I need help! Firefox is so ungodly slow. I'm here for 30 min. trying to open gmail. I can't do a diagnosis on this...I just want to check email and research online, not spend hours staring at a nonfunctioning browser screen!
Firefox doesn't open for 10 min. or longer
When it does TRY to open...there are often numerous pages all trying to open. Another 15 min.
I try to close them one by one and they duplicate even faster at times. This varies though. Sometimes they do close but very slowly.
After 30 min. or so I sometimes just quit...I don't have time for this.
I'm not sure if the crash is or isn't related to fonts.
Deciphering the crash long is something I don't have any experience with.
I'm not even sure how the crash log is structured. I've downloaded two screen captures: one from the top of the adobe Photoshop crash log and one from the bottom. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I can discern what may be causing the crash?

You cannot do that. The AppleID you used to create the iCloud account is an active primary email address. The email address you created with the iCloud account is also an active primary email address (all Apple domain email address automatically become AppleIDs as well). You cannot replace the primary email address on one active AppleID with the primary email address on another, active AppleID.
You can use your iCloud email/AppleID with iTunes, but it will be a separate account, so all your previous purchases remain tied to the other AppleID you have.
I don't understand your statement that you could not remeber your old AppleID password, as you would have had to use it to create the iCloud account in the first place (the first step of creating the iCloud account required you to login with your existing AppleID and password)? -
Just upgraded my iPad to IOS5 and when the download was completed, a window said that there was an error and it could not restore. Now I have a black screen with the Apple logo and the circle lines. None of the buttons respond. Help, please!!
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Maybe this will let the iPad reboot and then you may need to restore again but see if this helps to start the iPad first.

When i try to do a software update, it finishes and then says that the update cannot be saved because it has probably been corrupted during the download. This has happened a number of times and i do not know why, any help?

I just bought a power adapter and it is not working, says "not charging". The same for the mobile charger. Anything I need to do in the setting?
The device is locked to the carrier it was purchased through unless you specifically purchased it as unlocked directly from Apple.
Only the carrier to whom it is locked can authorize it's unlocking. To do so, the user much contact them to start the unlock process. -

From where did you download Premiere Elements 9 at this late date? What computer operating system is it to be running on?
Do you have the 9.0.1 Update installed?

Are you getting any display card errors?
We have just gone down this type of road with another 9 user, so let us start with what finally seems to have worked for him.
What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Is the driver for that card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of that card? If not, update the card driver. If the driver is up to date already, then delete the BadDrivers.txt file.
For now I will assume that you are working on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.

and in the 9.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. Make sure that you are working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path shown. After you deleted the BadDrivers.txt and reopened Premiere Elements, the program will generate a new BadDrivers.txt file but now the problem should be gone.
Please review, consider, and then let us know the outcome.

he menu button of the ipod touch (4th generation) is not working and the service center of ipod is asking us to pay for the fixation of the said item even though it's still on warranty. this is the case number 215866894. Also: When you create a server setup and want to allow other users to join your server, you need make sure the following ports are open for outgoing and incoming traffic in your firewall: 1716 (UDP), 1717 (UDP), 20025-20045 (TCP), and 20047 (TCP). Failure to open these ports will prevent the server from accepting connections from other players or prevent other players from being able to see your server online.

I guess the first thing you now need to do is to get the latest drivers for your printer because as you say you uninstalled it from your machine and now reinstalled it again. I don't know why you thought printer should have been uninstall;led but anyway, please reinstall the driver and then see if it is recognized by your operating system and try scanning something as a test from outside the PSE13 before going back to PSE13 and trying to scan your real image.
Please post back so that Barbara or R_Kelly can help you as I don't use Apple Mac.
