HT201210 My Iphone4 will not restore. When i plug it into the charger it says iOS6 and when i slide it over it says Connect to iTunes. But when i do so the apple logo blinks on and off constantly.. And it will not restore? Can someone help me?

You must have the credentials that were used to turn on Find my iPhone on the device. Without them, you can not get past the activation lock.

If all you get is the Apple logo and it powering off, then the next step is to put your iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. If you have a back up, then you can put that on there to once the restore is complete.

Are you running the most recent version of iTunes for Windows on your PC? You may be running an older version that is incompatible with the 4s.

Did you try recovery mode? Hold down the home button as you connect it to iTunes. iTunes should pop up a window that says "iTunes has detected a device in recovery mode" and give you the option to restore.
