HT5824 When I log into icloud, I click on advanced and i want to reset my photostream but it does not give me the option. Any advice??
I am trying to delete photos off my photostream. I have logged on icloud.com and clicked advanced and then I was told to click on reset photo stream. When I click on advanced, it does not give me the option for reset photo stream. Any suggestions?

That option was removed some time ago. You can delete any photo from photo stream on any device where you are logged into your account.

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

When I try to purchase from itunes, it does not give me the option to buy. I am logged into my acoount and have a balance to purchase songs/music with. Has anyone else had this problem?
Is the item compatible with your model iPod and iOS version? If not you will not get a Buy option.

I made a purchase of an album on iTunes...somehow I deleted the whole album from my iMac and now when I go back to my purchases it does not give me the option to download the whole album again, instead it gives me the option of plaing them...please help!!
Where are you looking to download them from ? You might be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes. If that album shows there but doesn't have the cloud symbol against it for redownloading then that implies that it's still in your iTunes library

When I try to update an App I am getting my old email address (which no longer works) and when I put in its password it says password or username is wrong. but it does not give me an option to put in my new user name. How can I correct this.
What you are getting is the AppleID (AppleID can be an email adress) used at the time of the purchase of this app. It is an identifiant allowing Apple to link your purchase to your account.
If you want to manage associated email, you can go at https://appleid.apple.com but the AppleID could never be modified.
I do not know if in your case, it is just that you no longer use your old email address or that you actually a 2 AppleID. In any case, you will have to remember the password related to the account used for your purchase. If you don't, just use the link above to try to retreive your password. -
I bought and downloaded a few song on iTunes. Now I see that some of the songs were not completely downloaded and stops a few seconds into the song. I went back to the album but it does not give me an option to re-download. What do I do so that I can down

sorry, meant to say that right clicking up top..everywhere I try..does NOT give me the option of reopening the address..and other...bars.
If you press Ctrl+n to open a new window, does it have all the menus and toolbars?
If you restart Firefox, does the display return to normal?
If those don't work, you could try Firefox's Safe Mode. This will let you temporarily disable add-ons to work around any problem there.
You might want to back up Firefox before using Safe Mode. For help with that, see [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information].
Next, try starting Firefox in Firefox
[http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode]. Be careful not to "reset" anything permanently if you didn't back up.

I am trying to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one and my new 5c does not give me the option to restore from icloud backup
So now what do I doSettings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings.
Once this is done, it will ask you to set your phone up again. You can choose to restore from your iCloud backup. -
Any advice on how to switch to ICloud on my 3g IPhone? I am supposed to install OS 5, but the dialogue box says that my 4.2.1 OS is the current version and does not give me the option of downloading OS5. Apple says I have to be running OS5 to switch.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I opened up my pages app and the document i needed opened up automatically, i turned away from my ipad to log onto my computer only to find when i look back at my ipad that ALL my documents have been deleted!! It is very important i get these back as i have an assignment to hand in tomorrow and ALL my revision is on their for my exam in 4 days time. please please please help me get my documents back onto my ipad? I have logged into icloud on my computer and can see the documents but cant work out how to get them back on my ipad???

How do I delete playlists on my ipod nano (6th gen.) when I am in itunes??? I right-click and it won't give me an option to delete.

I just cant click! When I go to a site to order something I pick the size/style/whatever and it keeps either saying please enter size/style/whatever when it is there! ALSO sometimes I hit an enter button and nothing happens. It does not even let me right click to open a new page or anything! VERY frustrated

A Downloaded TV episode (iTunes 11.3.1) won't play on OSX 10.9.4. I just get a black screen.
Deleted and redownloaded the episode. De-authorize and then re-authorized computer for iTunes. I'm getting what looks like the QuickTime interface. The counter runs but there is no sound, no picture. Thanks!

When having multiple tabs open: Very often I find the previous tabs to be blank- and when trying to go back to them- they refresh to the page I just had open in another tab (all of them)- This definitely defeats the purpose of having tabbed browsing.
