As I said, I bougth my IPhone 4S (it's my first IPhone). In the brochure inside the box, it is mentioned FaceTime Application (in both English and Arabic), but the Icon is not there. I checked with another collegaues that also have the IPhone and they have the icon to run the app, but not my phone.
I would like to solve this issue, and I believe that Iphone should have a technical solution for it.

Check Settings>FaceTime>On and Settings>General>Restrictions>FaceTime>ON. On the 4 & 4S FaceTime is accessed through contacts. Go into your Contacts, access the contact you want to FaceTime with and you will see a tab at the bottom of their contact card. You can also access FaceTime by going into your Phone app, select dialling keypad, dial number, press call and an option for FaceTime on the keypad will appear. It should be noted that FaceTime has been removed from iPhones sold in some Middle Eastern countries at the express wish of the respective Governments. It reminds me of back in the day when your computer speakers would get interference whenever your cell phone is near it, but this is just a constant buzzing coming from my iMac whenever i have my iPhone 5 near it (e.g. sitting on the table next to the iMac when it's plugged in). Short answer is you probably cannot. Once water gets inside the device and it is powered on, the damage likely is permanant.

Calls can be declined by hitting the sleep/wake button twice quickly.
Decline a call and send it directly to voicemail. Do one of the following:
Press the Sleep/Wake button twice quickly.

I Use Rokform but that is for the mounting capabilities. For the best front/back and fall protection I recommend the otterbox defender for iPhone 6. Not sure about shipping to India but you could always use a freight forwarding company. Hope that helps!

Are you certain that it is locked to Orange?
Regardless, Apple does not lock devices, carriers do.
If the carrier refuses to unlock the device there is nothing that can be done.

I guess you mean unlock the device. To lock it would mean to be possible to se it only with one carrier.
So no, unlocking the device must be done by the original carrier, you should contact them to do that.

"GSM-CAN" means that it was a GSM iPhone sold in Canada. It doesn't indicate anything regarding lock status. If you purchased the iPhone from the online Apple Store, then to the best of my knowledge, they don't sell anything other than unlocked iPhones.

What happens when you insert the SIM card? Where did you buy this iPhone 5S? Are you sure it is not already locked to a carrier?

Hi tranvietanh - I appreciate you contacting us all the way from New Zealand! I can confirm that the iPhone 5s and all of our other 4G LTE device are not SIM locked. As the carrier in New Zealand may not support the exact same frequencies and cellular bands that we use on our network, we are unable to support the device if using a 3rd party SIM.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Which version did you buy on your iPad ? If you bought the HD version then that is only compatible with the iPad, so you will need to buy the iPhone/Pod version (or download the free version) if you want to use it on your iPhone.

Not sure about yahoo, but for gmail, I done the following:
Set up using Exchange on iPhone, it'll keep prompting for password. On PC use captcha option, log in to gmail account from PC after completingg captcha option, enter password on iPhone.
See how that goes for gmail, let us know.
Hopefully someone will have fix for yahoo.
