I am royally PO'ed

I have had to do a few restores to my ipod because my computer keeps crashing and my father keeps playing around with the computer. I deleted the TV shows that I had had on my ipod because there was an issue with 'the required file could not be found' or iTunes can't find the origional file. I am angry because I am not able to put any kind of pictures or play TV shows on my iPod. WIll there be any problems if I purchase anything else music or otherwise to put onto my ipod

When I try to sync my ipod, it says 'My ipod cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found.' I don't know what that means and when I had my TV shows on there, next to them, there was this gray dot and an exclemation in it. I deleted all of them in hopes that the problem would fix itself. I ran a diagnostic and have found out that 'itunes helper is not running'. Could that be the problem?

I have an HP Pavilion purchased about 2 years ago (a birthday present from my wife). It came with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed and disc but with no disc key code. I was having problems with the system running extremely slow so I took it to Staples tech people. They kept it for 4 days, tried everything but nothing worked. They suggested I purchase an external hard drive and transfer all my files, etc. to same which I did but my computer still ran slowly. Thus, out frustration and after spending $300 for tech services and external hard drive, I decide just to install the Windows 7 disc that came with the computer. This, of course, started me back to square one … I had to start as though it was a new computer with no personal saved files, etc.
I seemed to get everything back to normal and had no “slow running” issues. Then, a message started popping up that my version of Windows was not genuine. I searched my computer, found the presumed key code and entered it but it was and continues to be rejected as not valid no matter what I do. Since the time to valid has expired, my Windows screen is black, the clock is always wrong and other annoying things won’t work.
I called your support line and got the runaround. Eventually, my line with your representatives, before I had a solution, was disconnected and I was not about to go through that HELL again. Searching the Web, I was advised that this was a HP issue that you could resolve. If not, Microsoft wants me to spend $150 for another Windows 7 program. After adding up all my expenses thus far to fix my original “slow” problem, I could have bought a brand new computer and I am not going to waste any more of my money. This is why I am so angry and have made my anger known to all my Facebook friends.
Below, I have copied and pasted all the information I was able to gather from my computer operating system, computer battery and Windows information. If you can help me, it would certainly be appreciated and change my opinion of HP which I will immediately make known to my Facebook friends and remove any negative comments I have made about HP.

I can't play Casino Royal from the Extras Menu. Suggestions?

I downloaded Casino Royal from the iTunes store . . . my first "itunes" extra movie. Well, I can play the extras just fine, but when I try to access the movie or the chapters, I am not able to click through on the menu . . . any suggestions?

Has this been resolved yet? Sometimes removing the extras package from the library without deleting it, then adding the <Movie> - iTunes Extras.ite file back into the library can fix problems with the internal links.
Alternatively you can contact the store using the Report a problem links in your account history and request a replacement download for the non-functioning extras package.

HP 7510 cannot print UK Royal Mail postage from Web!

Hello,
Need some help here.
I have some postage from the UK Royal Mail website ready to print. So I'm clicking PRINT while a Safari window is open.
Done it a million times before on other printers and a dozen times on this HP 7510 without any trouble. But now it suddently doesn't work.
The printer just spits out a blank sheet instead.
I've tried resizing and using the smaller print tray. You can't create a PDF of the postage because it too comes out blank (presumably a security measure by the Royal Mail). Nor can you turn it into another file or format. Basically, you just have to print it straight from the Web.
Any suggestions on how to fix this or why it's happening?

IPhoto importing pictures and turning royal blue. Why?

I copied jpg files from a cd to my husband's pc and then wrote these
pics to a flash drive. I then copied the folder from the flash drive
and pasted folder to my imac's desktop. Preview shows the files

"embed srgb profile2.zip" or embed srgb profile--Apple script.zip" which is lossless for the whole file?
The file has 100 jpg's that are designs from "Redwork from the WorkBasket", that are pics of the Redwork designs for my embroidery machines. The designs are designed to be embroidered with red thread and the pics in the book are red line drawings on a white background. I have several thousand designs, now, organized into albums (with category dividers) in Iphoto, which I sync to my iphone, so I can see what I have and can use on my embroidery machines. This is the first batch of designs from either the web or from purchased cd's where I have encountered the rgb issue. The royal blue background makes the photos hard to see on my iphone, and you have a way for me to

Apple royally screwed up

JUst wondering if there is any talk or if anyone else out there thinks apple royally screwed up quicktime pro with the release of version 10?

Your question is misplaced as there is no pro version of Quicktime 10.
Mac OS X 10.6 includes QuickTime versions 10.0 and 7.6.3. The QuickTime 7 player will only be present if a QuickTime Pro key was present at the time of installation, or if specified as part of a custom install, or individually downloaded.

Snow Leopard update 10.6.4 included an update to 7.6.6 (if installed). You can install it from the above link even though it says for 10.6.3. It's the same version of QuickTime Player 7.6.6.
Only QuickTime Player 7.6.3 or 7.6.6 can be updated to "Pro".

Yes, I called the cruise line and asked a veteran cruiser. Nobody seemed to know for sure.

Integrate BC Ecommerce site with Royal Mail Label Printer

Hope everyone is ok.
I am building an e-commerce website and want to use a Royal Mail Label Printer to print all shipping labels directly from the Admin > Orders section.
Ideally when a new Order comes in I would like to be able to Print Invoice & Label at the same time, this will tehn print a customer invoice via a normal Printer, and a Royal Mail Shipping label via a different thermal printer, is this possible??

It is not really designed for that and more advanced stuff. It calls Blog advanced and that is pretty basic.
Muse is a stepping stone into the web world, its not the ultimate tool.
You need to do layouts and for BC to work well in eCommerce you need to break out some extra javascript etc to get it working well. You have payment forms, shopping cart, product layouts etc all needing to setup and be managed by the client in the admin and the web company or designer/developer they work with needs to provide them with the features they need.

Iphone 4S Lost in Post by Royal Mail?

I have had a screen issue with my iphone 4s so I booked mail in service with Applecare, they sent me the shipment box with return label which I used when posted back to Applecare.
It's 15 days since then and Apple still has not received my handset so chances are that it has gone walking within Royal Mail network somewhere
I do have proof of postage which I obtained from post office when I posted the device. At the moment my only concern is what would happen if it really has been lost and does not reach Apple Care?
Anyone else has had similar issue? What was the outcome?
PS. I bought this phone on ebay so I do not have original purchase receipt if that matters.
Any input will be much appreciated.............

The only people that can help are Apple care themeselves
The must have a procedure to handle lost in Transit, you can't be the first.
You should have an ebay/paypal receipt that confirms your ownership
and the iPhone will be registered through iTunes

Royally Messed Up Page - Don't Even Know Where to Start

This is my first post here - I inherited the managment of this website as part of my day to day tasks and know very little about properly operating Dreamweaver CS3...just enough to be dangerous.

This is worrisome. It's not Dreamweaver you should be learning but code basics.   If you don't know code basics, DW is going to continue to punish you.

Errors in code are responsible for 98% of browser rendering issues. You have more than a few to work on starting with a valid document type. Without one, your web pages render in Quirks Mode which is geek speak for a confused mess.
Open your main Template.dwt file.
To add a document type in DW, go to Modify > Page Properties > Title/Encoding tab and choose a doc type that fits your coding skills. I recommend XHTML transitional. Hit OK.
Next, Validate code and fix reported errors using the tools below.

If Apple has not received your phone, obviously it can't even be evaluated for warranty purposes. Have you tried calling AppleCare to verify whether they have received the phone or not?
