It means exactly what it says:
Contact itunes support
It is saying this because you need to contact itunes support.
Have you considered doing what it told you to do? contact itunes support

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

made the itunes account after typed in all of my debit card information when i press the continue button it says contact itunes support to complete this transaction.
Have you considered doing exactly what it says to do and contacting itunes support?

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". What do I need to do to correct this problem because I can't buy anything with this problem? I have also made sure I have the latest version of iTunes.
check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help.
