Hi,
Also you can refer the following security rule feature which oracle provides to set your rule from users performing actions like copying, deleting and cancelling.

  • How to transfer cost from old sales order (cancelled) to new sales order

    Hi Gurus
I want to know, how to move cost from one sales order to another sales order.
SD created sales order before 1 month and there was production order behind this. Production was completed and all the cost was moved to sales order and also SD has raised invoice on customer. This transaction was completed.
The above order was rejected by customer due to some changes in the order. SD raised another sales order and production order was created to to additional work. Production transfered above stock (produce before on old production order) to new production order.
My problem is stock is now transfered to new production order but cost is still sitting on old sales order. How do I transfer cost from old sales order to new sales order. SD cancelled old invoice and raised new one with full value (old + new work) on new sales order. Now cost is on old sales order and revenue is on new sales order.
    Please help.
    Thanks

    Hi
I have reverse the sales order settlement, PP order settlement to sales order and I have also done KB11N for transfering the cost to the new production order.
The only problem is I was unable to transfer labour hour confirmation as cost element used for this are not for transfering cost. If I will reverse the confirmation in PP order system will reverse material movement also which I don't want any more. Can you please tell me how to I reverse the Labour hours with out affecting goods movement?
    Many thanks

  • Header text to be copied from the sales order to delivery

    Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement in which  header text "Customer order text " needs to be copied from the sales order to the delivery. After copying the text we need to print on the packing slip.
Can anyone advise me as how to copy the text from the sales order header to delivery  and then print on the packing slip.
    Thanks ,
    Smitha.

Maintain the Text ID @ Sales Documnet Header level and add it to your Text Procedure. Also ensure you assign the access sequence to your Text ID in your procedure.
Access Seuquence should have VBBK and the text ID number and check All Languages and use Requirement 1.
Then in the Delivery Header Text Procudure add this text ID and assign the same access sequence as above.
This will copy the Text ID from Sales Order to Delivery Order Header.
You can configure the output for packing slipduring the delivery process  and in the output program read this Text ID and print it.
Note" Copy Controls do not copy text from preceeding documents to succeeding documents. Only the Access Sequences used in the Text Procedure will do that with the help of the reuqirement assigned in the same.
    Thanks and Hope this helps.

  • How to prevent modifying the same sales order in R/3 & CRM at the same time

    Guys,
We are using CRM 5.0& R/3 4.6C. We have the middle set up. I have noticed that its possible to open the same sales order in R/3 and CRM in the change mode. I believe this could cause inconsistenices if the users modify the same order in different systems. Is there a standar way to prevent this from happening.
Is there something like a change lock like we have the distribution lock?
    Anirudh

    Hi,
As per OSS Note 705200 scenario X, Y and Z are supported with R/3 4.6C. Even if you use Scenario A, SAP wont support that. I would suggest sceario Z to be implemented. This would convert all the CRM order into R/3 order as soon as they are transferred to R/3. As a result the order can now only be modified in R/3 and all the changes would flow back into CRM maintaining the integrity between the systems.
Refer to OSS Note 541113 for details.

  • How to get data from ECC --- Sales Order,Delivery,Transfer Order & Invoice

    Hi,
    Good day.
I'm ABAPer and I need to get Sales Order,Delivery,Transfer Order & Invoice data from ECC.  The said data will be displayed in the custom form that I need to create.  How exactly do i get the said data above?
Can I get them in the tables avaialable in GTS? Where?
Or do I get the data directly in ECC? How?
    Thank you very much!
    Best regards.
    Brando

First of all push ECC data in to GTS server through T.code:/N/SAPSLL/MENU_LEGALR3. First click on Master data tab there enter customer/vendor number then execute.
2-Go to document tab there enter Sales order no/PO number then execute it.
Then go to GTS server in compliance management module you can get all the information.

  • How to prevent 2 currencies in sales order

we have a problem i am using one condition type in two pricing procedure
one pricing procedure has price in INR and one has USD
i am facing a problem when a part number price is not updated in USD it is picking in the INR price , i need  to prevent 2 currencies in one order
item wise it shold pick the sales org or customer currency .

    Hi
I think the problem lies with the access sequence that you have created in pricing.
    eg.
if your access sequence is based on
    10 S org/ D channel/ Div ---condition record found
    20 S org/ D channel / Mat grp/ div --- Condition record found (But not executed)
If the system finds the condition record after executing the first access (10) then it is going to bring in those values. Hence if the first access is executed and you have INR value in that then it is going to bring in that value.
Hence you may try to reverse the sequence of access so that the first value found is for USD.
Go to the Analysis part in the Sales order Condition. You shall come to know which access sequence is executed first.

  • How to Copy documents (like Sales Order) from one Company/Database to another

    Hi everyone!
I'm developing an AddOn for SAP 9.1 version.
Part of this implementation is to import some data from a Sales Order Document from one Company to another (Document selected by "DocNum" by the user).
So, my doubt is: after select data saved in arraylist, how I fill the document with that values saved in my arraylist ?
I wish you could help me.
    Regards!
    Diogo Carvalho

    Hi Diogo,
You can achieve this requirement and you will be required to get user credentials for your 'copy from' company to make a connection.
After you make the connection with your 'copy from' company, you can provide a screen with a matrix which have the document numbers of the type of document you want.
Create two documents of the type you want from each company. You can fill the document which created from current company while you reading from the document which created from 'copy from' company using get by key method.
Most importantly, the master data of the two companies should be same. Otherwise, you will have errors in creating the document or document won't be identical.
Hope this will helpful to you.

    BEGIN
    if exists
      (SELECT T0.[DocNum] FROM ORDR T0 INNER JOIN RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
    WHERE T0.[CANCELED] ='Y' or  T0.[DocStatus] ='C' and T1.[TargetType] ='-1')

  • How to delete a line item from the sales order

    Hi all,
how to delete a line item from the sales order for which the production is already happened and it has been delivered. the production order status is DLV.
    Regards
    Kumar

    Hi
U can do this in two ways one u can short close the order by entering Reason for rejection in VA02 at header level and if yr order is multiple line item order u can enter the reason for rejection in any of the line item which u don't want to deliver.
This is called short close ( as the qty is not delivered fully).
    Thx.

  • How to delete the line item from a sales order

    Hi all,
how to delete a line item from the sales order for which the production is already happened and it has been delivered. the production order status is DLV.
    Regards
    Kumar

    Hi Kumar,
I think you can just delete it in the sales order directly, if you are using make-to-order scenario, then there will be special stock left for the sales order as the production has been goods receipt, you need to use MM transaction move the stock to unrestricted use stock. If you are using make-to-stock scenario, there should be no further problem. If you are using assembly order, please try to reject the sales order item to see if it could fullfill your requirement.

    Rachel
