I changed my email on my new computer movies wont play
Purchased a new computer and transfered my library. Now some things will not work!
Nothing you've stated makes any sense.
An email is nothing more than that, an email.
Content acquired from iTunes is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was acquired with.
Media is only where the user puts it, copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.
If none of that resolves your issue, clearly post what the actual problem is and what you've tried.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your e-mail account on your phone Rusty1112. Let's figure out what's going on. First, please try deleting account/information again and then restart phone. When phone is back on, try adding e-mail account again, and be sure you're entering exactly as you set up, meaning its case-sensitive. If you're still getting same error, please let us know and let us know what e-mail account it is, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc.

You can install and activate CC apps on 2 computers.
You can continue using CC apps on both computers .
However ,
If you no longer wish to use CC apps on old computer , it is better to deactivate subscription by signing out from Creative Cloud on old computer

Can someone please help i cant connect to itunes from my iphone 4 ,,i had an iphone 3 and when i got my iphone 4 i changed my email address for new itunes account and my old phone which hubby uses is changed aswell ..for some reason i cant update my apps off m iphone & in itunes via pc it will say apps are all up to date but i have 25 apps that need updating please can someone help ,, i can download a new app but i cant update existing ones ,,,

All content purchased from iTunes is permanently linked to the Apple ID it was purchased with.
To update apps purchased with the old ID, you MUST sign in with that Apple ID. -
looking at the 'help' to work out how to authorise new computer so can play songs, the instructions say - open itunes - go to store tab -locate 'authorise computer'- I cannot find the 'authorise computer' part !
You are looking at the drop-down menus at the top of iTunes e.g. on a Mac :
If you are on iTunes 11 on Windows then press Alt-S and the Store menu should appear at the top. -
New Computer does not play certain games or movies.

My new computer will not play certian flash based games eg "Raze" (Error message "Protected by secure swf")
Also website Warcraftmovies will not play any videos (Only get blank black screen with no errormessage)
However the spinning adobe flash animation is working, and most flash based games are working and also YouTube videos are working. So far I've only found that videos on warcraftmovies and the game raze are not working.
Flash version 10,2,159,1 installed.
Operating system is Windows 7 64 bit
Both firefox 4.0 and IE8 64 bit are installed and encounter the same problemsThis issue is occurring with me too.

Changing ipod on to a new computer, PLEASE HELP!!
Anyones advice would be brilliant, I want to change my ipod mini 6G over to a new computer. Have uninstalled everything from old computer, loading up original disk on new comp, but my ipod will not show up in itunes, no matter what i try!!. Have tried resetting, restoring, getting new itunes and ipod updater software and always get the "Firmware update failure.disk read error" message. After all this the exclamation and folder icon appeared. I have now uninstalled all software on both computers and loaded the original disk back up, but ipod is only being recognised on old comp!!!. Please help!!!!!!!!!. I dont even mind losing my music as i didnt have much anyway, just desperate to get ipod working on my new computer, as ive been trying to fix this since yesterday with hardly any sleep!!!.

Make sure your new computer is authorized in iTunes. Disable autosync in itunes, connect your ipod, right click on it in the device list and choose backup.
This will save data, pictures and settings to itunes. See what's included in this backup here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
Transfer your purchases the same way to copy all apps and bought media from the Store to your computer.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer to be able the merge your calendars and contacts after your ipod got wiped during the first sync.
The rest of the data can be restored from the backup you made.

Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

Afternoon, due to interenet fraud I had to change my email address. Ive changed this on the computer but a struggling to change on my iphone. Ive gone into settings, icloud, account. When you go to account it wont alow me to change Apple ID email address.

What is the best way to copy 700 local folders full of email to a new computer?
I am moving my wife from and old computer (Thunderbird, Win XP) to a new one (Thunderbird Win 7). She has about 700 local folders with thousands of email messages in them. What is the best way to copy them to the new computer?
The easiest way is just copy the whole profile.
Help menu > troubleshooting information
Close Thunderbird
In windows explorer select all and copy.
paste everything onto a thumb or other read/write portable media (not CD or DVD)
on the new Machine repeat the troubleshooting and close steps to get the current profile folder
This time paste everything from the portable media into the profile replacing what is there
Open Thunderbird, your done mail contacts add-ons everything -
Changing Zire 21 to a new computer
I am changing from a desk top computer to a laptop to HotSync to. I have loaded the program to the new laptop and it went well. When I try to HotSync it gives me the message that it is not the correct computer. How do I introduce the new computer?

Post relates to: Zire 21What is going on is that the device sees the same username on Palm Desktop. What we need to do to fix this is to create a new username called "test" then delete the one on Palm Desktop. Once this is done then you can sync your device. It will asked you to create a username on that PC. Say yes to that and then let it sync. Everything should come over.
To create/delete usernames, go to user in the top right corner of Palm Desktop then click on the drop down and select edit user. With Palm Desktop it requires at least one username. -
I first synced my ipad to my prior computer. When I got this new computer, I downloaded ITUNES and tried to resync my ipad to the new computer. How do I get the IPAD to recognize my new computer as the primary itunes. I need to sync so the new computer and itunes contains all of my ipad. Authorization not working on new computer; can't play music!
I moved all of my music from my old computer to my new computer, and I did so using my iPod and the instructions that Apple provides on their website. All of the music shows up in iTunes on the new computer, but it won't play. I get a pop-up indicating that I need to authorize this computer to play whatever song I have selected, but even after it tells me "Authorization Successful, You have authorized two out of five computers," I cannot play the music. I have tried everything humanly possible to fix the problem, to no avail. Can anyone help? This is very frustrating.

When you bought and downloaded the episodes, you got what you paid for. When you goto another computer you can't redownload them, you have to transfer the file from the old PC to the new one or make a backup of what you bought so when your PC crashes, you can reload the PC with a backup.
If you only saved the "Programs" folder and not the "My Music" folder where iTunes puts all its bought songs at, then your most likly out of luck. You can try to email the Music storee to see if they will set up a "Re download" of your lost episodes and download them using "Check for purchases" under the advance menu in iTUnes. Just keep in mind there under no obligation to do so, it states on there site if you loose it you have to buy it again. I had a system failer and emailed them and LUCKLY they offered a re download option for me to get my songs back and I made a backup ASAP
