I can't reset my password on sync because the email never arrives. I have tried 3 or 4 times and still I don't have a email to change my sync account password so I can login. Please help :'(. .
I just uninstalled FireFox RC 2 and removed the data completely because I knew that I had sync and I can always get it back. But I can't seem to login so I tried to reset my password but I never get an email.
"We have emailed a reset code to the email address we have on file for you. Please use it within the next 6 hours, or it will become invalid."
But I didn't receive any messages! please help me :'(

I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. How do you get album artwork? I have like two thousand songs and about 95% don't have cover album artwork and when i try to get album artwork it says "Itunes can not find album artwork" "an unknown error occurred-609" what do i do?

I just got my iPod yesterday and I've tried to connect to my windows and iTunes n it says error n won't connect sync or anything please help...I've read other people's post that have the same problem.. But I need to know for myself .. It ***** get all excited about a new device and can't even connect it .. Sync it to iTunes ..

I just need to be able to download apps and my phone keeps saying the security code is invalid which doesnt make sense because I enter everything correct and it's really fustrating I've been to the apple store I've called support and they can't seem to fix it! Can somebody please help me? I thought apple was suposta be easy to use :\

My ipod has been working perfectly for years and all of a sudden i have gone through three sets of headphones at least in the last month, i have discovered that it is a problem with where the headphones go......no idea what the name of it is so can anybody please help me dont really want to get a new ipod as this is perfect bar this one thing....thanksTry to play it on a iPod Docking station, if it is okay, then you need to clean the iPod earphone jack hole, with paper clip, entwined with wool soaked in a small amount of alcohol.
Or just blow a jet of compressed air into the hole, if you got those camera kit with a rubber air pump.
If it is still one sided, on the iPod dock, then, does the same song, play normally on the iTunes?

Hi, I'm trying to sync my new Ipod to get the new album I got but when I connected it the meesage: The Ipod SYS cannot be used with itunes because it is not formatted properly. appears in itunes. I have restored several times now but it is not working I already downloaded music to it, it is brand new..just 2 weeks old. Somebody can help me? Do I need to return it to the store I bought it from?
The last Restore completed without any error message, or do you get the "ipod SYS" error message?
I'm thinking this is a case of iTunes and Windows confusing the iPod's storage disk with another drive, described here

So, iTunes/Windows thinks another drive is the iPod, and errors out because that drive is not formatted as expected (for an iPod). The solution, in the document linked above, is to change the iPod's assigned drive letter. -

Apple ID reset password email never arrives.
It is several years old and I forgot. It is [email protected] email never arrives. Apple address is not blocked and junk mail folder is empty.
It is also a valid ID because if I try to create a new Apple ID using the same [email protected] I get a message that that ID is taken. The email account is valid as I send and receive emails everyday from it. I want to use the ID on a new iPhone I just got. I only used the ID on an old iPod several years ago briefly.
I have tried the email reset several times and never get an email sent to me.
Also I can not get a password reset via the 'answer questions' methood because I completely forgot how I answered them. Also that was a time before there was password rules and I'm not sure any questions were even needed to be answered.Thank you so much for the answer. I don't have a rescue email. I'll call the number and see if they can help. If they could at least change the rescue address to the AppleID address that would probably work. I'll report back after the call, I hope they will help. Thank's for the number.
