I have purchased Creative Suite 6 and it keeps asking to sign in and put in product code. Says "trial period has ended." I purchased the suite and have the disk.
I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 (have the disk). But now it keeps asking me to sign in and reenter my product code. Says "Trial Period has ended." There was no trial period. I purchased the suite. Very annoying to have to keep logging in. How do I fix?

I bought CS3 a couple of years back, and have been using it without problems ever since. All of a sudden I try to open it today and it says "Trial period has ended, please enter license key". The trouble is, I have no idea what the key is, when I bought the software I did it online with a work email address and I no longer work for that company so there is no way of tracing the email from my end.

It says I have two options - Use this on a trial basis, or enter registration code, which I did and it says it's invalid.
I downloaded the tool you mentioned, but it wouldn't run saying it was missing a .dll file.....
I didn't buy from Adobe, but if it was pirated wouldn't they have been able to tell when I registered it?
I started a case with Adobe support, but from what I'm reading I don't expect much!

Purchased Creativesuite Premium (CreativeSuite 1.1) over 10 years ago and I have sinced changed my computer. Even though I have transfered all my programs and my files photoshop is now telling me my trial period has ended and I need to register or activate my program but I cannot.

I have the Photoshop Photography Program and now every time I try open Photoshop CC it asks me for a Serial Number. It keeps saying my trial period has ended. How can I get this working since Adobe doesn't issue Serial Numbers for CC.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

Why does it keep saying your trial period has ended when I have bought the product and registered it with you?
In addition to activating, you also need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Have you done that as well?

Illustrator argues that the trial period has ended, although it belongs to my creative cloud annual subscription. It asks me to confirm again and again, but when I do come across the same problem as soon as I try to open the program.
That isn't help me. My problem is:
1. When i try to start illustrator it says validating software license
2. Then it says Your trial has expired
3. Then i sign in required with my Adobe ID
4. It says thank you and ask me to click continue to enjoy the licensed software
5. When i try to open illustrator it starts again asking validating software license….
I've removed already oobe and reload software but it doesn't help. What i have to do? -

I got an adobe cc subscription through my school, I had the trial of cc already on my macbook.
This trial was over, but no longer works after I activate my subscription.
Even after completely removing everything and through my adobe id reinstall does not work.
How can I fix this?

Your password was sent to your emergency email address. Perhaps you have an email you never use? I use the free email from my cable TV account as my emergency email.
Your Apple account and cloud account are separate. You could even have completely different user and password. Most of us use the same user ID and password, but they are not the same thing, don't mix them up.
If you can't retrieve emergency email, you will have to call apple support.

This can take up to 6 weeks and in the current madness with the CC release, everybody will be busy. Contact support directly by phone, web chat, contact form or whatever, if you are in a rush.
