I haven't been able to open Firefox for over a week. I would like to uninstall it, but I can't because it says it's open, but I don't see it is. Please tell me what to do.

It has been over a week since I click to open mozilla and it won't. This has never happened before. I decided to uninstall it and install it back again to see if it would work, but a window pops up and says to close it. I can't get it to open it, so how can I close it?

It is probably not necessary to uninstall/reinstall.
