Very time I try to buy something it comes up as error and I can't get any help from support *** this is garbage. I can't get anything from iTunes so can I get some help? All I use is gift cards so I can see my balance but I can't buy anything help me
Is your computer on a network by chance? Some network settings could be the cause. I'd recommend testing by connecting your comp directly to your broadband modem.

I would suggest updating your billing information in the iTunes application, signing out of your account and signing back in; and then trying to complete the purchase. If the issue persists, the iTunes Store Support Team can review your account with you.

It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
