I need help reseting my security questions because i forgot them.

Go to appleid.apple.com and log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.
This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If you didn't set up a rescue email, you'll have to contact Apple Account Security.

    Hey, I understand how ****** off you must be at getting bounced around . It most likely has something to do with some port being blocked by your internet service provider or on your router.  http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297 lists ports 80, 443, 3689, 5297, 5298, 5353, 8000-8999, and 42000-42999 as ports that need to be open for you to connect to the itunes store. I would recommed contacting your isp and making sure that they are not blocking anything (in a nice unaccusing way, you never know, it might not be their fault), or if they can help you determine if your router is the cause. Before you do that you could also make an appointent with the genius bar at your apple retail store to make sure you can connect to the itunes store on their network, although if you can connect to wifi through safari, it probably is not related to the wifi hardware of your device.
    As last ditch efforts, I would try updating your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4623 (I recommend backing-up your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 and any itunes purchases http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848 just to be sure). If that doesn't work, I would restore it and set it up as a new device through itunes on a computer, that will wipe out any problem software and install the operating system as new, you can then test it to see if the issue was related to any software you had on it.

    The original iPad can be updated to iOS 5.1.1. All more recent iPads can be updated to iOS 6.1.
    If your iPad is running an iOS version prior to 5.0 you must update the iOS by connecting the iPad to your computer.
    Start iTunes on the computer you normally sync with and connect your iPad.
    Select your pad in iTunes on your computer.
    Select Summary from the row of tabs presented.
    Scroll down under Summary to find Check for Updates.
    Follow the prompts. You might also disable virus protection software on your computer while doing the update. You can turn it back on when the update is complete.

    You'll have to reset them.  Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right.  This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.

    I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

    After setting up new account with iCloud so I can use the app store it asks me to answer three security questions for further security then I am prompted for my password to log in then I put in password and it never logs me in and keeps on asking for my password. I went over all setting but found no problems wit network as I can go on line etc, if anyone has had this issues please help. I was able to download too apps and then was prompted to answer these questions and it would not let me proceed.

    Another user had success doing the following:
    I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
    Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
          tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
          "done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
          Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
          should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
          selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
          should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
    It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

    When I try to download either an App from the App Store, or a song from the iTunes Store, it try's for about 5-10 minutes to download, while (in the case of an App download) the icon reads 'Loading...' and the progress bar slowly fills to half way before stopping and receiving an error messages that says 'Unable to download application. "Application" is unable to be downloaded at this time'.
    I've tried reseting my iPod, router and modem. My Internet connection is perfectly fine, I've tried it on another network also, and it works perfectly on my iMac, and on my family's iDevices.
    Is there something wrong with my iPod? Should I try sending it in to be fixed? Is there a setting under WiFi I should change?
    Please help. It's less than three weeks old.

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  • 3 debit cards, updating, and my phone won't let me download apps or music because it says my security code is invalid no matter what I do. Help!!

    I don't know wha to do. When I try to get apps (even free) or music on iTunes (even with my gift card), a notice pops up saying there was a problem with a previous billing purchase, then it takes me to my card info and address and no matter what it always tells me my security code is invalid. I've gone through 3 cards (all worked to purchase items from a store or anything) and I've even updated my phone when i was told that I had to do that before I could download anything. I can't figure out what the problem is. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!

    Sounds like you have a negitive balance from the last pourchase (you owe Apple money). Add a valid payment method to your account.

    Sorry, but officially Apple does not allow redownloads of purchased items other than iPhone/iPod touch applications. The official statement of their policy can be found here, among other places.
    For redownloading apps, look here for instructions.  For songs, movies, and videos, if you don't have a backup of your purchased items and don't have them on another iOS device, you may be out of luck and will need to repurchase your content.
    If you have your content on an iOS device, post back and someone here can help you get them restored. Otherwise you can try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service (select the "Music Purchases" or "Video Purchases" category, as appropriate, then "Lost or Missing Items". You'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) ") and explaining what happened.     If you have an old ID in Settings>iCloud as a result of updating to iOS 7, to change it you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change (you should need to verify the old account).  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    The iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
    No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
    as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality.
