    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    Did he say where it had been refunded to e.g. your iTunes account or was the purchase made on a credit card and it's been refunded to that ? And have you tried logging out of your account and then back in to see if it then shows on your account ? If it hasn't appeared within, say, 24 hours, then you could try contacting iTunes Support again, referring to your case number (if you have one) and/or the conversation

    You can't transfer money between accounts.  You can, however, gift items by clicking the arrow to the right of the price, which will achieve the same ends.  It should work for everything except rentals.

    You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the Store of that Country...

    So I downloaded "UP" recently for my son to be able to watch on my itouch. However when I went ahead and bought it, itunes removed the money from my account, but the movie never loaded. My daughter has had Itunes for a while and told me to check under available downloads, but it was not there. I waited for two days and it was still not there, I'm starting to get a little frustrated.     You can't change countries whilst you have a balance.     You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
    and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

    Hi, I'm trying to use my $1.31 in my apple itunes account to purchase a song, but I'm prompted with an error message and taken to my payment information to fix my previous declined purchase. If the purchase was declined, why can't they just leave it at that and use the money that is already present in my account rather than prompting me to fix the problem?
    *The reason for it declining probably won't do answering my question any justice but I tried gifting some songs and I did gift them to multiple people (maybe 3-5) and I seemed to have no problem. Until I went to check the balance on my visa, it showed that Itunes didn't extract any of the money from my card. This was over a 24 hour period where my balance remained untouched. So I figured those gifts I "bought" weren't really purchased seeing as I already had the song in my account. Now, how is it my fault that I wanted to purchase things and the card was not declined for whenever I did so? It's not my fault iTunes never extracted or gave me a reason or time for the extraction of my credit card balance, it should have been instant.
    Sorry for getting off track, but anyways how can I get rid of this message of "select payment information" etc., when I already have money on my account to begin with? This money has been on my account before this declined jazz happened.

    First, I presume you're buying for yourself, not gifts for others, correct? Gifts cannot be purchased using a credit balance. If you are buying for yourself, another user in the forums posted this as the reply from the iTunes Store when this issue was brought up. Perhaps it will help you. Regards.
    I'm sorry you weren't able to make a purchase using your store credit. To purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time. 
    1) Visit the My Apple ID website at:  http://appleid.apple.com 
    2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button. 
    3) Click the "Manage your account" link. 
    4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button. 
    5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus. 
    6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly. 
    7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button. 
    8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner.  When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. Once you click Done, you should be able to purchase on the iTunes Store using your store credit.
