I'm having trouble making purchases from my iPad....it's says its processing but doesn't go thur...this happened after I updated to iOS
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

test if it charges with an ac charger
test if it's detected by another computer
if it's no to both then likely the connector is broken
if it's yes to both thne it's likely your computers itunes install which is the problem -
I have iphone 5. Updated to new software a few days ago, but I was having this issue before the update and the update did not resolve the issue.

Took it back to Apple this afternoon in Liverpool ,7 day wait before you can even speak to someone it's certainly not what I expected from Apple ,the shop absolutely packed with people with problems this is defiantly a update problem and apple need to sort it out quick ,as of until now they been totally useless ,take it in for a service etc,why should I pay for a service when it's their doing , at this moment I won't be buying another apple product again. -

I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -

back up your data first, restore to factory settings configure as new device, try if it works after the restore if not repair needed. does device have accidental damage? dropp or liquid?

My phone was recently updated to 8.1. After the update, when text messages are sent when my phone is turned off, they no longer appear when I turn the phone on. Is there something in Settings that needs to be changed?

I open a document to edit in Word 2013 (which shows as Word 2008) and try to save the document as a different one. The optical mouse on my MacBook Pro operates normally. Then I make the corrections as try "Save As". The screen opens and I can navigate to the folder and press "Open". I give it a name and the summary page opens to the text lines and I try to give it a new title. The keyboard does not respond and I have to cancel. I have automatic updates on and I get no update messages from Apple of Microsoft.
Anyone else havng same issues? This misspelled word will not correct by using the old method of right clicking and getting suggested corrections. it highlights but will not correct nor can I place the cursor on the exact place in the word (between the V and the n) to insert the missing "i".Microsoft released Office for Mac 2011 update 14.4.5 for Yosemite compatibility. They are not motivated to do so for Office for Mac 2008, as it is an unsupported, end-of-life product.
Can you work through the process you described on another person's MBP with Office for Mac 2011 update 14.4.5 installed to determine if the problem you encountered is reproducible there? -
I want this fixed or I will go elsewhere for my online service. This is frustrating and started after I updated firefox this morning. Tell me how to take the update off and go back to what works.

When I go to FaceBook to play games, FF will ask me if I want to "turn off secure browsing." Yes or I can't play the games. However, it will not let me do a thing except browse the site in "secure browsing" mode. I never had this problem until I updated FF. I have to us IE to play games on FB now. I hate IE. It's so slow and a pain in the backside.

Now, on the right side, 3. click the option 'Security'. 4. The option to turn off secure browsing will be the second on down on the list in the main part of your screen. Hope this helps.

i've updated my iphone 4 (gsm) to ios 6.0.1 and after that it's stuck in recovery mode (itunes logo cable), i tried many solutions but nothing works, did any one has an idea about this , thank you
I should add that this has never been Jailbroken. I keep reading that a lot of times this is the case for a jail broken phone.
I have also gone through the not very helpfull steps on apples site to fix this.. It is not a security issue since i dont have an antivirus or any 3rd party software for my computer. -

I have not had any experience in getting any devices repaired so I'm not sure which store to resort to. An official Apple store should more than likely get you what you need, but I'm guessing it's probably more expensive. (if any cost for your situation)
