HT201209 Trying to buy in app purchase. Attempting to use my iTunes credits but won't let me
I have 30 itune credits. When I try yo purchase anything it directs me to sign into my account and tries to charge my credit card. It does not give me the option on my payment methods to pay with itune credits anywhere.

Every time I tried to do in app purchase, it showed please contact itune to complete the transaction, I have already saved my credit card info and it worked before, I do not know why it no longer work, I do not have any restriction
Gee... maybe you should try contacting iTunes support like the message told you to do.

Trying to buy in-app purchases
everytime i try to buy an in-app purchase it keeps telling me to contact itunes support but i have no idea why?? all my payment details are correct and it used to work but doesnt anymore. My security code is often not there either even though i put it in each time i need to buy something. i can buy apps just not in-app purchases. Does anyone know how to fix this? :s
On the apple website that is correct i beleive.... but i have an italian american express and am able to purchase stuff here in the US.

ICloud synching In-App purchase from iPad mini to iPad 2, but won't sync the other way.
I do Quality Assurance work for a company that produces an iOS application available in the App Store. Right now I am trying to test license purchase and renewal and I'm seeing odd behavior with iCloud synchronization.
-Currently our app is available in a limited version as a free download
-We then utilize the In-App purchase feature to purchase a license and gain access to the full app
-After purchasing the license, the license is synched through iCloud so that any device logged in with the same iCloud account should get full access to the app as well.
Currently I am using an iPad Mini and an iPad 2 for testing on Apple's Sandbox site, both using iOS 6.1.3.
The behavior I'm currently seeing is that purchasing a license using the iPad mini will sync via iCloud to the iPad 2 within a matter of seconds, but purchasing the license using the iPad 2 will never transfer the license information over to the Mini.
Has anybody seen similar issues or knows what the cause may be?
Thanks!I have no idea about anything associated with ios app developing, but apple developers do. From what I hear there is a developers forum here somewhere as well as support site. Should be something like developer.apple.com or similar to that - Google, if I am wrong. From my personal experience of troubleshooting I would suggest trying another ipad, since "one side" behavior is to me obvious glitch on one of the ipads. I am going to assume that you already checked all settings to be the same. So you get another ipad and see which one of the three does not play and then troubleshoot that one. I d start with rechecking all settings under privacy and so on. And end with factory restore. Good luck.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -

Are you running the latest version of iTunes? Check software updates. Does your OSX (which is not listed in your profile) compatiple with the app you are trying to download?

How to purchase apps in App Store? When I am trying to buy those apps, it is asking for my card details. I have entered my debit card number and then it asked for 3 digit security code. I have entered cvv secure code but it is showing an invalid security
Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

Hi, I have Mac with Snow Leopard and was trying to purchase Lion , so I can move to I cloud, when trying to buy the app I get a message that a minimum 2gb of memory is required. I went check the hard disck info and it says available memory 20gb :-(
Apple Logo, left hand side of the menu bar, About this Mac. It should be right there. If not then More Info, Sys Info.
But it would seem you don't have 2GBs installed and more then likely both RAM slots are already filed. So you just need to buy more RAM in a pair. That could be 2 1GBs chips or if your Mac can have more then that then 2 2 GB chips or 2 4GB chips.
Get your model # and go to Crucial.com and use their memory search to find out how much your Mac can have installed and the price for it. I suggest you install as much as it can take. Cost is very low on RAM these days.
