You need to provide some more information. Have you subscribed to the creative cloud? Or did you purchase a standalone license? It really makes a difference. Please clarify. Also, what OS are you using?

Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
I'm not exactly sure what procedures are in place for such events, but it may take a while and you may need to provide a death certificate and a note from the executor that the iPad has been willed to yourself.

I can't do that because the device was purchased from United Arab Emirates and I got it as a gift in Syria but the problem is that there is not even a single apple store in Syria so is there another way to fix that, I googled it and was told to jailbreak the device whitch I did and than hacktivated it but the problem is the device doesn't connect to any network and only shows "no service" and the battery draining too fast so is there any other way to fix this issue

If you are a CC member you just use the CC desktop app (not LR itself). Is that what you are trying to do?

You cannot buy additional storage for your iphone at all.
You can contact itunes support and ask if they will allow a refund.

When ever we creating a Sold to party subscreen sales area will be activated, for the same can we activate sales area tab for Prospect is it possible?

Hi Satish,
Your requirement sounds very un-usual to me. Sales area data will only be seen when sold-to is maintained.
I don't see any requirement why a prospect is to be maintained in a sales area, especially when he/she is not yet started any relation with sales organizational data.
It is better to promote a prospect as customer as and when required, rather than implemeting a complex code changes. Give a try to convience your business.
This is my general comment and not debating on your requirement.

If you purchased an upgrade from LR5 to LR6 then after you enter your LR6 serial number, you will need to enter your LR5 serial number, unless LR6 finds LR5 on the computer. This also assumes that you've purchased the perpetual license of both LR5 and LR6, not a cloud license for LR5 which doesn't use a serial number for licensing. If entering a LR6 then LR5 serial number into LR6's serial-number area isn't working, then is there something special about the LR5 that would make it ineligible for an upgrade?

If it is asking for a serial number for a previous version then you purchased an upgrade version rather than a standalone version. You should be able to determine this based on the price you paid. If you do not own an earlier version then you need to purchase a full version rather than an upgrade. If you did purchase a full version but acquired an upgrade version then you will need to acquire the full version.

I have installed an UPGRADE for LR5 and by mistake downloaded an upgrade thinking it was an UPDATE

Can I simply reinstall my discs? Should I de-install the download? Will I lose data i.e. photographs which I was working on while the new upgrade was installing?

I first installed an upgrade for LR5 from discs which I purchased some weeks ago and seemed to be using the installation to work on my photographs. Then a screen appeared talking about an upgrade which seemed to be an update to the discs already installed for LR5 so I downloaded it while continuing to work on photos. There were no instructions to close application. When I did close the application at the end of my work session and then tried to reopen Lightroom it is asking for a serial number. When I put in the serial number I have on the discs it says can't use that because it's already being used. So my question is can I deinstall this latest download and either recover the earlier version or reinstall the discs? I would like to use the latest catalogue so that I have my latest work that I've done on my photos.

How can I delete my account? There is no "cancel plan" in my creative cloud free membership.

Your question isn't at all clear. Is this a second-hand phone which has been locked by the previous user? In that case only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless.
You should not post serial numbers or any other personal data here; I've asked the Hosts to remove it.

- Use trial or subscription
- I have a serial number
Please select the option - Use trial or subscription and click next- Restart Acrobat and sign in with your Adobe ID
