can any provide solution with scripting.

One way is have some variable which tells how many rows of data is present. Check it and then make subtotal
visible or hidden. The script will be like below.

this.presence = 'hidden'
else
this.presence = 'visible'
endif
