If you are being charged double the listed price then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption (if you are downloading the song twice then in some countries you will be charged again as redownloading is not currently possible in all countries).
Or are adding or changing credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you are then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or the approximate local equivalent) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

  • HT3702 Trying to retrieve money back to my account from a app that said it my swipe didn't go through the first time so i tried it again the second time and now im getting billed twice for that app call BADOO!

    I wanted to know about getting charged on my account of 12.80 9/14/2012 Badoo app. When purchasing the app i purchased it twice on accident due to the fact the first time i did it the app didn't allow me to saying it was some type of error. BUT i got charged twice even though i didn't allow me to purchase the app the first time around. It showed up on my bill as being charged twice then later credited the 12.80 back to my account for the time it didn't go through. I recently been charged for that app like earlier started 9/14/12. I do not want no month to month renewal or contract with Badoo. All i want is my 12.80 credited back to my account.

  • Why am I getting billed twice in one month?!!

    I paid my bill on June 3, and I just received an e-mail stating my bill is past due, and it's for a different amount than I already paid. How do I resolve this? I already spoke to a customer service employee 2 weeks ago about another issue I had with billing!!

    same thing happened to me just now. I pay in full every month. I got my first bill for June/July on June 27 and today I get a past due notice (June 30)!!
    Also, they hit me with a $5 late fee!!
    This is not ethical business procedure and I think they are trying to slip it unnoticed into everyone's bill!
    I called and for 11.5 minutes was shunted around between operators, none of whom realized or admitted to the error.
    This has been happening for months and I really think ATT is trying to set precedent here and get away with cheating the customer.

    I don't know what you mean by 'extra charged' (have you made in-app purchases within the app, or are you in the US and need to add on your state's sales tax to the listed price ?), or have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ?     It has nothing to do with have more than one device using that account.
    After you purchase it once, you redownload it on other devices by the following, not like purchasing a new app.
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    If you really got charged twice for purchases the same app twice with the same account contact iTunes again by:
    Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us
    Make sure that they are really the same app first.

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
