How to change the workflow event

Sir,
I have a workflow against sales order which goes for release as per release strategy . It appears in their SAP inbox until he approves it goes to the second person . Now one sale order has gone to a specific person's inbox . I want to reverse that and to send to other persons SAP inbox because the person is not available . Can we do it . If possible how it can be done .

Hi,
You can have this functionality using substitute in SAP inbox, i.e SBWP. Got to SBWP-> Setting-> Workflow setting and here you can maintain substitute. You can mention dates during which this substitute is to be used. Person who will not be available should maintain this setting in thier SAP inbox.

How to change the script event?!?

Here I have a small form with two different parts...
The first part is a table containing many checkboxes to be able to show whatever form you want to fill up..
All of the checkboxes create a form into a table which each row represents the form to fill-up.
When you click 1 checkbox, it adds a row to the table with some values needed for the form..
In that form there is a chance to have 2 or 3 radiobuttons, depending on the checkedbox which each do something different..
the 1st one hides a new table to fill up information (under the radiobuttons),
the 2nd one shows up the new table with some values to show instructions into labels...
the 3rd one shows up the new table with some other values to show different instructions into labels.. (This radiobutton is only in half of the forms, so it is hidden)
those labels must be different for each checkbox chosen
instead of making a huge script in my radiobutton change event, and writing all the different possibilites
i'd rather create the script depending on the checkedbox the user have chosen...
Right now I'm using something like : this.resolveNode("...radiobuttonList").event__change.script.value = "--_ Write all the new code here_--";
After this line is written and everything is working... I show up a messageBox to see the result which is all correct..
But when I'm clicking on the radiobuttons nothing is working at all...
the only code working is the initial code written in the event
Anyone have an idea if I'm missing something?!?

Actually this is not what i was looking for, I really need to change the script...
e.g. I have a button in a expandable table and i want each buttons to have a different messagebox....
when the button is created a new script is assigned to the event_click...
This is what im looking for...
Looks like LiveCycle Designer is not able to change the scripts events even though the property is there and is a "get" & "set"
so I should be able to change script event.... but I think i need to reload/recreate the form by using the modified code...

How to change the workflow agent manually ?

We encountered a situation where the workflow was received in error by a person. We are unable to determine the root cause of the problem as it was the first and last time we encountered this situation and we are unable to replicate the same error again.
I want to remove this workflow from that person's inbox manually and assign it to the intended recipient, how do I do this ? Could someone help me out with this situation, thanks.

Dont think that WF log can be deactivated also if this is the case then how can you see workitem, may be the case that you dont have auth to view wf log (or if are using latest ECC versions then when u execute transaction SWi1 and open any workitem then type ctrl+p this will lead you to workfow log).
Try using SWI1, as workaroung you can use transaction SWIA to forward workitem to desired agent.

How to block the workflow event

hi all,
we use the custom BAPI to trigger the workflow.
in the custom BAPI we used assigned event from the BOR object IFARCH21- it's related to SAP archive link .. the custom BAPI is conatins the API's of create a shipment,and shipment cost based on this opearations billing wii be done.....now the user will get the error message in SAP workplace from this BAPI.
now i want to block the billing creation.
please give a suggestion on this...

Can you clarify a bit further????
I think you have used SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT in your BAPI to create the event "assigned". This event gets triggered whenever a shipment is created and the workflow send out a message to the inbox. Now you want to deactivate this message that is being sent. i.e in other words you want to disonnect the workflow itself from being triggered.
If i am right in understanding your requirement then you will have to deactivate the linkage to the workflow that sends out the mail in the transaction SWETYPV. Or you will have to comment out the code written for SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT.

The approver already resigned and we would like to change it to a new approver.
We already deactivated the user and I stiil see him in SOST.

How to find the workflow for Change Request for the PO's

Hi All,
We have a PO which is pending and we can't receipt it again nor make payment on this. After checking the Approval history for that PO we found that the change request has been made. The change request was to change the amount to be paid to R39196 instead of R58237.00. We don't know where to check the workflow for the change request to identify the cause.
what i need to know is how to find the workflow for that change request? The other workflows can be checked using the po_header_id for the PO's but i am confused with the change request workflow

For 11.5.10.2 run this query to determine the keys to search on:
Select wf_item_type, wf_item_key from APPS.po_change_requests where document_type = 'PO' and Document_num = 'put-PO-number-here'
Then use the keys returned by the query to look up the Workflow in
Workflow Administrator Web Applications / Administrator Workflow / Status Monitor
Search using the results returned in fields "Type Internal Name" and "Item Key" in Status Monitor
The query for change requests on a specific Requisition would be:
Select wf_item_type, wf_item_key from APPS.po_change_requests where document_type = 'REQ' and Document_num = 'put-Req-number-here'

Changing the default event time to all-day in Month View?

I updated to Mavericks today, and when I went to add an event to my Calendar, I discovered that all-day was not the default time. In Mountain Lion, when going to add an event in Month View, it was automatically set to all-day, which is perfect because all of my events are all-day events. Now, it's being set to 9:00 to 10:00, and I have to check the box to make it all-day. I know that this isn't much work, but when I'm adding dozens of events it starts to get a little annoying.
Calendar 7.0, OS X 10.9 (Mavericks).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that it is possible, even using Terminal. If you want to change your workflow, "all day" events can easily be created in the Day/Week view, but as you stated the Month view poses a problem.

Well, why dont you check the event that gets triggered during the Status change of the user?
This can be done by switching on the EVENT TRACE using SWELS txn and simulate the BUSINESS PROCESS and then check the event trace using SWEL.
After getting the required Business Object and event, Please attach your WF to that EVENT in the BASIC DATA-START EVENTS.

Changing the Default Event Time Length?

Is there anyway to change the default event length from 1hr? Nearly everything I schedule is 30min long and it's a pain to always have to change that.

how to change the default key binding of the TableView ?
When press Enter key on a editable TableView, the default action is to make the selceted cell to a editing state. I want to know if there is any way to make it select the right cell and wouldn't change the editing state of the selected cell when i press Enter key.

How to change the input language ?

I am writing an Add-on that needs to change the input language when the user
clicks on the Item Code field ("5") in the "Item Master Data" form.
I can perform the change when I am out side of the SAP application (for example if I create a Windows Form), however I cannot control the input language of the SAP itself through code.
I even tried using Application.Sendkeys, however I was unable to send a combination of ALT+SHIFT, or at least it did not have any affect
Here is the code on how to change the input language on a Windows Form:

I am not sure I understand the problem. Anyway in B1 you change the language by
changing it from the Administration module. This raises a Application event that
is sent to all the add-ons. The event is aet_LanguageChanged and you should
then change the language handled by your add-on when you receive it.
