I cannot access my email on my iPad, as of today

I tried to check my mac email today and it is gone....

Really a few more details would really be helpful. Did the email account disappear? Did the actual emails themselves disappear? What is Mac email? There is no such thing on an iPad.

    Orange Home
    tap Settings

    as standard the iPhone will attempt to set up the email account using SSL security Orange home email doesn't use this so the iPhone will prompt you with this message tap yes to set up without SSL
    please be patient as it may take a few minuets for the iPhone to get to this point
    the iPhone will then attempt to verify the POP account information again
    In some circumstances the iPhone may ask you if you wish to connect without using SSL again Simply tap yes to continue Again please be patient as this process may take a while
    the iPhone will then attempt to verify the POP account information again
    once the iPhone has verified the POP settings it will briefly tick all of the information fields
    then you should be able to see the account at the top of the screen and email should be ready to use
    you now need to change the port number to 25 tap on the newly created account as shown above
    tap on the SMTP under the Outgoing Mail Server
    tap on the box under the Primary Server
    the Server Port number needs to be changed to 25 as shown above tap on the Server Port to change this
    If the email still doesn't send, press the home button and the on/off button together to reset

    You should be able to contact Verizon with the account login information, unless you can get the SIM Card back from whoever you gave it to.  The SIM Card tray is on the top left edge of the device.  There is a SIM Card Tray pin that is advisable to use to get the tray to release.  Once it is out, you can swap it.  If you don't have access to your previous iPad, then you should contact Verizon as the data plan may still be active on the previous device.  This is the first iPad I have had with cellular data option included, but that is the way I understand the situation based on having to exchange my new ipad at the Apple Store.  The Genuis swapped the SIM Cards and my data plan was instantly (after a restart) active on the new one.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Icloud, aol, exchange, outlook, etc. when I choose icloud it asks for my username and password then it says I am already established. Well, that's great, now, how can I move forward with checking my email? And how come this happened all of a sudden??

    Reboot your iPad.  Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.  You won't lose any data or settings.  See if mail operates normally when your iPad comes back up.
    If it doesn't, I've found it best to delete your mail accounts and reenter them.

    Just returned from a trip. Ipad working ok before and during trip. I now cannot access my emails on my Yahoo account. When i click on Inbox, or any of the folders it tells me how many emails there are, including number unread, but does not list them, therefore i cannot open anything. i am able to access the emails on my laptop.
    So far I have tried deleting email account and setting it up again. Have also tried force quitting the mail app. Have also reset ipad. No idea what to try next.

    I've checked the password
    I copied the parameters of the account that works
    ..,. It is as if the mail program could not sync with yahoo...

    I have issues with mail as well. Though I'm able to access my all three mailboxes I'm using on My iPad (gmail, hotmail and icould), but sending an email is totally different story. I'm lucky if I'm able to send a message in ten attempts, it always get stuck in sending process until I get a message stating in was put in an outbox, because mail was unable to send it. It's freaking annoying and I have no idea what can be done. Connecting to gmail.com is almost impossible, unless I copy the full link to mailbox, if I use gmail.com I just end up with a blank page.
    Btw, I cannot access my email using Gmail app as I'm unable to log into it, just keeps on loading and loading with no results whatsoever...
    Any kind of help would be really appreciated!

    The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works.  Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up.  Try them again. 
    Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp.  Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp.  Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.  
    Kep trying.

    Sometimes Windows Phone gets stuck in getting data via WiFi when there is no WiFi and won't switch back to data.

    You are referring to your iTunes/app store account? You will need to sign out of your old account on your iPhone and sign in with the new one.

    How did you contact Support ? If you don't have access to your rescue email account then Support in your country should be able to reset the questions for you - contact is normally by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.
    Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - is that how you contacted them ?
    If your country isn't on that page then try this form and explain and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
    When they've been reset you can then update your rescue email address to an account that you have access to for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
