I'm trying to install the new Itunes but every time it gets to a certain point it says something regarding mobile devices not install correctly and wont let me continue

Everytime I try to install the new Itunes It fails. I've tried downloading the set up twice with the same effect.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

to contact iTunes store support, follow these steps:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store'
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

I tried to install the new version of itunes. it didnt download correctly. i uninstalled itunes and tried to download it again but I keep getting a message that the "apple device support " didnt download correctly and keeps showing me "windows error code 1114.

If it's saying it can't find the iTunes.msi or iTunes64.msi, we should try the following procedure.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page).

After clicking one of the circled links, you should be taken to another page, and after a few seconds you should see a download dialog appear for the msicuu2.exe file. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like for me in Firefox:
Choose to Save the file. If the dialog box does not appear for you, click the link on the page that says "CLICK HERE IF IT DOES NOT". Here's a screenshot of the page with the relevant link circled:
When the dialog appears, choose to save the file.
(2) Go to the Downloads area for your Web browser. Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. Whenever you seek assistance, it is necessary that you indicate what model Mac and OS that you are using.
In the meantime, for iTunes 7.3.2 you must have at least OSX 10.3.9 or 10.4.7 or later. If your OS is older, try to upgrade from the Apple Support website.

I used the internet to download my office mac onto the new Air, but every time i start it up, both word and excel open automatically. how do i stop this?

So i downloaded macoffice on the new macbook air using the internet and the code on the box as per the instructions of the guys at apple. If you go into "System Preferences > Accounts > your account and tab the Login Items tab, do you see the programs listed there? Delete them and restart your MBAir

I am attempting to download iOs6 for my iphone, and it is prompting me to first download itunes 10.6.3. However, when I click "download itunes" I am brought to the software updates window, and am prompted that there are no new updates for my computer! I have tried to do this from both the apple drop down and itunes. When I attempt to download iOs6 on my phone, I am not connected to a suitable wireless connection (yay college campuses) so I cannot do it that way either. You will need to use that old Apple ID and password to update any apps you purchased using that account. So you will either need to recover that Apple ID, which if you forgot the password you should be able to reset here:

or you will need to delete all those apps and repurchase them using your current Apple ID.

Why is the ios 8 download restarting every time it gets to a certain point?

i have been trying for the last three days to download the ios 8 update directly to my iPad Mini. Unfortunately it only gets as afar as 7 hours remaining because when I check to see if there has been any change shortly after, it says that the download has been requested once again and so it's starts ALL OVER AGAIN. Why is this happening!? Please help!!
