I just learned after purchasing the Creative Cloud that my OS is not supported by the Cloud.

Can I download a program to my Windows Vista system to use my purchase or do I have to break down and go buy a new laptop?

Vista is not a supported OS under Creative Cloud anymore.

Key is to open up all the Adobe products you wish to use first. Even then, the 64bit versions of Bridge and Photoshop won't work.
You can also buy a copy of Windows 7 and upgrade your OS or buy a new computer. These are the alternative fixes.
FYI, what the worthy Adobe Staff Member was referring to was downloading and BUYING the boxed CS6 versions of Adobe products. This is in no way applicable to your Creative Cloud subscription. Creative Cloud applications are available only through the Adobe Application Manager, there is no other way to download apps under Creative Cloud except by that method.

    Am trying to upgrade a SCOM SP1 environment to SCOM R2( 3 MGT servers, 1 GW and 2 Web console boxes )
    The prerequisites are failing and it is stating the following ; 
    Operational Database SQL Version Check - The installed Version of SQL Server is not supported for the operational database
    Data Warehouse  SQL Version Check - The installed Version of SQL Server is not supported for the data warehouse
    The SQL servers are running SQL 2012 SP1 64 Enterprise, which is compatible.
    All other pre-upgrade tasks have been done. 
    Help appreciated! 

    I'm having the exact same issue, I believe. I think that Tubble has problem with SCOM 2012. Not 2007.
    I've checked the compatibility list for both SCOM 2012 SP1 and R2. All newer Windows Server and SQL versions are supported. We're running the SQL 2012 SP1 x64 Standard edition on a Windows Server 2012 Standard.
    I even tried to move the database from SQL 2012 to an older SQL 2008 R2, but that's not supported either. Only upgrading. Not downgrading.
    So, I started checking the opsMgrSetupWizard.log file for clues. And the error message was there as well. But the reason why it says not supported is that it can't get the info about the OS version, so I guess it assumes the OS version is to low. The RPC
    service can not be reached.

    So, in our case this was just a FW that was blocking some high ports between management server and SQL. I believe TCP port 135 also needs to be open.

    You should be able to play most videos with QuickTime player once both are installed.

    The data source is based on an Infoset on the KONV R/3 Table.
    I setted the AIM delta process and I did all the activities as written in the document.
    The process works if I load data to bw in "full", with "Init without data transfer" and "delta" mode. Of course if I change a Purchase document, it will be posted in the delta queue and then loaded to bw with the next delta load.
    The "initialize delta process" (with data) doesen't work and returns the following error:
    Update mode C is not supported by the extraction API
    the error code is R3 11.
    have you any idea about it???

    Hi,
    for me it sounds quite simple. It is that the update mode 'C' get flagged as 'not allowed' for this extractor. Did you check with rsa3? I guess you will get the same error message. May be you can start debugging in rsa3 to find the place where the update mode gets checked.
    Anyway, it shouldn't be a issue as you have a workaround. May be you should raise a error message at sap because of this.

    Hi all,
    I've just started using a new computer with WIndows 8.1 within the last week and have loaded my Adobe Premiere Elements 11.0 software into it.
    In trying to view and edit a video I created on my old computer, I got "Media Pending" and "Media Offline" notices as soon as I began. The source files are located on an external drive with a permanent letter designation. I began the process of reconnecting my Project Assets files with the source files this morning, but have now encountered a new roadblock. Each time I try, I get the message "this type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed." It offers no information or options other than to click "OK," which is not very helpful.
    All the source files are located in one folder on my external drive. I have been able to reconnect the JPEGs and the mp3 source files but not the AVI video files.
    Here are three screenshots. The first is the "Media Offline" message, the second is the message I receive when I try to reconnect my Project Assets to the source files and the third is a screenshot of the codecs installed on the new computer.
    Here is my new computer information:
    Model: Del Inspiron 3847
    Intel Core i5-4460
    CPU @ 3.20 GHz  3.20 GHz
    RAM 8 GB
    System type: 64-bit, x64-based processor
    I hope someone can guide me. What do I need to do to solve this problem?

    Pixel Aspect Ratio
    Right now of prime interest is the video compression that is being wrapped by that AVI wrapper/container.

    other
    There are instances were a particular video compression or a particular container/wrapper format is each supported by Premiere Elements, but
    not a combo of those particular two. But, in this instance, I suspect this to be a MotionJPEG video codec issue, but your details will
    point us to the actual situation, and we will plan troubleshooting strategy from there.

    I just updated SAP business one with latest 8.81 patch 10 and related integration component. However, when I try to add a sales order using new 1.5 version of the mobile app, it give the following error:
    "Note that this function is not supported by the current version of the backend server".
    Any idea what this means?  Do I need to update the integration component with a different version?

    With the QT Player installation, you should have Apple's H.264 CODEC.

    I installed the shfs package through pacman, and there is a sshd running on the server.  However, once I enter the command
    shfsmount -P<port#> <user>@<server>:/var/www ~/websites/<server_name>/
    (with the values in <> replaced by the appropriate values of course), I am able to enter the user's password and then the following error shows:
    shfsmount: shfs filesystem not supported by the kernel
    I have done some web/forum searching and have not found anything that helps.  I have tried to build the shfs package through abs, but it seems to use an older kernel version (2.6.22) than I have (2.6.27) and the makepkg command errors out with a location-not-found type of error.
    I would like to know if there is something in the abs files I need to change for it to use the correct kernel for building, or whether there is a way to get the repository package to work.

    Well, using the sshfs method did work.  However, shfsmount still returns the same error.  When I installed sshfs, it also pulled in fuse, but doing
    modprobe fuse
    does not change anything that I can see.  Is sshfs the same as shfs?  They seem to be two different packages.
    Also, I am using Xfce with Thunar as my file browser.  When I do the sshfs method outlined in the wiki link above (which does work), Thundar acts like the folder where the mounted stuff is does not exist.  When I hit refresh, the <server> folder will show up for a second, then dissapear.  When I go through a text editor and open a file from there, the file opener can see the folder with no problems.  I can look around in there with the terminal as well.  Is there a way I can get Thunar to view that folder?

    Just got the same error message today.  My phone went to the black screen of death with the error message at the top.  Contacted Verizon via chat.  Was online for 1 hour and 15 minutes only to find out that nothing could be done which I could have told them based upon what I had read on this site.  Of course my phone is out of warranty since I have had it for 1 1/2 years and I am not eligible for an upgrade.  How convenient!  I was told to contact Nokia which I did and they gave me a download to try to reset everything.  It looked like it was working but after almost 3 hours it got to the end and nothing happened.  It just froze even though it said it was done.  I rebooted the phone and am back at the same black screen of death.  Guess I have to buy a used phone and then will have to reconsider whether or not to stay with Verizon going forward.  I have not had any issues with the phone in the past - keep it in an otter box, never dropped, never got wet, etc.  But all of a sudden it goes haywire like this that seems like either a hardware or software problem but something completely out of my control and all I get is sorry, you're out of warranty!
