I bought Final Cut Pro 1 long time ago. When I move back to Vietnam, I have lost it. I still have the the Final Cut Pro 2 (update) and 3. I want to use Final cut 1 because I'm still using my old Mac os9 what can I do? Please help me.
Can I download it again? I lost my series number too. But I think my registered name are still in your record.
Only FCP X is downloadable. Everything up to Final Cut Studio requires install disks. You might try calling Apple, but the software you seek is over a decade old.

After being connected to a charging source overnight try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app (via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, if that tab is working), and if that doesn't fix it then have you tried contacting the developer (there should be a link to the developer's site on the app's description page in the store) ? If re-downloading and contacting the developer doesn't get you anywhere then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

I am trying to listen to songs in my library. Certain songs require authorization. I purchased these songs using an old email which I no longer use and I have forgotten my old password. Therefore, I can no longer listen to a song I purchased!! Please advise.
You're supposed to remember them or make note of them because they are key to a resource in which you have invested financially, just like keeping records for bank accounts you have or keys to your car. It is just that people haven't woken up to the importance of having a digital legacy too.

So I bought a song a long time ago and I hate it.
I deleted it off of iTunes but it automatically downloads this song I purchased. I want this song out of my life forever, I don't want it anymore, they can keep their $.99. How do I get rid of it forever without just turning off auto downloads? Thanks.
If you deleted the track from your iTunes library, it's shouldn't sync.
Try again... right or control click the track in your iTunes library, click Delete, then from the dialog box click: Move to Trash
Empty the Trash, restart your Mac. -
Need help with my AppleID. I need to know how to change my rescue email. My emaill acct that I used for my AppleID was deleted so I tried to change it to my primary email address and it states I cannot use it because it is my rescue email address.
You can't send the reset email to your primary email address, it can only be sent to your rescue email account. If you can't get access to that email account then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
