I thought I was supposed to clear out my iPad before I updated it. Now it's empty and stuck in the plug into iTunes icon. Done--now what??
Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

You could contact the iBook Store support in your country, however I doubt you paid in advance so there is no loss. The missing book may have been removed from sale by its author.

I have the exact same issue. I can print one document and then I get the error mentionned above ("adobe creation cannot continue because acrobat is not activated"). Then I need to reboot in order to be able to print a new document.
I have suite and went to Photoshop as suggested, but this program is already activated. I tried to launch Acrobat Pro but it won't.
I'm using the Design and Web Premium CS6 Suite on Windows Vista.

I've already tried unplugging the power chord, and as soon as it turns back on I get back to the screen that tells me to connect to iTunes via USB.
Do I really have to do it? The Apple TV was working great before I updated its software without me ever connecting to a computer or anything else.

i signed up for cc a while back and thought i was supposed to receive both ps and lr but i have only been able to use ps. I pay the monthly 9.99 subscription. Does this price level not include Lr?
Sounds a bit odd to me. Like Gene says, if you are signed in to the Desktop Application Manager, it should recognize you and the plan you are on, and let you install LR without asking for a serial number. Try signing out of the Desktop Application Manager by clicking on the cog icon > Preferences > Account tab > sign out. Then sign back in again. This forces the Desktop Application Manager to scan your system (it normally only does so once every 24 hours looking for updates).
If LR is still not inviting you to Install it, then sign in to your Adobe account . See what it says under My Subscriptions. I don't have the Photography plan, so don't know what you should see, but I imagine it will be obvious. Click on Manage and see if that makes sense.
If still in trouble, I think you would do better starting a thread in the Creative Cloud forum that deals specifically with this sort of issue. You'll also find some FAQ links on that page that will likely give you a clue as to what is going on.
Bottom line is I have never been asked for a serial number installing LR from the CC Desktop Application Manager. -

I ordered it through my university and I thought I was supposed to get a full version of office as it was thorugh an academic institution, I find I only have the test version,
Am I supposed to get the full version. I'm sure it said it was when I ordered it.
thanksIt is possible they were offering a rebate w/purchase of Office. I've seen that advertised a few months ago locally.
The Student/Teacher edition was free after rebate with supporting purchase of any Macintosh product.
But, you had to lay out the cash at the register to get Office, first. It wasn't free "out the door". Since it has only been a couple days, I'd call the store up and ask them about the offer. Maybe your salesperson did not know of the add-on? -
Yesterday, I used 5000 bonus points to buy 1 extra gb of data. This hasn't shown up in my account yet. The 5000 points deduction is listed in my Smart Rewards account, but no bonus data. I thought it was supposed to show up almost immediately. Will it be credited to my account?
I called Verizon Wireless and they gave me the number: 1-866-962-3713 -- which asks if you're calling about the 1GB rewards offer - if you select this option it says "We are aware of customers having problems with this offer and hope to have it resolved soon. Please check back again." So, will try again in a few days.
The original technical support rep I spoke to from the main line was incredibly helpful (helped me find the 866 number above). A+. -
I have Adobe Creative Cloud, I thought FormsCentral was supposed to be apart of that. Why do I need to pay so much more to add FormsCentral. Is there something in the Creative Cloud that will work the same way?

I tried restoring my iPod, but it told me it was unsuccessful. Now it's stuck at the connect to iTunes screen. I've tried holding the home and lock buttons, just until the unit turns off, and until the unit restarts. What do i do? iTunes wont even recognize that an iPod is connected.

im trying to connect to apps store and to download apps but i cannt. the massege that say me is your payment method was declined. what can i do about this?
Try removing said card then re-enter all card details, if still no joy then try a different card to see if it is the card or a problem with your iTunes account, one other thing that you could try is changing your iTunes password as this sometimes cure thing as well.
Also have a look at your purchase history to see if you have any items that are still waiting for payment as this can sometimes screw up your payment method, if this is the case then I would defiantly try a different card.
If none of the above work then I would contact iTunes support.
