HT1541 Almost every week I make purchases in slot machine apps and almost every week I have to email iTunes support because my purchases cannot be made. Obviously this is when there is definately money in my account
I try to make a purchase and it says contact iTunes sorry transaction failed
Have you asked iTunes Support why you keep getting the message and if there is anything that you or they can do to stop it happening ? We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why the message is appearing.

Everything has been working fine however all of a sudden when I go to in app purchase it tells me that I have to contact iTunes support to finalise the purchase! Can anyone tell me why and how to fix this?
It could be due to a number of reasons e.g. a problem with a previous purchase, are you currently in the same country as where your iTunes account is based, a problem with your account ... Hey live in us but wanting to download an album on iTunes, but they only have in Ireland iTunes Store. What's a way to get this album short of moving to Ireland and setting up a bank account?
You can try requesting that it be added to the US store, but ultimately it's the record company that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

How do I get events in my iCal on my laptop which have audible alerts to make noise on my iPod/iPad and those which don't have audible alerts to not make noise? At the moment they all make a noise.

I can't upload new apps or updated apps, and it shows that I have problem with last purchase. I guess my credit card is over limit and the purchase is not completed because of uncollected. I have filled up some to my credit card. Will it deduct later?

If you are having issues with your iPhone's Contacts application acting oddly, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -

Im trying to get an Apple id account so that I can get apps, but all it tells me is "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". What do I do?
Why not do as it tells you to do and contact itunes support?

Try to do a in app purchase for knights and dragon and it gets rejected tells me to contact iTunes support. I checked to see if restriction was on. And I have done many in app purchases before

i now have three Apple Store accounts. The first was when I signed up for mobileMe ending in "me." The second ending in "msn" And now the third ending in,"icloud"
The first two seemed to be linked and i would get notifications to update even when i wasn't signed into that account. All the apps downloaded worked just fine on my Iphone4 whether they were downloaded using my iphone or whether they were downloaded from my macbook pro no matter which account they were downloaded from. Now since i started using icloud and after a number of restores my Apple id under "msn" downloads on the apps and my movies all purchased from itunes won't open up. All the other id's apps open up just fine. I've reinstalled itunes, deleted all the apps under the msn account and tried to redownload on both my iphone and my laptop but, no sucess.
I think the only way to get the apps that i've paid for previously is the see if itunes could move my previous purchases from one account, "msn", to my "icloud" account. has anyone else had a problem like this and how can I makethis happen?We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
Is the old account a completely different iTunes account, or is it just a previous primary email address on the same account ? If it's a different account then all content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, so only that old account will be able to download updates to its apps.
If it's the same account, just a previous primary email address, then what id shows at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone ? You could try tapping on that and log out of it and then log back in with the updated version and see what id then shows for updates. -
I just redeemed 100.00 on itunes and am trying to make an in-app purchase on a game and it let me make one purchase, when i went to make a second purchase a message popped up telling me to contact itunes support, not sure why??
