I am trying to download F2280, but when I click on that option it downloads F2200-. Why??
After downloading the latest updates, my printer would not work (yet again). In the past, I have simply gone on line and downloaded for my F2280 printer and all was satisfatory. This time however, when I click on the F2280 option, it brings up the F2200 series with an option to click on F2280, but when I chose the F2280 option it downloads F2200, repeatedly!
This will not work for me so what am I doing wrong?

The HP Deskjet F2280 is a part of the F2200 series, the installer is intended for the entire series and is correct.
What issue you experience? ay the isntaller won't respond once connecting the USB cable?
Please ensure the USB is no longer than 2 meters long, try plugging it to other ports of your OC once the installation prompts to do so.
Be sure to connect it directly, not through any USB hub or extensions which may prevent a proper connection, if the same pesists I suggest trying a different USB cable and check again.

Trying to install CS6 but when I click to install it says Adobe Installer is already running.

I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 Master Collection but when I click to install it says Adobe Installer is already running when in fact it is not. I double checked my Force Quit window and my Activity monitor it is not running. What do I do?
Here is a screen shot to show you the error message.I'm not really a Mac expert, we might need some Mac experts to chime in here.
It probably is a background process and not an application. If anything, I think you'll find it in the Activity Monitor.
If that does not help, you could also try the following:
1. Reboot and retry install ( you've probably done this already)
2. Boot in safe mode and then try installing. -
When I am on Amazon.com, a message appears that additional plug ins are required but when I click on button to "install missing" plug-ins, it tells me there are no suitable plugins. I have downloaded "FreePriceAlerts" and a bar usually appears and I believe whatever plug-in is missing is preventing this from showing. When I use IE I have no problem.

I can connect to Thunderbird and receive email. However, I cannot send emails. When I press send (either from replying to an email or entering an email address manually) I get the following error message:
Sending of message failed.
No sender specified. Please fill in your email address in the Mail & Newsgroup Account settings.
When I click on the menu option within the email message Tools/Mail & Newsgroup, the message minimises and the programme returns me to my inbox. There is no Mail & Newsgroup setting on the mail programme.Sorry, I don't use Thunderbird and this is the Firefox support forum.

I received an email from my power supplier,in it I must click on bill to view,it downloads and asks if I want to open it with internet explorer or something else,so I click on firefox.All it does is keeps opening loads and loads of tabs across the top,I've tried to close them at the last count I had managed to close over 1000 tabs but still cannot see my bill.my wife had the same she tried to open pdfs and got the same problem.So how can we view without problems files we receive in emails etc,and how do I get rid off this tab multipling itself? It should have noted that the backup was complete on the backup page. Try rebooting your computer and try it again.

You have a "good WiFi connection". What does that mean exactly? Can you send and receive email and are other internet related activities working OK for you? Have you tried restarting or rebooting your iPad? Sometimes that helps. If nothing else, it's a good place to start.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

I'm using windows 7, trying to download pictures from my canon 5d mark 2, but when I click import, the camera does not appear. I've tried changing USB ports, switching the camera on and off, trying a different USB cord, tried a different camera, but nothing. Please help! Can you see the Canon EOS camera and image files using Windows Explorer? If not disconnect the camera, close all applications' shutdown Windows, and TURN OFF the power to your system and ALL connected devices. Disconnect all phones, iPads, and any other USB devices and restart your system.
Retry Windows Explorer and see if your camera is showing. If so try LR import again. -
I am trying to upgrade to OS X Mavericks but when I click on download, nothing happens. It shows as purchased but nothing is happening. I have the MacBook Pro Late 2011 model. I installed 'Mavericks' on my Macbook Pro and am sorry I did !
It wiped my Mac's hard drive totally clean!
A technician here was able to reload the original OS but all my pictures, files and contacts were
sent God knows where !
I should have done a back up, so I learned my lesson the hard way !
What really annoyed me was that this is an Apple program, so I wrongly assumed it would be a safe download.
Wrong !
He told me that others in our small town had experienced the same problem, and since we live in a small community of about 6000, I wonder how many others have had this problem in more populated centers ?
Everything is thankfully up and running again ( at great expense in time and money ) but I will exercise more jurisprudence in future offers for any upgrades! -
I downloaded adobe cc and am trying to download ps, but when I click on the download tab nothing happens??
Open up the Adobe CC desktop application. There should be an Install or Try button, not a Download button, next to PS in the CC desktop app list.
It sounds like you’re using a browser with https://creative.adobe.com/products That page should work, too, but clicking the blue Download button is going to try to start up a program locally on your computer and you may have answered Disallow at some point in the past or you may have some internet security program that blocks such things so nothing is starting up. -
I have a Mac Book Pro with 10.7.5 and I am trying to upgrade to the free Mavericks but when I click on the download it doesn't do anything. What am I dong wrong?
A couple things to try.
1) Quit the App Store, wait a few minutes, then open it and check the Purchases tab. Is there a progress bar.
