HT2589 i was caught in multiple unauthorised charges by apple itunes store via my credit card, what should i do?
MULTIPLE unauthorised billing charged to my credit card. Does anyone out there had been through this bad incident? Please give advise what i should do? TQ.

In iTunes, log into your acount and goto Purchase history. Loocate the movie and to the right should be a link to report a problem. A rep from the iTunes store will hopefully resolve the problem. -

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
If something does show on your history but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made the purchase, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

My recent bill was 7.44 but I was charged the same amount twice on my credit card, I'm wondering if that is a hold that's gonna clear or a mistake?

There was a charge on a card that is not associated with my iTunes accunt. How do I investigate this?
If the card is not associated with any iTunes Store account, contact the card issuer and report the charge as erroneous. They can investigate where the charge came from and follow up as appropriate.

If there isn't anything shown then have you added or changed your credit card details ? I think that 55 rupees is about $1, which is the right amount for a temporary store holding charge , which is applied to check that the card details are correct and valid, and which should disappear off your account within a few days (though it might vary by bank/credit card company).

I have charges in my credit card from apple iTunes store that I dint make and I need my credit back to credit card I need help to fix that problem
I have the same thing happening on both my credit cards! I first noticed random charges on my bank statement, but, the funny thing is that on the same statement I was credited back for the charges so everything cancelled out. I still wanted to change my credit card to be safe and my card wouldn't work with iTunes anyway (I emailed Apple and they said my account was compromised). I also changed my Apple ID password.
So I got my new credit card and now looking back at my statement for the month, the day that I added the new card onto iTunes was the same day I got more preauthorized charges. The amounts were exactly the same as on my previous credit card. I don't know what to do anymore. Is this a problem on Apple's end? -

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Apple have never accepted trade-ins agains the cost of a new device. You will need to sell the one you bought and apply the proceeds to the model you want.

IOS 4.3.2You should only make purchases for all your devices using a single Apple ID. There is no need, and indeed a good reason not to, set up a new Apple ID with each new device purchase. While items purchased under different IDs can be played on a single device, you cannot merge Apple IDs and it makes it cumbersome.
Apple IDs do not expire but may become dormant and require reactivation if they are not actively used.
You should make note of your Apple ID and passwords and keep a record of it. Like a bank account it contains access to items with value. Update your Apple ID email address as they change.
