I have recently upgraded to Firefox 4.0 and since then I cannot use Zorap which is a video conferencing website. It worked perfectly on Firefox 3. Is firefox compatible? Mudt I change some option to enable me to use Zorap?

Is Firefox 4.0 compatible with Zorap (video chat)? I have used it perfectly with Firefox 3, but since I d/loaded 4.0 I am unable to use the program. Is there an option that I must adjust? Would appreciatre your help.

The devices do not sync with each other, never did. They sync to a server (iCloud, Google. Yahoo etc).

Hi Chris thanks for the reply , my iMessage was working until I listened to voda domes instructions to do a network reset now it's says waiting for activation , I have reset the phone I have a SIM card change as Vodafone thought my SIM card was faulty and took the phone back to the shop and changed it for a new one , I've been on many forum sites and a lot of people are having the same problem as I can send a txt message bit can't receive them Andy account is set up correctly on vodafones side ... You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will have to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account to get the questions reset.

Back up all data.
Quit Safari. In the Finder, select Go ▹ Go to Folder from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Copy the line of text below into the box that opens, and press return:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then launch Safari and test.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

As mentioned above, when I opened Firefox this morning it installed automatically an update w/o me agreeing and I don't know what was isntalled. Since then I cannot open Firefox. Mozilla Crash Reporter opens and thell me Firefox had a problem and crashed. "We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.
To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report."
I press restart Firefox but I always just get the same message. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again, nothing is changing. I urgentlyu need to use the bookmarks as I don't have them in Explorer which I have to use now.

You need "sysinternal's process explorer", it is free and can replace the Microsoft process explorer, that you get by "CTRL+ALT+DELETE". Either program will allow you to kill the instances of FF that didn't die as they should have, when you closed them. Sysinternal is easier to use, it is a graphic display with many options. Do not push "CTRL+ALT+DELETE" twice unless you want to reboot, that is its default behaviour under Microsoft.

I removed the ASK tool bars from my computer and since then I keep being told the cookies is either enabled or disabled. I refreshed Firefox and that solved nothing it just erased somethings that I setup on my desktop. I'm not dump but I'm not that well versed in resolving this issue and I don't want to make matters worse.......please help! And thank you so much! To give some insite to the issue I presented...the ASK toolbar was somehow downloaded onto my laptop and I not knowing that it was as malware and dangerous to my computer at first I left there. I did not like the fact that it was there and how it seemed to take over my setup. Well I looked into it which was fairly easy and found out what I did about Mindspark...not good! I also discovered while trying to solve the problem after receiving you responseto this problem that JAVA ORACLE can carry the Ask toolbar thru their updates. When OKed an update I found it wanting to add the ASK toolbar. I know that in the past I have not allowed other things that carry the ASK toolbar to download this because I liked what I had already setup. Well some where along the way it got downloaded. Anyway...I tried what you had suggested and nothing has changed. I receive email's thru Exployer and bring up my desktop to get onto Mozilla. This is not working!!! I just want to get onto Firefox, click into gmail and anything else I want and use it!..I can assure you that the one thing I cannot do is get into my gmail. It wants to tell my about my cookies...I have pressed all the right buttons and this is not solving anything at all. I was wandering that if I remove Firefox and download it again will this solve the problem. And will I be able to use all the same information or will I find it telling me that someone else already has that email, password, name, etc. because it did not clear everything when I removed Firefox from my computer? I have a similar situation. My iPhone 4 was running 6.1.2 and looked normal this morning. After 1 hour, I noticed the same screen problem, distorted colors, x-ray like pictures and the previous picture/screen mixed with current picture/screen. I have tried to reset to factory & restore and just reset to factory but those didn't help. Then I upgraded to 6.1.3 but it still didn't help.

I have recently upgraded to Firefox 5.0. I am now unable to use full screen mode when watching you tube. i've never had this problem before.

i can't think of anything else to add. i've always been able to use full screen mode in firefox, it still works on vimeo and it still works on NEtflix..

What happens when you try to use full screen mode -- button is ineffective, video doesn't display, etc.?
By the way, Adobe has issued a couple of security updates recently, so you might want to update your Flash plugin.

Now I am resting easy and thankful that there is a community of computer users out there who care enough to troubleshoot problems together and work together to figure out a solution--and then to take the time to post and share information.
I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone who is having the iTunes issues where iTunes just plain won't open at all after downloading the newest version and has a pc with Norton Internet Security 2005 try the "Lorraine Method."
I am so happy I think I might sing. Or not--I will let my songs on iTunes do the singing for me now that I can again!!!!!!!
And to those still looking for answers--be patient--I now know how incredibly frustrating this can be and I hope that you all find your solutions very very soon!!

Reboot the iPad and see if that helps.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
