I got hacked and the 'Report a Problem' isn't working. Who can I contact about the purchase I didn't make?

There is a purchase on my iTunes account made yesterday. I DID NOT make this purchase, but the 'Report a Problem' feature is not working. I am following the directions from the Help section accurately. When I logged in though, it said I needed to change my password because of suspicious activity. Who can I contact?

I woke up today around 9:30 am UK Time, checked my emails on my phone and then started playing "Talking Ginger" kids game because of one of the offers, around 10:00 I noticed an email alert on top of my iphone screen about itunes receipt.
When I opened this, it was about "Kids Song Collection" purchase reciept for £1:49.
I was shocked because first of all my 3 years old daughter is sleeping, secondly I have security settings configured in iphone with a complex password to purchase and she does not know that password and thirdly I am using the phone and I know I didn't even open App Store or that app so how come this has happened.  I did a search on google about how to report and tried to follow the process through itunes but every time I click on "report a problem in itunes" this opens a new apple page in firefox "http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/"
Whilst further browsing Purchase History in itunes I also noticed another purchase from yesterday about "FireWorks Arcade" and this was unbelieveable because I didn't even receive any receipt yesterday about that purchase and again I am the only one who can make purchases due to the complex password known only to myself.
I am not sure what is going on here, but clearly as per today's incident it seems that apple is loosing their control.
Please advise what can be done here.

    In iTunes, go into your account info (So, click your ID in the upper right corner of the store pane)
    Look at your orders. At the bottom of the recent orders page is "report a problem".

    There is a very distinct difference between the purchase of a game and the subsequent purchase of an "in-app" purchase. You bought the game first, then made an in-app purchase. Many, many games have in-app purchases .... Coins, gold, berries, additional levels.
    I assume that you actually purchase two different items, the game itself and an in-app purchase - and if this is correct - you did not purchase the game again, you purchased a game add-on or enhancement.
    You made a separate purchase. That is why it did not show up as installed.

    Yes , it can work normally ,but you can't access your Manifest.mf when you java -jar mytest.jar , I get the way now :
    1 . Create folder meta-inf ,and copy Manifest.mf here;
    2 . use this command :
    jar -cvfm mytest.jar meta-inf/Menifest.mf -C camon/test/ Test.class
    3 . then ,you can run a .jar with :(of course you will init the Main- Class)
    java -jar mytest.jar

    When I explored the triple play, i asked exhaustive questions because I had been warned about Verizon.  We already had phone but was told could bundle phone, tv, and internet for a set price.  I repeatedly asked specifically if it included both land line and cell phone and two different salesfolks said yes it is all included in the one price.  Then I get the first bill and they billed the cell phone separately.  Silly me thought it was just a delay in putting it all together.  But customer service said no, cell service is never bundled.  The bill is correct.  And now I understand what everyone talks about with the rude and useless customer service.    Is there another department I can call?  This is fraud and they must habe recordings of my conversations.  Please help as my blood pressure is exploding.  Thanks.

    I'm also very disgusted with Verizon. I recently was helping my friend's Mother, who is over 75 years old. She was approached by two women salespeople outside her home, and was offered a Triple Deal Bundle with several discounts including $22 off for "Lifeline Discount" which they said she qualified for because of her age. They also told her that despite having a DirectTV contract expiring in March, 2012, that Verizon would work with this company for no further costs. She was so thrilled to get this package because they wrote and told her the costs would be $68/month + taxes.
    Now maybe Verizon doesn't condone these practices, but it should work hard in making sure that their salespeople don't take advantage of the elderly, ingenuous, or simply ignorant consumers. I called to verify my friend's contract, and indeed, they told me that she didn't qualify for the "Lifeline discount" because that only pertained to the impoverished or people with certain incomes.  Although, I didn't ask, I assume that Verizon would not reimburse my friend for her remaining contract with DirectTV either.
    All that Verizon did was to say that they were sorry, and that they would note the complaint. I think that's pathetic, and think everyone should know that these practices still persist throughout this industry as well as in society as a whole. Please watch out for unscrupulous people.

    1.  Do you have  internet access, does Safari bring up a web page?
    If  you have internet access try this:
    A good old fashioned “restart” might do the trick.
    Settings -> Messages -> iMessage (OFF)
    Turn iMessages on
    Reboot your iOS device
    A reboot tends to free up memory, help with leaks, etc.
    Hold the power key and slide to power off and simultaneously
    Hold the power button to power on until the Apple icon appears

    Physically opening or replacing parts on the iPhone voids the warranty.
    Why would you void the warranty on the device?  All iPhone 5's are still under the initial one year warranty.
    Buy a new one... you obiviously damaged something by trying to repair it.

    I can see now that updatet clients can not report their status anymore :(

    I would start by verifying that the /ReportingWebService resource is properly configured in IIS.
    Correct configurations can be found in the WSUS Technical Reference Guide: IIS
    Settings for WSUS 3.0 SP2 Web Services.
    Also,Under ReportingWebService
    Made sure all were set to disabled except for Anonymous Authentication
    Anonymous Authentication Enabled
    ASP .NET Impersonation Disabled
    Basic Authentication Disabled
    Forms Authentication Disabled
    Windows Authentication Disabled

    Garmin is sending you to Apple because it is Apple that would have to give you a refund as the actual point of sale.  However, Apple states all sales are final.
    Apple is sending you to Garmin because it is Garmin's fault their maps are out of date and Apple doesn't write the software.  They may not even be looking that deeply and simply perceiving it as a programming "bug" it is up to Garmin to solve.
    Who know whose fault it is that Garmin isn't getting up to date data to put in their maps.
    Ultimately I think you stand the best chance in getting a refund from Apple though it isn't guaranteed.  Apple is the cashier.  You just have to convince them this isn't just a line of code omitted from an application and isn't something that will be soon corrected by Garmin.  Make it clear it isn't a problem with the application running on your device, it is a problem with the data it contains.  Either that or you have to hope Garmin will feel so bad about it they will delve down into their slush fund and send you a refund.

    I have a prepaid Moto G that has had continuous prepaid service through Verizon for over a year. I switched this device to the $45/mo 512MB Smartphone plan when it was introduced last year, configuring autopay for the 29th of each month for service renewal on the 2nd of the following month and taking advantage of the autopay bonus of 512MB of additional data. On January 30th, I noticed that Verizon had transitioned to an updated plan of $45/mo for 1 GB and selected this new option from my phone on the My Verizon Mobile app with the expectation that this would take effect at my next renewal on February 2nd or at the very least any future months beyond February would have renewal dates of at least the 30th.
    Instead, the $45 balance in my account from January 29th was used and the new plan was implemented immediately, wiping the remaining days from my already paid for service. Furthermore, because February only has 28 days, my new renewal date was set to the 28th not only next month, but for each month thereafter, despite the fact that this change took place on January 30th. At this time, my autopay is configured to occur on the 29th (except for next month), but all future plan renewals will occur a day before that.
    While this may seem like a trivial issue to resolve, my autopay date was configured on the 29th for personal financial reasons and I am extremely frustrated to have lost additional paid for service for the second time. I lost over two weeks of a 2GB plan when moving to the 512MB plan initially, I just lost several days more in this transition, and a 45 minute online chat and two separate trips to a Verizon Wireless store totaling over an hour and a half of time in an attempt to resolve this issue by having my plan renewal date restored to where it was have been unhelpful, with the closest opportunity for resolution being "we can fix it, but we will have to disconnect your phone for several days".
    At this point, I feel that some sort of account credit or allowance is warranted, at the very least, but I would still like resolution on fixing my plan renewal if possible. Who can I contact about this?
