I have to reset Apple TV daily at least.

I have a 6-month old Apple TV that's recently updated. When I try to watch Netflix or Trailers, it simply says "accessing..." forever. I have to reset it, then it's fine for a while. If I go more than an hour or so between using it, I have to reset it again. I tried resetting my Belkin wireless-N router, which didn't solve it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I had another freeze up after Apple's change. It took a little longer, but it happened. I made an additional change on my own after that. I noticed that Comcast's setting within the router (for the mode) was "Up to 150 Mbps g/n only". I don't know if it will make a permanent long-term solution or not, but I changed this to "Up to 150 Mbps b/g/n mixed mode". I had the Apple TV running for four hours plus yesterday afternoon with no freezes after this. I'll run it again all afternoon today to see what happens and keep you posted.There has got to be a simple solution to this besides Apples suggestion of buying their router at a cost of $100 to $179 (which I refuse to do - this thing was working just a week ago as it should!).

I have to reset it because it won't turn on by normal means. Its fully charged and updated. I turn it off by holding the play/pause button for a few seconds until the screen go blank.Then I slide the hold button to hold. When I try to turn it back on few hours later, nothing. So I end up reseting it to bring it back to life. Other than that it works fine. Don't know if its a hardware or software problem. If you're talking about an old iCloud ID, you have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

My IPOD TOUCH is frozen with the Apple logo sitting there on the screen. Each morning when I open CalmRadio on my Surround System which come from iTune through Apple TV I have to reset the Apple TV to get the signal through. I tought it was the result of a recent change of my router but I just remember that I have installed iCloud recently. Would it be possible that would be the reason of the necessity to reset apple TV every morning? Thanks.

I'd say your router, iCloud hasn't caused me any problems. It may be settings or interference.
Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first.

Yes indeed, any Apple remote will do.
When a remote and an Apple TV are paired, the instruction is stored on the Apple TV and not the remote. So you should be able to use the remote that now controls your girlfriend's Apple TV without any un-pairing. However if your your Apple TV has been paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.

Sometimes, let's say every 2 weeks, I receive an e-mail saying that my apple password has been changed and I can't connect to the apple store anymore ..
Then I have to reset my password and 2 weeks after I get the same message ...

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

Sounds like someone has compromised her AppleID account? I would start by resetting her AppleID account as soon as possible. Start here:
