Unfortunately, iTunes was told to restore all data from an old backup onto the new phone, and that cannot be undone.
However, prior to this, iTunes 10 would have also asked to make a backup of the phone before doing the restore. If the user elects to say "yes" to perform the backup, then iTunes would have backed up the phone before erasing it.
Hopefully, that backup will still be available in iTunes, and if so, it would be backed up under the new phone's name prior to it being erased and restored (if the name of the new phone is different to the name of the old phone).
To check if iTunes has a backup of the phone prior to the restore, look in the Devices category in iTunes Preferences. All backups made are timestamped and are identified with the iPhone's name at the time of the backup. Look for:
• a backup of the phone using the new phone's name prior to the erase and restore, or
• a backup with the same date and time as that when the phone was erased and restored (not the date and time AFTER when the phone was erased and restored!). This may be the case if the new and old phones have the same name.
If a backup is available, you can erase and restore again using that backup. The phone will be restored with what would hopefully be the original image of the new phone.
If no backup was made prior to erasing and restoring the phone initially, then there is no way to
undo it, meaning your phone's original data has been lost.

You canot easily change your country settings. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Hello! Just connected a used iPhone to iTunes for the first time. I'm trying to restore it to factory settings/default. The phone is connected via Wi-Fi and is updated to the most recent OS that the phone allows. The computer is also connected to the internet. But I still get the error: "itunes could not contact the iphone software update server because you are not connected to the internet." I also connected via iTunes and authorized the computer, but still have the same issue. Really, all I need to do is completely wipe the phone and start from scratch for safety's sake.

after downloading updates for the first time, i was asked to restart my mac. it started writing configuring installation. the staus bar just showed a little and remained like that for more than 3 hrs. i tried several times wit no success. it has not updated my mac OS X 10.5.
My clean install worked out alright, although I don't think it really fixed anything, rather gave me a couple more days of use 'till I have to send it in. Someone please help my get it running properly again...

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

Wanting to purchase an app for the first time. Am being asked for verification: answer security questions. Prob is I haven't seen questions before - therefore, not answered them! Says to contact support if I have forgotten answers.. Brought me to this page so ... Any ideas?
Were you not presented with 3 questions and given the choice to provide the answers to those questions recently as part of Apple's new security requirements?

The first time I connected my new My Passport portable hard drive to my MacBook Pro, the message asking if I want to use the drive to back up with Time Machine did not appear. I would like to set it up to do this. What would my next step be?
Drive Partition and Format
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Apply button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
Open Time Machine preferences to select this drive for use as the backup drive. Turn on Time Machine. -

There's not much anyone here can do for that particular issue.
Your best bet is to seek assistance from iTunes Support. If there is an alternate way to accsess your account, it will only be through them.

After resetting your questions you've tried logging out (tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) and back into your account on your iPad to see if they then tie up ?
If they don't, and resetting them yourself doesn't make any difference, then you could try contacting Support and see if they can help with what's going on.
