HU Error-While posting the PGI against the Outbound Delivery

Hello,
I am facing the issue,when posting one PGI against the outbound delivery.The error is as below:-
" Negative stock: 8,000 material: 51238495FA on HU 00233034307019924815"
The error message detail is :-L9-604"
Could you please let me know,how we can overcome this issue.

Have you completed TO and ITs confirmation process for the outbound DElivery ?.If yes then if you are using warehouse managed material then check the stock in LS26 it should be 916 location and then check the handling unit stock.
Check the Handling unit status is 01 status or some other status.If it is 01 then definatly sytem will allow you PGI.Check your HU history is your delivery is final document or not .It seems some mismatch with delivery qty and handling qty in your case.

Idoc to post goods issue against an outbound delivery

We happened to simulate both the idocs 'WPUWBW01' and 'MBGMCR02' for posting goods issue for an outbound delivery but failed.
Request you people to help us on this. Is there another idoc that we have to use to post GI... if so please let us know... and if we are using the right one, guess we are not executing it in the right way... in such a case please guide us with the steps...

We got hold of the Idoc type 'DELVRY03 PGI SHPCON' we are able to post the Idoc but we are able to do the packing only or we are able to change the deliveries but the PGI is not happening..
please help us on this.. is there some condig that updates the delivery with the PGi or is there something else do be done in the Idoc....
will provide additional details if required.

Hi Arun,
There are no configuration settings in this. It is development that your abaper need to carry out.
Explain to him that this is the func module. And intrun it has to either trigger a BDC or BAPI for creating packing and PGI.
He should then do the recording of that and will assign the program pertaining to BDC with in the function module.
One more suggestion is to put the same query in ABAP section too. U will definitely get a positive response.

Error while posting Goods issue for the reservation

I am getting an error while trying to post the Goods Isuue for the reservation using MIGO transaction. The error is 'Level AR belongs to cash position (source symbol PSK)'.
Please help me in solving this if anyone has any idea, let me know what am I supposed to do.

Error while posting stock from quality to return delivery

Hi ,
I am working in decentralized warehouse. I am posting stock from quality to return delivery in t code QA32. The following is the error message i am getting . i have also checked the movement type settings they are fine for 553.
"Posting only to free or blocked stock due to missing goods receipt".
Please let me know if i am missing any thing in config......

Hi Ilyas,
Can you check again the movement type? For return delivery movement type 122 is used and 553 is for GI scrapping from QI. You can check it in SPRO>QM>QI>Inspection lot completion> Define inventory postings.

Error while posting a document using the BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE

Hi,
i was trying to post the Goods Receipt document ( Tcode MB1C) using the bapi BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE
i am passing the item details and Serial number details.
the error triggered was Maintain Serial Numbers for Total Quantity
but i am passing the quantity as 1 ( in item data) and passing one serial number.
is this error because of data problem or am i missing to pass the value to some dependent parameter..?

i was tring to pass the same.
in item table we have we have four item details ( below)
RES_ITEM - Item Number of Reservation/Dependent Requirement
ORDER_ITNO - Order Item Number
S_ORD_ITEM - Item Number in Sales Order ( length mismatch with serial item number)
PO_ITEM - Item Number of Purchasing Document ( length mismatch with serial item number)
out 4 , 2 are ruled out because of length mismatch. and in the reaming two are
RES_ITEM - Item Number of Reservation/Dependent Requirement
ORDER_ITNO - Order Item Number
this is a Goods receipt document, please let me know which field is required to map with item number in the above two.

Error while posting the parked document in ECC 6.0

Hello ABAPers,
After upgrade from R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0, when we try to post the parked documents ,It calls FM :POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT".
Inside it a call transaction is done using FBVB which throws error while posting for more than 4 withholding tax types.
Error : Field WITH_DIALG-WT_BASE(5) does not exist in the screen SAPLFWTD 0100.
On running BDC in foreground mode ,Error is happening when the withholding dialog opens and screen seems to be small to input all the tax codes i.e it shows only 4-5 rows and hence only 4 tax types passes to the screen and remaining is left out and error is thrown. This results in document not getting posted.
But in 4.6 c a bigger screen pops up and no error is thrwon.
We are not able to check FBVB directly, since it does'nt allow Direct call to this transaction.
We have checked lots of thread and notes ,But nothing seems to be relevant or helpful in our case.
Could you please help us in resolving this issue/ let us know if any configuration/ screen variant change is required?

It is a standard code. We are calling the FM 'PRELIMINIARY_POSTING_POST_ALL' for posting the parked document. The FM calls internally another FM 'POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT'. This calls the transaction FBVB where we get the above error.

    seems you have given wrong enteries for logical system in sale or in WE20(patrner profile)
Steps for ALE settings:-
Steps for XI
Step 1)
     Goto SM59.
     Create new RFC destination of type 3(Abap connection).
     Give a suitable name and description.
     Give the Ip address of the R3 system.
     Give the system number.
     Give the gateway host name and gateway service (3300 + system number).
     Go to the logon security tab.
     Give the lang, client, username and password.
     Test connection and remote logon.
Step 2)
     Goto IDX1.
     Create a new port.
     Give the port name.
     Give the client number for the R3 system.
     Select the created Rfc Destination.
Step 3)
     Goto IDX2
     Create a new Meta data.
     Give the Idoc type.
     Select the created port.
Steps for R3.
Step 1)
     Goto SM59.
     Create new RFC destination of type 3(Abap connection).
     Give a suitable name and description.
     Give the Ip address of the XI system.
     Give the system number.
     Give the gateway host name and gateway service (3300 + system number).
     Go to the logon security tab.
     Give the lang, client, username and password.
     Test connection and remote logon.
Step 2)
     Goto WE21.
     Create a port under transactional RFC.(R3->XI)
     Designate the RFC destination created in prev step.
Step 3)
     Goto SALE.
     Basic settings->Logical Systems->Define logical system.
     Create two logical systems(one for XI and the other for R3)
     Basic settings->Logical Systems->Assign logical system.
     Assign the R3 logical system to respective client.
Step 4)
     Goto WE20.
     Partner type LS.
     Create two partner profile(one for XI the other for R3).
     Give the outbound or inbound message type based on the direction.
Step 5)
     Goto WE19
     Give the basic type and execute.
     fill in the required fields.
     Goto IDOC->edit control records.
     Give the following values.(Receiver port,partner no.,part type and sender Partner no. and type)
     Click outbound processing.
Step 6)
     Go to SM58
     if there are any messages then there is some error in execution.
     Goto WE02.
     Check the status of the IDOC.
     Goto WE47.
     TO decode the status code.
Step 7)
     Not mandatory.
     Goto BD64.
     Click on Create model view.
     Add message type.
BD87 to check the status of IDOC.
In case if not authorized then go to the target system and check in SU53, see for the missing object
and assign it to the user.

While posting an invoice against PO #, it is giving error as Field Prof.Segmt is a required field for G/L account Company code XXXX XXXXXX(GL master #)
Message no. F5808.
Can anyone provide me the possible solution for this.

In transaction SPRO under
Financial Accounting -> General Ledger Accounting -> Business Transactions -> GL Account Posting -> Carry Out and Check Document Settings -> Define Field Status Variants
Choose your Field Status Variant and click on Field Status Group. Double click on Field Status Group. Go to General Data and make "Profitability Segment" as either "suppress" or "Opt Entry".

I am working in a new enviorment and i am trying to save a report to the Crystal Server via the CMC. I am uploading the report from the objects tab and attempting to save to a folder. The report has 1 static defined parameter and that's it. When i click submit to save the report i receive the following error message: "There was an error while writing data back to the server: Failed to commit objects to server : Duplicate object name in the same folder." There is not a anothe report within the folder with that name. What could be causing this error message and equally important, what is the solution.

hte message you received about duplicate user probably means something hadn't fully updated yet. Once it did then it worked...

Try following step and check if issue gets resolved or not.
Find Acrobat.exe on your computer. Right click the program and click 'Troubleshoot Compatibility'. Set the compatibility to Windows XP service pack 3.

Trying to setup new iCloud in system preferences and get error message: "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server."

Here's the sequence of events:
Setting up a new iMac.
Migration Assistant was aborted during setup and a normal setup was completed.
Then ran Migration Assistant from the newly setup account.
It ran fine, but put all the data in a new account called "user".
Renamed "user" to a new name, renamed the home folder to a new name following these instructions: OS X: How to change your account name or home directory name
Delete the account we originally created, so just have one account with the name we want and all the data, email. Works fine.
Sign into the App Store with the account we share for purchases.
Now, the problem:
Go to System Preferences to setup iCloud with a new Apple ID
Get this error: "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server."
So I'm unable to setup iCloud for photo stream, FaceTime, etc.
Internet works fine, we can get mail, etc.
Rebooting doesn't help
Ideas?

But we are not transfering any orders to CRM.The order can be only seen in R/3

Ago, The creation infopackage have been deleted in the past , today, I created a infopackage, while I update mode selected u2018initialize delta processu2019, then click save button , the system prompt u2018Deltas already loaded for request REQU_D64R47LDUSZHY9CBIB86WMLFJ init.selection; no 2. initu2019, I canoti save it for my setting. Why is this?
Then I have search cause in SDN, and I have reference OSS Note 852443 to do .
Note 852443 have mention some table: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL、ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF.
I have to delete that request of record using se16 in these tables: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL.
in my BI 7.0 system, ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF is no any data.
I was no found delta queue in RSA7.
Now . Dump error while creating or double click the info package, how can I change this?

Error while reading file entries from the database

Hi there,
We are running a instance of xmii 12 in a VM (VMware) and after somebody shutdown the host machine without shutting down the VM (great idea isn't it?) we keep getting this message when trying to access xMII:
"Application cannot be started.
Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Error while reading file entries from the database."
Any clue? Any suggestion on how we can recover from that?

Well thanks for the hint. Actually, the DB was up but corrupted. I managed to solve the bug by re-deploying xMII (using the SDM tool) which kept all my data but redeployed both the config db of (x)mii and the class files.
