So I have a Samsung laptop with a terabyte of space, my itunes is up to date. i went online to redeem the code for my digital copy of the first season of game of thrones but when it downloaded, only 1 episode downloaded. why didn't the rest of my episodes download? how do i get them?

Make sure you’re connected to the Internet.
In iTunes, choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
Enter your Apple ID and password (if requested), and click Check.
If there are no averrable downloads, check your purchase history for the missing episodes:

iphone 6+ somehow has switched my name on emails into my nephew's name. We share a first and last name but not a middle name. For example, my name might be John George Doe and his name John James Doe. How did this happen? How do I correct it.
So if the solution recommended by Ralph is not working then the other option is this:
Please make sure that the emails work correctly when signed into, on a computer
Then delete the account off your phone - you will not lose the emails
Reset the phone
Re add the account back in and see if that helps the issue

I messed up when I bought the second season of Game of Thrones recently. I wanted to buy the season pass, but it seems I bought the first four episodes instead. Is there any way of upgrading to the Season Pass now, without having to download those first four episodes again? Don't think my download limit will cope! Thanks for your advice.

I recently saved my contacts in iCloud and now all of my contacts are on my daughters phone. I only wanted them saved to my PC. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? Is it because she downloaded the update to her phone?
Your daughter must have signed into your iCloud account, perhaps when she updated her phone. You can confirm this by going to Settings>iClloud on her phone and seeing if she is using the same iCloud ID.
To fix this you would need to migrate her phone to a separate iCloud account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos that she wishes to keep on your phone to her camera roll by opening her my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tapping the share icon (box with upware pointing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll.
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone. This only deletes the account from her phone, not from iCloud; it won't effect your device(s). When you delete the account you will be asked if you want to keep or delete the iCloud data from her phone. If she needs to migrate a copy of the data to her new account, choose Keep; otherwise, choose Delete. Then sign back in with a separate Apple ID to create her new account and if migrating data to the new account, choose Merge when prompted.
Once she is on a separate account, if she migrated a copy of the data to her new account you can go to icloud.com from your computer, sign into her new iCloud account and delete your data from her account. -

The screen on my MacBook has just started flickering and shaking up and down while I am using it. The screen starts flickering, shaking, gets pixelated, begins to freeze, and eventually fades to white. Why is it doing this? How can I fix it?
It is a newer MacBook, just over 1 year. It is well cared for, hasn't been dropped, etc. I don't want to pay for expensive repairs for such a new computer, and I certainly can't afford a new one!
I've tried updating my system like the Support page suggested, but no improvement. The problem started just the other day, and is progressively getting worse.
.... as I typed this, it did it again. Only, this time it did not flicker and shake, but got 'pixelated' (pixels came up checkered-like darkened and lightened). It did this for about 2 minutes and then stopped after I did not touch the computer.... Now it is flickering... HELP!it means that it is not a hardware issue. Other then that, Im not too sure. - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>General>Date&Time and make sure it is set to Automatic
- Go to Settings>wifi>the connected network and change the DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in

It looks to be a bug. A reboot to computer and/or Apple TV may resolve it.

We are sending 5v to the DAQ using a voltage generator. We hook this up to a voltmeter and we see 5V. When we connect the voltage generator to a "normally open valve" from parker, the voltmeter shows .14V. It seems that when we connect both wires from the valve to the voltage generator, the wires are acting as a ground. We wish to control the voltage that flows to the valve through Labview. We checked the wires of the valve and they are working fine becuase if we send a constant 5V from the DAQ and grounded it, the voltmeter shows 5V. Does anyone know why the wires are acting as a ground and dropping the voltage to .14V?

The issue here is not how much voltage the valve wants, it is the current the valve needs. The 6259 can only put out 5mA through an analog output. Your valve very likely needs a lot more than that. So you need to add in an amplifier circuit that can supply more current to operate your valve. -
APL I-TUNES deducted 2 fees on 4-21 for items that I did not purchase. I just sent email to my bank asking them not to approve payment, not sure
if they will stop it or not. I called the number listed on the bank statement by the I-tunes purchase 866-712-7753 and it guided me here. So,

If they are and you're sure you or someone you know didn't make the purchase, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

The other day I bought another ipad, and I was asked if I want to scan my computer for media. I said yes and it took all the music off my computer and put it on my itunes. Now when I connect my iphone5 to itunes it says in order to synce you must delete all itunes off of this iphone.
